Super bad. Didn’t touch my car for 2.5 weeks. Just drove it. Needed a simple transmission oil change. Should have done it myself. Don’t go here. It’s not great. The front desk employee doesn’t care about anything or anyone. Super frustrating to do business with. He should retire or work on the cars not speaking to customers (older guy). He certainly was a factor that caused me to take my business far far away.On a positive note, the transmission specialist (Skip) is a nice person who actually cares. He is the only positive experience I had here (even though the work never got done). The parking lot is lame. It is tiny and always completely full. The main issue with this business is their planning and allocation of resources. Either they accept possession of too many cars at a time or work incredibly slow. Probably both.Management,Be HONEST with customers and stick to your completion dates. Make a PLAN and NOTIFY customers when you are behind. It seems like you do good work. Just not fast enough for the amount of vehicles you accept. That second part hurts your reviews and is ENTIRELY fixable for free. Get it together.

This was my first time coming to these guys for any work and admittedly I had my doubts, but they did an exceptional job replacing the parts I needed to get my eclipse in running order and they did it at a very fair price. They even used the parts that I bought myself from autozone, which is a huge plus, as well as used the specific high mileage oil I needed for my older vehicle. I will say it took a while for my car to be finished, but in their defense it is tax and stimulus season so I was far from the only customer in line. Plus there were only two mechanics that I saw servicing vehicles. They also went the extra mile to check my tires and fluid levels. All in all, I definitely say it was good experience

Had front suspension work done there and power shearing pump. Got home and when I want to drive my car again it was out of steering fluid again. I found the recommend fluid and it cost me about 7 bucks.. (They charged me over 18 when they filled it.) I returned it to their shop and wanted that fixed and about $1300 more work done on the rear suspension. After more than 2 weeks of my car being at their shop they not only hadnt fixed what I already paid them for but they didnt bother to look at the rear suspension at all... My car literally just sat at their shop shoved in the back somewhere. Each time I called for updates they always said the guy that was working in my car had gone home early and would call me in the morning, or some other excuse.... No one ever returned my call... Horrible shop and I would stay far away from these guys. I ended up picking up my car and taking it to another mechanic.

Called to request information and pricing on a job, the man I spoke to was not only rude as anyone Ive met, he also was not very knowledgeable on what I was needing to get done. My best friend had engine work done here as well and aside taking a lot longer than estimated, the engine would run hot on highways, but be fine in city driving. Personally this place is not recommended by me.

I moved down here from New York and was worried about finding a reputable mechanic. These guys have gone above and beyond.Recently I went in with what I thought was a $400 repair, and it ended up costing me $176. They could have ripped me off and didnt. Everything you want in a mechanic.

I dropped my car off there on 8/24, and i didnt get it back until yesterday 9/18. i brought it there for them to fix the window, and the convertible top. in nearly a month, all they fixed was the window and they didnt even diagnose the issue with the roof. the window wasnt even fixed until they had it for 2 weeks already. then i said i needed it back, and they just didnt even do half the reason i brought it there.on top of that, when i got it back, the tires were leaking, one was flat, and theres something wrong with a ball joint or something that makes it shake when i drive. neither of these issues existed before i brought it here.they also rarely called me with updates and i feel like i had to chase them down.pls dont go here it isnt worth it in any capacity

This is one the best mechanics places I have ever been to in my 61 years. An unforeseen problem arose and Mr. Davis persisted until he had fixed my Saabs AC. They are mannerly, honest and very adept at solving mechanical issues below the surfaces. This shop will take on jobs other places wont bother with anymore. Thank you so much for the extra efforts!

My coworker had her truck here for about a month, and they didnt do any work to it. They already owed her for the $500 repair on her transmission they didnt end up fixing, thats why she took it back there. It seemed like since she was a girl, they tried to give her the run around, and not make it a priority. If you are holding someones vehicle for a month, wouldnt you just tell them to bring it back when you have time? If you dont have time for the work, you dont deserve to get paid. Point, blank. If youre anyone with a vehicle, dont go here.Edit: She was just called and issued a refund. Cant believe it had to be such a problem.

I have used them for 14 years and trusted what they said but I have found out recently they over charge people, I never thought to look up the parts and prices before approving the work. I have referred alot of people to them to include most recently by son, I will NEVER do that again, they replaced a water pump and serpentine belt on his trailblazer after towing it in to determine what was wrong, they said that was the problem and charged 500 to replace, my son got his car back and now the check engine light was in and it over heated, someone else looked at it and said it was the fan that they took off to replace those things. We took it back to them and they wanted to charge an additional 300, we researched all the parts they replaced and what was quoted for the fan, so the parts to include the fan equal $130 so they are charging $670 labor. We found someone else and he said it should have been half that for everything. Make sure to get educated before trusting them, they are not ethical. I will never go back or refer them. I am very disappointed.

This could have been a 5-star review, the service and all else was well enough. However, about a year ago I had gone to this shop to have wheel bearings pressed in to my wheel hub, for a reasonable price, considering I already had all of the parts and had a friend remove the hub assembly so that I would not need to pay more for that work as well as a tow. Now having experience as an NTMA machinist and metallurgical engineer, I had inspected the parts I had taken in, there was no damage evident other than the bearings and bearing races being badly worn. Two days later, they returned a hub assembly, but it was covered in rust and had the ABS sensor retaining bolt hole obstructed by a broken off bolt which was completely fused in place by rust. I do not mind that they replaced my hub if one of their guys accidently damaged the hub I had brought in, and appreciate those efforts, but being a well equipped shop, they should have taken at least a few minutes for corrosion control on the replacement, and at least some attempt to extract the broken ABS retaining bolt that was present on the replacement part, so that the replacement would not have been a much lesser quality than the well cared for and rust-free parts that I had brought to them.My review is based on the average of a 5-star review for what was done well and the quality of service, combined with the 1-star I give them for returning a lesser product in the end, which could have easily been avoided with less than 15 minutes of work to compensate for damages likely caused by a miscalculation on the alignment of arbors and blocks, or procedural order when doing press work on wheel bearings.I recommend that when getting such work done, take before and after photos of the work to be done, and if not satisfactory, ask them if the comparative quality of the final product or service is truly the sort of reputation they wish to have publicly established.
