Well I thought the were honest and friendly but come to find out they lied to me. Charged me almost $700 to put a control arm on and to do an alignment. He was supposed to put a camber kit on too but didnt. Now hes talking in circles!!! Maybe cause Im a girl and he doesnt think I know what Im talking about...FYI some GIRLS know about cars!!!!

First visit and the communication was good, the diagnosis was right on point with the issues the vehicle was having. Prices seem comparable, but full explanation was provided and the crew seems to be honest and knowledgable about mechanics and repair. I will be bringing my other vehicles to this shop in the future.

Our radiator overheated and busted a patch we had put on it several years back, so it was time to get a new one... Greg and his staff explained why a new one was the best choice, listed all the services/parts on the bill with the cost for each, gave us a time it would be done by ON THE SAME DAY, and HE FOLLOWED THROUGH with the price and time perfectly, I picked the car up that evening just before they closed and couldnt be happier with their quality of work.Thank you for the upfront and fair price, as well as the fast service guys!

Greg Williams and his staff are great. They provided me with an honest opinion of my mechanical issues and quoted me a very reasonable price to fix it. It is hard to find this kind of integrity in the auto service repair industry now days. Honestly, I already knew what the problem was and I just wanted to see if Williams Auto Service would tell me the same thing. I brought my car to Williams when my air conditioning quit working and I had an appointment already set to put on new tires from a local retailer. Greg looked at the car and replaced the part for only $5. He also replaced 2 belts for less than I could buy the belts for. While he had the car I asked about the tires and he put on the same tires with the same service (lifetime balance and rotation and road hazard) for $50 less that the local retailer was going to charge me. 2 times he found other issues with the car but did not do any additional work until he spoke with me and I gave authorization to do the work.He treated me right and charged a very fair price for his work. I would recommend for anyone to take their vehicles here to get honest fair work done on their vehicles.
