I am extremely satisfied with the whole process. From the nice ladies at the front desk, to the team that worked on the body. It looks just like it did before the accident. Highly recommend!
Very helpful, even took care of returning rental car. Excellent repair! Kept us informed about repair process though out the job which was a tremendous help since we were out of state. I would highly recommend to anyone needing collision repair.
Paint doesnt match on my 2020 accord. Scratched side of my car. Black specks in paint. Thin paint, can see grey bumper on white car. Paint chipped at seam. Clear coat horrible doesnt shine. Was told by Tabitha its painted thats all they have to do. RUDE, callous, snooty. Took 3 times to finally get my car. Still not satisfied. RUN!!! Do not let them touch your vehicle.
They communicated they gave me a date . 👍🏼
I previously left a negative review on Gerber but would like to take the time to edit my review. Although Gerber took longer than expected to repair my vehicle Tabitha did reach out to me and explain the reasons why as well as how COVID 19 had affected the business. She showed compassion and empathy in my situation and I did appreciate that.
Por quality… a job was a disaster… and I don’t want to talk about the no professionalism by the manager.
My car was dropped off 7/2 and it’s still not ready. It was estimated to be ready as of 7/14. If it wasn’t going to be ready THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED. Never will they get my business EVER again. Now they’re saying by Friday. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!
I have had my vehicle repaired here twice. On both occasions, I have been very pleased with the service. From the initial phone call requesting service, to going into the office to fill out paperwork and having the initial inspection of the vehicle done and upon final completion of the repairs and picking my vehicle up, I couldnt have been more pleased. Customer service is A plus! I would definitely recommend Gerber to others!
Best experience at a collision shop ever.
Tabitha is just a wonderful and was so helpful. The body man Terry did a wonderful job. I’m so happy. When my vehicle was done I was very pleased. I would have never believed it was wrecked. Thanks again to the whole staff.
Excellent customer service. Tabitha did a great job helping and explaining to us the repair requirements. She was very honest as to what is needed and her recommendation was great! Our car was fix in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Tabitha and this auto body shop. Thank you Tabitha!
Great work in a timely manner keeping me informed. Very good customer service.
Very good services and prompt. They are friendly.
They are awesome!
Because they painted my truck and did it have and didnt finish the job so now I gotta take it back Monday for them to finish it right
Very helpful in a tough situation.
They fixed my motorcycle and the repair was amazing. Thank you so much!!!
They completely botched a rear glass replacement. Im still dealing with the costs to fix it and mold damage due to severe leak over a year later. 1000+ down the drain. I moved and was unable to reach out to them but would never let them touch my windows ever again anyways. Dont use them. Beware.
Sweet people
Bad level of services. They dont know what to do. They distract the problem and turn a blind eye. I chose the wrong place to fix my car. All they care about is who will bear the expenses of repair. His impudent treatment with the customers. I received my car, and they knew that there were malfunctions that they did not fix and they did not inform me about it.
Thanks to the Gerber Collision & Glass Experience team I am very happy with the outcome of my car. Even how fast the service was it went from 6 Days to 2 Days and Im very pleased and Happy. Being a Over The Road Truck Driver I was aware of what my car was going through and when every Step of my collision was completed, they kept me informed via. Text message and through phone calls. I will most definitely refer you guys to Friends & Family. I am proud to say I was referred by one of your very own Team Players which is my Brother Dwayne Watson.
Excellent customer service and our car looked like new when they were done! Highly recommend!
I dropped my car off to them a few weeks ago after my car was damaged . And even tho it took longer to fix than originally stated they keep me informed all the way with text and phone calls this is the 2nd vehicle Ive took to them and both times I was extremely satisfied with the out comes of my cars the whole process was awesome form the estimate to the inspecting my car at the pick up. Grate customer service and very professional
Unacceptable service and very disappointing! Car was not ready despite being called and informed that it was. Came second to a company staff meeting at the time of getting my vehicle and had to wait 20 minutes despite informing staff I needed to leave for an appointment. Very disappointed in the attitude of the manager on duty today.
These guys are absolutely the best! When dealership said $600 for new piece and I would have to pay, Brent had his guys look at it funny thing....Dealership never put metal screws back in so only plastic retainer holding in place well not really. That instance is service and it was over a year since Gerber did my claim!
I previously had a car accident and my insurance company sent me to Gerber collision for a estimate so I drove to get an estimate on my car and I gave them permission to do the repairs on my car and they made the estimate so high that my insurance company had to total my car and they add stuff on the estimate that didnt need to be repaired on my car and now I have to start over again and only needed the quarter panel to be repaired on my car. I wont recommend nobody to bring their car to Gerber collision .
Great body werk
Great customer service
Great communication, even better quality. Highly recommended.
I speaking specifically about the location at 3730 Ramsey St.Fayetteville, NC 28311.There was so much miscommunication and poor customer service I dont know where to begin. I called and worked with this company to get a back windshield replaced and get an estimate on the dent at the same time for one of my contractors. Not only did they not have my appointment on their books, they didnt take responsibility for their lack of communication.I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone who is trying to get work done in a timely fashion. These people from employees to management do not understand customer service and dont take responsibility for the failures in communication and service they make.I am disappointed and took my business elsewhere. Working with them was an extreme waste of time. They kept saying that the glass work they have done is through a third party and lack of scheduling isnt their fault. However this information is not made clear on the website.I will go with the tried and true Safelite Auto Glass to get the back windshield replaced. I should have done so in the first place. They have excellent customer service and communication and Gerber should take note for the future of their business.
For communication they called me twice a week and sent me text updates so definitely 5+starts on that. They got my repairs done very quickly.
Service was fast... estimate was reasonable...my deductible too damn high😩
Drop off and pick up was a breeze. They kept me updated about the status of my car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE: 2/5 (Raeford Rd Location)Customer service was great as the other reviews stated but the overall care of my car was piss poor. Usually when you leave your car in someone elses care you should at least get it back in the fashion you left it to them. Although the overall repairs were satisfactory the cleanliness of my car was terrible. Dirt and foot prints all over my seats as well is leftover trash from the repairs. Not to mention my back window has paint on it. Kinda detracts from the quality of the service when it looks like they trashed your car after the job was done. Now I get to clean my car all over again. Thanks Gerber 👍 If your smart you’ll go to Caliber Collision. Hopes this helps guys.
Great reliable place to get repairs done on your car.
Great body shop and they have policies in place to help protect customers from ID Theft.
Had my 2016 Nissan Altima driver side quarter panel repaired at this location on November 5th 2018, everything was perfectly fine apart from the damage to the quarter panel, however after picking up my vehicle on my way home I smelled a liquid burning scent, I thought it was just the fact that i hadnt driven it in awhile so everything was warming up. Not until I got home and parked, popped the hood I realized that the radiator cap was missing and the coolant had spilled out. So I called the office to find out what happened, (mind you they had no reason to go into the engine), after speaking with the manager she suggested I go to the dealership where I normally get my car serviced to run a diagnostic test to find out if my vehicle was overheating. Now my vehicle was just serviced a month before that, so no possible way it would be overheating, in addition this is a fairly new vechile. At the end of the day I went ahead and ended up buying a new radiator cap, now until this day December 13th 2018, their is no indication of my vehicle overheating. My suggestion, incase this scenario happens again as I have been in the customer service industry for over 8 years, please do not suggest to your customer go to the dealership or wherever he/she gets there vechile serviced, instead take responsibility of the situation because you are putting that customer out of his/her and putting them in another situation by telling that customer to drive to the dealership which mind you is not next door and a diagnostic aint free. Instead, you should have either send one of your professional mechanics to look at the vechile or send a toe truck to pick up that vechile and take it to your location to rectify the issue. This really left a bad taste in my mouth.
No no no. Is all I have to say. Perhaps after further investigation I can figure if they really didnt care for me as a customer or generally dont have the knowledge to repair a top of the line 2016 mustang GT. However I will say they have a great way of deflecting and can tell you how much of a mistake they are allowed to make, (like your gonna show up with a micrometer in hand). Anyways folks please dont make the same mistake I did and trust this facility with your investment. Furthermore USAA should not back these people. Our countrys veterans deserve better. My car was presented to me by management and management deflected so another body shop plus more inconvenience to me. This accident was not even my fault.... well ladies and gentlemen, finally got my car back the weekend before my BD. No its not perfect and I can deal mostly with that but Im gonna add to the list of things not taken care of. The rear side windows have over spray on them. The feft side exaust is significantly lower than the right(right side is correct) not sure of an alignment was done but feels like something is a little wacky or bouncy. Im not complaining but I will go back to have a few of these things looked into as time allows. In my heart I really think this could have and should have been done the first time around. Although significant effort was put into the vehicle the second time I still in my opinion think the first time the proper repairs should have been made. Id like to thank the staff and the head supervisor of claims for USAA. Again Im going to say with all those eyes that were getting paid to ensure the job was done properly, I was failed and at my cost all around. Usaa is forcing me at this point to find other insurance options. Tabatha from Gerber, thank you. I understand the process. Thanks for adjusting fire and resolving the issues. Im in love with my car again. Pictures soon..
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, also good looking repair!
Because the representative are awesome
They do very good work and they work fast and not that expensive like other shops.
This place is not deserving of any stars! I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this body shop for paint unless your a fan of the partridge family and want your car to look like their bus!!! When we dropped our car off for repairs and paint (if needed due to hail damage) we got it back with several different shades of one color on different panels of it! Like the hood is different colors than the finders, the top doesnt match any other part of the car, etc. the rear spoiler was sanded down past the paint and never finished!!!Its just a total and complete mess! Im embarrassed to even be seen around or drive my car!!!!
Fast & friendly
Absolutely and completely disgusted with this place. My car was hit by someone and USAA sent my car here to be painted and repaired. Now my car has been there about 3 or so weeks, it has been repainted 3 times. USAA contacted the shop today to ask what the problem is and they say my car came in with previous damage and it wasnt because of paint, well its a wonderful thing I have pictures of before my car entered this shop to show the damage. They claim they didnt repaint the door, but did in fact repaint the door where it looks absolutely terrible. I gave them many chances to make this right and they still refuse to fix my vehicle peoperly. I would NEVER recommend taking a vehicle here.
Staff easy to work with on repairs.
They have terrible customer service. Additionally I had a claim submitted through USAA on a Friday for a Monday drop off at 0930. I even called them to confirm. They call me that Monday at 0730 telling me they can get me in the following Monday. These people are a joke when did customer service go out the window. Will not recommend!
Where to start...well like the other reviewer stated, they have horrible horrible communication skills...once I received the estimate, I was told it would take two days for my bumper to come in and that they would give me a call to schedule a drop off time. After a week of hearing absolutely nothing, i called (1st strike), and was asked to bring my car in a week later. Ok, so I drop my car off, and was told it would be done in 2 days. I get a text 2 days later stating my car is ready for pickup. Ok good deal. When I arrive to pick my car up and look it over, I immediately noticed that the bumper did not look the same and that there was a textured part of the bumper where it was supposed to be glossy black. When I brought this to the gentlemans (dont remember his name) attention, i got the run around: Well itss probably two pieces, and they just masked off the piece that was left one the car... (strike 2) I rebutted that the bumper is one whole piece and the entire piece was gloss black when I brought it in. Then the next excuse was well, lets look at the pictures we took (strike 3), as if to say after 4 years I dont know how my car is supposed to look. He was looking at the pictures saying I cant see it, I asked him if he saw the blatant glare that was shining off the part...if it was matte there would be no glare... finally the manager comes out and says Why dont you go look at the original bumper??? ok so we go look at the original bumper, guess what? Gloss Black on the entire bumper. So, the next excuse was well they may have discontinued the bumper you had (strike 4) - The maker still makes the model of car I took in, and there is no way they would discontinue a part that is still being put on brand new cars. So he calls the dealership and confirms that there is only one part for my VIN. I asked for my bumper back and told them I would be back to visit them because this is not correct. So over the course of the following week, I do my research and confirm that it is the correct part. HOWEVER I contacted Mitsubishi Motors of America, who responded to me in less than 24 hrs - the verdict - the car was painted incorrectly...they painted my car according to another models spec. (Strike 5)So when I went back to Gerber, Showed this email to the manager who stated I dont know how I am supposed to paint a textured part of that bumper - as the customer, the last thing you should do is say you dont know how to do your job (strike 6)..thats for the company to figure out. So then he stated Im going to have to contact Mitsubishi to find out how to paint this, and I will contact you back.3 weeks went by and not a WORD from this company (strike 7), so I call them, and the lady said, oh can you bring you car in next week? I said OK and asked why it took so long to hear back, her response was He [the manager] just received a response from Mitsubishi this morning - Mitsubishi takes no longer than 48hrs to respond so either they lied and were just sitting on it, or they waited 19 days to ask the question...either way (strike 8).I complain to my insurance company about this, (it was a insurance preferred body shop by the way), they told me I could take it to someone else if I like to get it corrected. I did just that. I thought that was the end of my worries...So the new body shop tells me that because Gerber GLUED my bumper to my car instead of SCREWING in in with the clips (strike 9), they have to order a whole new bumper, which has caused a delay in the corrective paint process. Please please please stay away from this company, Take your car to either Cross Creek Paint and body or Genters Collision These are mom and pop shops who are honest and dont give you the run around and treat you like you are an idiot. If only 0 stars was an option.
After the hail storm in April 2014 the Ford dealership recommended taking my brand new 2 month old Ford Fusion into this location for repairs. When I scheduled the appointment (dropped my car off on May 6th) the manager, Brent, told me the repairs would take no more than 5 days. I had a trip planned so that would be ok. When I returned from my trip (May 19th) my car was still not repaired. He then told me it would take another week to repair. I understood because the damage was extensive from the hail storm. At the end of the extra week my car still was not repaired. He then told me it would take a few extra days. After ANOTHER week without hearing from them I called them back (May 26th). They assured me my car would be finished on Thursday (May 29th) at 5 pm. I waited most of the day on Thursday and finally got worried and called around 2pm. Guess what!?!?!?! My car STILL was not done! They promised me that my car would be done the following day at 5 pm. After not hearing from them again on Friday I called around noon to check the status. The receptionist said Kyle would call me back. At 2:30 pm he FINALLY called me back and..... yes you guessed it..... my car STILL was not repaired. Now they said it would be done on Monday June 2nd at 5 pm. So Monday come and guess what? No calls! Even though he promised me he would call me. So at 1 pm I call them. They will call me back.......... it is now 3 pm and no news. I STILL DONT HAVE MY CAR!!!! A full month after dropping it off for repairs. So if you dont mind making a car payment for a car for a month and never getting to use it drop it off at this location. If you like NO COMMUNICATION then this is definitely the location for you! If you like being jerked around go here!
Phone Customer service at the Raeford store absolutely poor call to get a estimate and got the crappy response
Refused to do work on my truck bc someone did work on it in the past??
