Can’t speak on the service they provide for appliances, but as far as the senior gentleman working the counter in the store? Wow. Guy speaks to customers like they are his unwanted step child that just broke his favorite coffee mug. If you like being talked down to then this is the place for you!

I had the pleasure of finding a reputable repair shop for my 20 year old BOSE WAVE SYSTEM. I have received excellent service from Frank, and his staff. This man was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, very fair, and might I add quite a character !!!! I strongly recommend Harmony Hut located in the strip mall behind Walmart, Falmouth MA .Sincerely, Susie.... P.S. He also carries remotes for the Bose, if by chance yours does not have one. I cant live without my remote control : )

Every time that I have gone here, the owner is always friendly and helpful. As it was said before, if you cant find something, he will get it for you! Even if you dont need/want anything, go in for the nostalgia (if youre old enough). Crazy how you forget how AWESOME things were, because thats all you had. Go check it out 😉

The owner is jolly and funny and knows his stuff. If you cant find what youre looking for he can help you locate it
