The service here is pretty good. I dont know much about auto care, but I come here for tire replacements, assuming that the price is decent. The staff is nice. The wait can be long, depending on the day and how many people are ahead of you. But I guess you can shop in Walmart and give away more of your money as you wait... Idk... Its Walmart so 🤷🏿

Just park there, easy access, not too busy, roamed around Walmart, picked up some amazing Caramel pecan, brown sugar and vanilla wax melts. I was actually looking for discounted patio furniture...no luck 😫 Thanks Walmart, for nothing 🤣🤣🤣 just joking, calm down

Had oil changed they forgot to close hood properly in car and dip stick was hanging out of oil change tube. Glad we found it before hood came up going down the road

Came here for a flat tire repair. Don the shop manager gave the best customer service. Wait time are usually about an hour for service to be complete.

Services usually take about 2 hours, even if Im 2nd in line (Ive never been 1st there lol) and Ive been getting tires from Wal-Mart automotive for about 10 years. Never have any issues afterwards. Road hazard is a must if you have bad luck with tires like me 😅

I got there at 7am so Id be the first customer. Got my tire changed, was out in less than an hour.

🚨do not get your tires balanced here!🚨these people had no idea what they were doing, brought it back three times and they still couldnt figure it out. the first two times, they took off the weights on one of the tires and left the weights on the three other tires, so the vehicle was vibrating horribly, then the third time the supervisor did it, he put different types of weights on different tires so the vehicle still vibrated. finally i was fed up and was not going back a fourth time, so i went to another walmart and they actually solved the problem the first time, no more vibrations. i understand people make mistakes but the reason i am so upset is that they tried to blame it on me and the manufacturer before they even tried to figure out what they could have possibly did wrong.

We called yesterday to ask hours of operation for 4 tire change. We were informed to bring the car as they were open until 630 pm.Imagine our surprise when we go inside and the story is they are closing at 5pm because they are short-staffed. I asked what changed and the guy up front smirked and said he could not take any cars because their bay was full.Sounds like a huge management issue.

Came in for a tire rotation and oil change. Has one tech doing oil changes but he was also doing 3 other jobs. Each oil change took around 45 minutes. When car went to get tires rotated the techs decided that it was a good time to take a 15 min break. Spent 4 hours get 35 to r0 Minutes Work done. Was told the wait was 1 to 1 1/2 hours. They should fire the whole staff on duty today. Waste of time. It is actually worth it to pay more and go somewhere else. You get what you pay for

They Keep forgetting what Im there for. 3 times they brought my vehicle back in to complete the service that I agreed to be done to it. The cool thing was that the manager stepped in and I didnt have to pay for the new tire so over all Im satisfied. Thanks for hooking me up.

Been getting oil changes 4 years was great till came 2 visit my granddaughter here in N.C. when car was ready said they didnt have oil filter charged me extra 4 one off shelf 3 ft. Away no way 2 treat a senior. At 75 wasent gonna do it myself

These guys were great! Got me a discount in my tires, installed the proper lug nuts on one side and had it all done in less than an hour!

Worst experience ever! Arrived at 830! Left two hours later for two tires, balanced n mounted!!!! I had one car in front of me! Every other place I ever been to took 1 hour maybe! Had them manually put on by my husband who’s an Army mechanic! It doesn’t take 2 hours. Department manager was so unpleasant, unhappy, and rude! Never again! I watched as my car was only looked at not even messed with like it was not a priority!

Called this location 10 times to get no answer. Needed to know something so I would not waste a trip out here. What is the point of having phones in your store when everyone to dam lazy to answer them

Very slow, over 3 hours to tell me my tires just need air and my tpms sensor will go off. Even the associate said it was ridiculous for it to take this long when there werent that many vehicles there.

No one spike tho me about how the oil change went. How the oil looked, when to come back, if I had any questions nothing just took my money and have me my keys.

The customer service is and has been great but the wait isnt worth it. Low staffing which makes it a long wait.

Came in at 9:45 am to get a single tire put on my car after one went flat. It is now 12:00 pm and they still haven’t started working on my car. THAT’S TWO HOURS AND FIFTEEN MINUTES to wait for a single tire. I may end up waiting another hour. Don’t come here is you don’t want to spend your whole day here!!

Too slow all I needed was a battery got there at 1015 they finished me up at 140 smh. All the money Walmart makes and u got like 3 4 people working. I wont be back

Purchased tires here in August. They overtightened the lug nuts so badly that when I went back for a rotation they had to strip a nut and damaged the stud to get one of the wheels off.Im currently waiting at another shop to get the damage repaired, then have to go back to seek reimbursement.Edit: Im going to upgrade my review to 3 stars since they reimbursed my repair costs, but Im still pretty annoyed for the inconvenience.
