We had an AWESOME experience from the second we arrived, to the time we left. We drove off the lot with our car 3 days later once we were sure we were getting what we wanted! Nick was the one who helped us look at all different types and models. He answered 1 million questions multiple times. He even took time to help us on his time away from work! Corey, who helped us with financing, was to the point and helpful. We looked at Toyota vehicles as well and the service was incomparable. The employees at Subaru went ABOVE AND BEYOND for every last detail! Can’t recommend them enough!

Worked with us to find the Accent in the color and model we wanted despite low inventory for new cars. Worked with us on price without it being this horrible back and forth exchange. Also willing to hold it for us and have the paperwork sent home with my husband so I could sign as I had a baby in the middle of buying it. Sales associate was very kind and we are so thankful for their kindness toward us.

Staff was kind but when I returned home from my rear coil spring recall service, we found a lug nut was cross threaded it might as well have been welded on. Can’t go anywhere now. They also forgot to put the valve cap back on so my tire was low. I also had an oil change done at my previous visit and my car has not stopped leaking since then. Tried to charge me so much money for a service my boyfriend did under an hour for under half the price ($800 for rear wheel bearings and got it done for $300 even with high quality bearings). Would give 0 stars if possible.

Generally hate the experience of buying a new car. For obvious reasons. But this was alright. Very upfront and honest. Didnt try and push me to buy every extra that can be sold. Didnt play any games when it came to getting what I wanted. Said I wanted x car, got x car for what is a reasonable price during these times.A complete 180 from trying to buy a car from Rick Hendrick Toyota here in Fayetteville which tried every game and tactic in the book a few months back. Look up my past review on that place. Scummy.Also Ive had really good experience with the service department with my previous Subaru too. Which is good as buying the car is only half of it if you ever need service. Overall very happy thus far.

I visited the Subaru Dealership to get my state inspection, and the experience was great! The process was explained clearly and executed smoothly. I sat in a spacious, air conditioned waiting room while the work was done. My car was returned to me washed, vacuumed and with Armor All! I’ll definitely return for my future annual inspections. I can totally see why this place has a solid 5 star rating. We chose Cross Creek to have our car serviced due to all of the amazing reviews. So, we were a little surprised when a few things were overlooked at the service department. We contacted Jay with our issue and he went out of his way to correct what had happened. We were extremely impressed and grateful that he took such great care of us. Its rare these days but I feel like they truly care about doing right by their customers. Would highly recommend.

I had spoken to them several times and they found a car for me. I have never experienced better customer service in all my life.When I arrived at the dealership which was over 2 hrs away from our home, they were all so friendly. I had not seen the car until I got there but they found the one I knew I would enjoy for a long time hopefully. Even though my husband and I are older, they made us both feel so special. Only wish Subaru made a truck and we would have one of those.

I was looking at buying a car from a different dealership. They didnt have the car, I would have to wait about a month. I had previously bought two other vehicles from them. This time,I was not happy with the experience. I decided to look at Cross Creek Subaru because of their reviews and the fact that they have a car like I want in stock. I was pleasantly surprised. The whole process was so easy. We were met by a young woman who obviously knew her product. There were no games, the whole process was quick and easy.

Spencer found me a great forester limited and cross creek suburu gave me a fair price on my trade. They were very nice people to work with. You can see the whole place is like a family of sorts. Right now most dealerships do not have much product I feel fortunate to have what is the finest car I have ever owned and the nicest dealership I have ever dealt with.

Recently had my transmission decide I didn’t first gear on my 2017 wrx. Took it to cross creek and mrs Paula made it the best and simplest interaction I have ever had with a car dealership. Especially with the service department. Made me glad I drive a Subaru !! Handled everything from the aftermarket warranty people to the car rentals and all I had to do was come back and pickup my car which was running better than ever!! Definitely recommend and also say mrs Paula needs a raise! No mater how much they pay her. She goes beyond the call of her job to help the customer.

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. I cancelled my appointment to have my car repaired at the collision center because of Jerry. Trying to talk to him and explain the situation I had and I felt as if I was being blown off and not heard. Apex Caliber Collision now has my business. Much better customer service with explaining the process and handling my claim.

The sales team is fabulous and will make sure you are set up with exactly you want. The sales department manager, John, spent all the time necessary to make sure we got into the specific vehicle we wanted to include trim level and all the unique features we asked for. Fantastic service!!!! We left early this morning on a road trip up from Miami. With 300 miles left on our warranty, we began having issues with our shifter and not being able to get our key out of the ignition. Not only did they identify the problem but were willing to service our car 2 hours before they closed. Blown away by their service and professionalism. Courtney was amazing at coordinating our service needs and super friendly. She even cleaned a water bowl for our two pups. Came in to get an estimate for repairs to my side mirror. Frame broke and mirror came loose when my kayak fell off the roof rack. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Service tech popped the mirror back in place and it works as good as new. Frame will have to be repaired or replaced in the future but for now it’s usable. No charge for the service. This service department meets or exceeds my expectations every time.

So my salesman Spencer was fantastic and helped me very step of the way. They were easy to work with and made the car buying experience as painless as possible. Car was immaculate when I picked it up and they even got it from another dealer when they didnt have the one that we had our eye on. They had to order us in parts and they got them in within a week and gave me a loaner for the time that they are putting them on. 10/10 would definitely buy from again and have recommended to a few people. Dealership was super clean and they really made you feel appreciated.

The customer service at Cross Creek Subaru was top notch. Mr. Ryan Brock made sure to take time to explain the process to me and the company made sure I had updates regularly on when my vehicle would be ready for pick up. I appreciated the friendly service and the efficiency of the whole process.

The Express Lane service was polite and I was checked in easily. The requested work was reviewed with me. The waiting area was clean and well lite. Two complaints from my visit. First, not all employees were following the state mandate for mask wearing in the service area. When they were separated in their own work areas this was understandable due to distance and conditions. But they were interacting with the public and each other without masks. Second, I made an appointment for 9:00 AM and the vehicle was checked in by 8:55 AM. I did not leave the service area until 10:35 AM. This was for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I make appointments so that I can schedule my time and expect prompt service.

I used CCS for an insurance claim repair. Ryan took care of me from the time I walked through the door. After I turned my car in for repair, Ryan called to give me updates almost daily which was awesome. I am so satisfied with the repair results. Hopefully I wont have to return for anymore insurance repairs, but this will be the first place on the list if I had to.

Service was very good. They started working on my car upon arrival. The was service advisor explained what was need. The service was completed in a short period of time. However, the return service sticker was left off the windshield.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic and was diagnosed with a bad torque converter, then brought it in on Monday and they said they needed to fix a mother part out of the blue, and I told them that was fine I just need my car back before Thursday. So they said they had to order the part and that it will come back Wednesday morning and it should be ready before lunch time. So I wait all day Wednesday for a call only to not receive one so I end up calling and find out that they ordered the wrong part for my vehicle so I have to take time off of work when I left the car there all week to get serviced… It’s like they don’t have their stuff in line it’s insane.

The service staff at Cross Creek Subaru is second to none. I was greeted promptly and told how long my wait would likely be. After about an hour I decided to walk around the new car lot to stretch my legs. A nice young lady came and told me that she just wanted me to know that if I had any questions she would be available to answer them. I asked her about the new model upgrades and she told me about them and then offered to show me the the new electronics. It was a quick overview of the differences and no pressure to buy/trade. It was refreshing. Back at the service area Eric informed me that I was going to need new tires. 🙄 I explained my situation at home and they were able to come up with a loaner for the evening. When I returned the loaner the next day, everyone was as pleasant as the day before and my car was ready to take home. The cost was exactly what I expected and I was back on the road shortly thereafter.
