So, I just wanted to come back and give another review. I left a review through their website about my wait time. The manager called and apologized and talked about how they can improve and what he could do to make it better. And this was just amazing and made my day !While my wait time was long, my experience was amazing. I don’t know much about tires but they helped me and waited while I spoke to my dad to make sure I got the right tires and were patient.Please go here for your tires, they are professional and pleasant!The manager Chris kept asking what he could do to make it better and honestly the call was enough. They did such a good job on my tires I didn’t need anything else ! My husband and I will be back when it’s times for new tires again on our cars !

If you go anywhere else in the Fayetteville area for wheels, tires, etc. you’re doing yourself an injustice . The team at Discount is phenomenal. I have had nothing but awesome experiences there from my truck to my travel trailer. Repairs, replacement, rotation, etc always go extremely smooth and the team communicates extremely well with the customers. I leave there with the utmost confidence every single time.

Ok listen up, I found the same tires cheaper on Walmart.com and I used the found it lower link on discount tire website. And they matched price no problem. I love how nice and informative the staff are they take time to explain and insure you are comfortable with your purchase. I love the fact they are quick and take no shortcuts. Also they have the latest equipment to get it done right.

Had a great experience yesterday. I booked an appointment online and they were so effective and offered an amazing service on site. On top of that, I paid 3x less than what another location was charging me for the same service. I strongly recommend this place not only for the price but for the fast and great customer service.

I ordered new tires for my Volk wheels, and opted to have them installed here. I was hesitant, as these wheels are very rare, and have a very unique color, so any damage caused by a negligent tire installer would be difficult to get fixed properly. They understood my concerns and ensure my wheels were well taken care of. Everyone I spoke with was awesome, helpful, and generally offered great customer service. I will be going here for all of my tires in the future.

People were nice but cannot believe this is not like the other discount tires Ive been to. They said it would be 30 mins to even talk to a sale rep. Not surprised when you notice they dont have car lifts. They are only able to change 1 tire at a time. All other locations Ive gone to, its like a 45 min trip total to replace all 4 tires.

Got a flat tire went there at 5pm but they close at 6pm but they found a spot for me and to my shock it was free but they treated me like I was spending a million bucks. That’s a team we all should be proud to have in our community. Thank for helping me in my time of need. You definitely have a customer for life !!!

Really impressed with the customer service at this location. They were very friendly, helpful and efficient. They found the hole in my tire, offered me an array of options, and ended up replacing two tires for me for a reasonable price. Chris was particularly impressive. Not only did he solve my problem kindly and compassionately, I watched him do the same for a number of other customers. Lots of smiling faces leaving the building! Highly recommend!

I cant even begin to explain how busy this place is all the time. However, despite the pace, the customer service is impeccable. The associates are always smiling, making the best of work, respectful, patient, detailed, and most of all honest about the wait time. They have a plan in place to give you updates and I dont know how they do it but they get everyone in timely. Their system works. My go to place.

3 hours to get my tire plugged. I didnt know it was free until I got there. I would have paid the ten bucks elsewhere and save myself 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I would have left earlier but by that time it was to late in the afternoon to get it done somewhere else. If youre like me and have things to do on your day off then go elsewhere. If you like free stuff and dont mind wasting your time then this is the place for you!

Morning appointments are better than anything in the afternoon. Have an appointment if possible. Was in and out quickly and efficiently. Cant beat the package deals available at Discount Tire. You have your warranties paid for usually in one incident.

Impeccable service!!! Needed a plug for my tire and it was FREE!! They will plug anyones tire for free! They have a system in place so the order of service is set and via mobile and you can see where you are in line at all times. Cant say enough great things about this company... so thankful they opened!!

I ordered my tires through the website and even scheduled an appointment to get them installed. When I showed up the day of install I dropped my car off and immediately received a text with a link to track my vehicles progress. Perfect! It took almost a hour for my car to get in the bay but once they had it in there it was finished quickly. My appointment was at 10:15 and I received a text that my vehicle was ready at 11:20! I headed back to get my car, grabbed my keys from the office, and that’s it! The process was so simple from start to finish.

Mason and Bethany were extremely helpful in deciding what route to take on tire replacement, after we found my tire to be non-repairable. They also offered a military discount which was greatly appreciated. Everything was really seamless purchasing, going over pricing, and then putting on my actual new tires.

Nothing less than a great experience here. I got to the store before they opened, about 7:50 a.m. The store opened at exactly 0800, meet with the greeter, gave him my info on what I wanted done. By this time its 0830, btw 7 people was in front of me, before I got to the store. I didnt have an appointment so that is why I was there so early. The young man at the register gave me a price, I had to ask twice are you sure, lol? Got the military discount wish is a blessing, because some places dont honor that. Remember 7 people was a head of me, my car was done in less than 2 hours. I had prepared myself to sit there all day, BUT because of them I was out early enough to take my wife to lunch. This business is incredible. I woke up this morning and found that I had a flat tire on my truck. After I called OnStar and had the tire taken off and my spare put on, then came the task of getting the damaged tire fixed. The first listing that I found when I started searching online was Discount Tire. I called them and asked if I could get the tire repaired and put back on my truck. Then I needed to have the spare put back underneath my truck. The gentleman said that he would have to see if it was possible to repair the tire. He said that what I wanted done was normally done for free. That blew me away! When I finally got to the business, I saw a group of professional individuals taking care of a whole host of customers. Even with that I was in and out of the place in a little over an hour. The best part of it was that I was not charged a cent. I explained to the young man that fixed my truck, that I was very satisfied and that he had a customer for life. In short, this is a super business, and the best part is that I only live 3 minutes from the place.

Chris is an excellent manager that performs an excellent job to take care of the consumers best interest. I highly recommend this facility for your service..

They repaired my tire and rotated the wheels free of charge and I didnt buy the wheels from them. But I will from now on! This is my 2nd visit here and they have earned my business for life!!

From the time I called they said they would TRY... Walmart & Discount tire wouldnt even try they just said No we WONT fix that I hate hearing that someone wont even try.

Had 2 tires put on. Had my 2 year old with me. We waited in the car until they were ready for us (about 10 minutes past our appointment time). Waited in the car while they put the new tires on (using jacks, not a lift). In and out in less than an hour. Super happy with the service. All staff was very friendly. Will definitely go back for future tire needs.

This garage was great. The garage is very clean and the folks working in the back seemed happy. All around good atmosphere. They helped me pick out some nice wheels and tires and I love the new look. I have been using Discount tire for years. First experience was in Jacksonville, Fl. Chris is the best manager out there. The service and quality of products is great.

This place is outstanding, very affordable, and professional. They offer a lot of free service including in tire replacement. They cleaned break dust on my hub with brush and replaced air valves for free. I got price at Arab tire place at gas station to remove balancing beats and rebalance tires for $170 because he was trying to be nice to me as he said. And, I came here because it is a cleaner and new equipment in store, and it is trustworthy place. When he told me $85, I was shocked. Definitely using these place. Better then my Chevrolet dealer. I can watch their work true giant glass window.

Let me tell you what, this place is incredible. I don’t write reviews but these guys warrant it. I watched them churn 15+ vehicles through complete tire changes in maybe 2 hours or less. They got good prices, including on my 35’ mud tires. I also had some problems with my wheels and when I stated I could not purchase any due to financial hardship, Chris got me an absolutely ridiculous deal on some solid wheels i’m happy with.On that, the (I believe) manager Chris is incredibly pleasant to work with and will work with you on what you need.

I had purchased a tire and set an appointment the night before through the website and everything worked out smooth and efficient. I showed up at least 20 minutes before my appointment and my tire was changed and all done within the time they had estimated it would be. Definitely will use this company from now on for repairs on my tires. They also have great warranties for their tires as well.

Despite having an appointment it took them about thirty minutes to see me due to how busy they were but that shouldn’t dissuade you. They were very professional, once in the bay they were careful and meticulous, getting me in and out in 15-20 minutes.The service was great and the guy on the phone helped me pick the best tires for my car at a price that beat local competition by 300$Will definitely be coming back.

I have come here for new tires and service for multiple vehicles. They are always polite, professional, and super fast. Ive never spent more than 45 minutes on a visit. Add in having the best prices and the awesome certificate program and there is no need to go anywhere else.

By far the BEST place in town for tire service! Very efficient, clean, organized, friendly, customer focused, and better than expected pricing! I arrived very early (8:10am) for my 11:45 appointment and was greeted by Christopher who immediately checked me in. He worked me in and I was on my way an hour later! Needless to say I couldnt be more thrilled. Discount Tire rocks!!!!

I have always liked Discount. Everyone at this location are great too! I had a slow leak in my passenger rear tire due to a nail. Dang nails! Mark was super friendly and I spent some time just talking with him about life as he waited to check-in and help other customers. Made the wait go by really quickly. Michael was great explaining the repair and letting me know how they patch the tires. They really do a lot to make sure that hole doesn’t leak again.

Chris the manager was very helpful and really took care of my issue. They go above and beyond here which is why I drive multiple towns over just to have my vehicle serviced. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the morale of the workplace seems to be great. I will always be a customer here!

I came in for a nail in my tire to be repaired, they told it was a wait approximately 2 and half hours, so I made an appointment for the next day. I arrived approximately 10 min. Early, still had to wait 20 min. past my appointment time. When I finally got in, the salesman said that my tire was an N.R. I needed a new tire. ( Now keep in mind that my tire tread had very little were. I am lucky if I put 8k miles a year on the tires. ) the quote was $70, ok good price. But I feel that they should have told me the day before and not waste my time, I felt like I was being taken advantage of because I am an older lady, and I wouldnt know any better. LADIES BE AWARE!! I got a second opinion and had my tire fixed, at no charge. I also need to say they said the reason was that the nail was to close to the side wall, I measured it was 1.5 inches. It was safe to fix. SO AGAIN BUYER BE AWARE!! and I think 0 stars would have been better.

Chris, the manager, was extremely helpful and very professional. I thought I only needed one tire but got them all checked to be sure. They checked the depth, age, and condition and made great suggestions for replacement without forcing a sale. The store is clean; bathrooms were spotless. They even had cold water and coffee.

These guys are great! I had a nail in my tire - they weren’t able to repair it (too close to the sidewall, they explained the spacing and showed it to me) but they got a new tire on at a great price and extremely fast! Everyone was pleasant to talk to and super helpful.

Let me start by saying the manager was awesome and was very informative. However, I went in for a tire rotation and they only rotated the tires on the passenger side of the car. I immediately noticed when I looked over the car in the parking lot before I left, and they corrected the problem.

The staff here are very prompt and courteous. Lobby was clean and social distancing protocols were in place. Customers can even stay right in their vehicle while tires are mounted & balanced! Cant beat their prices, service, and warranty!

Awesome service! We were visiting from out of town and started getting a slow leak in our tire. We stopped by and were told they were fully booked for the day. Mr. Clayton saw we had kids with us and told us he would see what he could do. A few minutes later he told us to pull in and they would take care of our tire. You dont get a second chance to make a good first impression and Discount Tire on Raeford Rd in Fayetteville definitely did not disappoint!! I purchased 4 tires on their website and made an appt to have them installed. They took my truck back almost immediately and were done in less than an hour and thats including having to program the new tpms sensors. I was very impressed with their professionalism and work ethic. Cant recommend these guys enough!! My go to tire shop from now on.

Kyle put a brand new spare on my car so I could drive to my college classes and work while we were waiting on my new wheels, and was so kind and helped me understand the best options for my car.
