They were very quick, did a fantastic job, and had amazing communication on the phone. They were upfront and accurate with the parts and labor estimate. I was concerned they might be really expensive, but since I had an electrical problem I wanted someone I could trust to be trained on gm vehicles. They were not any more expensive than my previous mechanic! I will bring all my vehicles here. The car was towed in on a Friday afternoon. I had the diagnoses on Wednesday, a part had to be ordered, It was finished on Friday. Thats lightening fast compared to my previous mechanic.

Blake at the dealership was awesome! He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted!I called several dealerships with no calls back. Blake called me back immediately. Explained nothing was available at the time, but had an option of purchasing one that was being built. He kept me updated during the process and had everything ready when I arrived to pick my new vehicle up.This is the place to go if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. Everyone was very helpful!

We are from Pine Bluff and was moving our son to college. His vehicle has been fine since we’ve had it but began dying as soon as we reached Fayetteville. Didn’t really know what to do but knew that we couldn’t leave him with a vehicle that was messing up. I have never had great experiences at a dealer but being in a strange town I didn’t know what other choice we had. I called an Colby answered the phone and I told him what we were up against. He said he would be waiting on us and said he would do whatever needed to be done to get the vehicle back to the dorm. When we dropped it off he was a very pleasant service advisor took all of our information and explained that they were a week or so out in the shop. 2 business days later we were shocked to receive a call with a diagnosis and upon approval to do the repair we were called a couple hours later and notified that it was finished. Every dealership could use an employee like Colby. I would say he went above and beyond. Thumbs up to your dealership.

I had a 0930 appointment and arrived a little early. For an oil change and a tire patch I was done around 1100. The gentleman that checked me in and out kept me updated and was very nice. Will use again.

The customer service rep was very professional, and understood what I needed to ha v e done. The work was performed in a timely manner. Service rep explained that a part was ordered to correct one problem, and estimated how long it would take to receive the item, and paint it before contacting me to have it installed.

They did a wonderful job here. They are always friendly and helpful. Wonderful group of people there.

My truck brakes seemed a little spongy, they quickly determined the rear drums needed new shoes. The front disc brakes were good, nothing else needed repair and they didn’t try to sell me some other unnecessary service. Great job, fair price, I’m very satisfied!

Professional all the way. Unfortunately after paying $2600 for a new compressor and evaporator, the original problem of no cooling at highway speeds persists. Apparently GMs diagnostic tools arent as reliable as marketed. Nonetheless, the man hours and courtesy are appreciated, and Im sure theyll make right on the deal.

I was happy with the service recieved but shouldnt have taken 3 weeks to get parts in when I was estimated they would arrived within 1-2 days for my car overheating. I would go back because my car warranty is with Chevrolet.

I do not bring my 2015 Tahoe to anyone else. They always do a good job and accommodate my tight schedule.

I waited two hours for an oil change

I feel that the mechanics here do good work, but the communication is poor. I rarely got a call regarding my car which was in the shop for almost 30 days. Even when I was told to expect a call, I would find myself calling in two days later because I never heard anything. They were also supposed to order a key for me which was not done. I was told I would get a call when it arrived. I still havent gotten a call.
