I recently received excellent customer service from Adam at this Verizon store. He listened, he put himself in my situation to plan the approach to help me, he walked me through the steps and together we rectified the issue. This was a very positive, no stress experience.
We had a rainy day on our vacation down at the Cape and decided to open up a line for our new business at Verizon. Abby or Abigail helped us for FOUR HOURS and it seemed like she really was helping us. Well 2 months later I have spoken to maybe 15 different verizon agents and chats for all of the things she did not mention as far as billing. We have been charged and charged and charged for things we didnt even know we would be charged for - all because she sucked us into a promotion with false advertising. We were in her store July 9th for 4 hours and it is now Sept 9th and I have to call Verizon tomorrow when they open to complain again about a new charge on our account based off of our visit in Falmouth with Abby. Please avoid this store and avoid her if you can. We are 1 phone call away from jumping ship from Verizon after being with them since we had cellphones. It is the most frustrating and time consuming process I have ever gone through since leaving this Falmouth store. I have spent hours with customer support since we have left this store. BEWARE.
My wifes phone was acting strange so she took it to the Verizon store. The employees were baffled but they put her into a comparable phone. And presented her with a free tablet. Now my bill is $100 a month more then it was. And the service is still iffy. When trying to download an H&R tax program it is so slow it times out. I tried to find out how much we owe on the new phone and the free tablet but it also times out before the information shows up. Beware dont bend over.
I came in to switch my line over and Kyle and Hussein were more than helpful. They went above and beyond to insure I got a great deal! Will always come to this store.

I was just in store to have my screen protector changed . The man who helped me was amazing!!! Not only did he in less than 10 minutes change the screen he helped me with a new phone cover and told me I had a online credit to use . So I walked out with new screen protector and I got buy one get one free phones case, I got a charger for free ... was not expecting any of that . He was honest helpful and kind, all while he was training a new worker . Hats off to him . I will definitely recommend this location

I just stood in the store for about 15 minutes waiting to purchase a pair of ear buds. The 2 employees did not acknowledge my presence in any way. I actually called their 2 competitors who are nearby- one is next door! And if they had the product in stock I would have left. I hated to give them my money.Not the first time I have been treated rudely in this store. If this was a one off I would not be posting this.
Staff is awesome and tries to find the most affordable plan for your needs. Very knowledgeable of the phones abilities and accessories.
I stooped at the Go Wireless on Davis Straits in Falmouth, Ma on Tuesday. The Otter case and plastic protector purchased at Best Buy in September 2019 was discolored (case) and plastic (protector) was chipped.The sales associate John “Jack P” was most helpful. He recommended a Casemate case and a premium glass protector. I purchased both and he was courteous enough to install both correctly. He also explained the warranty and answered all my questions.Short conclusion to this story is the IPhone looks great and is protected extremely well.I would highly recommend Go Wireless and Jack P. You won’t be disappointed rest assured.

This was the second stop at a Verizon location in a quest to purchase a SIM card, add a line to our account and activate my 11 year old daughter’s first iPhone. The experience at the first stop TCC Verizon in Bourne had left my child in tears.Adam, the GoWireless Verizon salesman at the Falmouth location, quite literally, saved the day. He was knowledgeable, engaging and kind. In 30 or so minutes he had her activated and connected, all while connecting with her and tuning in to exactly what she needed on a personal level.He gently guided us to products specific to our needs which left me room to purchase additional items suited for my family.I highly recommend this store and Adam in particular if you’re looking for quality customer service while meeting your Verizon GoWireless goals.It was 5 star service at its best. I’ve been going to this location for years. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I usually work with Matt Getzie when I go in and he’s been great to my entire family. He even took the time to show my son how to use some of the features on his new phone. I’ve bought phones, charges, screen protectors, and cases and haven’t had an issue with any of them. Thank you for great service all these years!
I have had nothing but great experiences every time Ive been in the store, the staff is always helpful and they listen and understand what Im saying. In particular, the management of the store is superior. Im glad to have a place like this to go to as opposed to the competition.
Attom(? Spelling) was amazingly helpful. Gave me options that other associates in the store never even told me I had. He saved me from paying $200 for a replacement phone to $30 for just the screen replacement. Why would 2 other associates not tell me that!? I have heard Brian is a very honest educated associate also.

I got out of work Friday and went to Gowireless in Falmouth to upgrade my phone plan. I read they were open until 7, so I got there around 5:30 and waited for about twenty minutes before I was told by the sales person at the register someone else will help you, Im leaving at 6 (At 5:50, mind you) only for the other sales person to say no Im leaving too. As they fought over who would be forced to wait on me, I left. I went to Mashpee where I upgraded my phone by a sales person named Danny who went above and beyond to help me. Ill never return to Falmouth Verizon, and if you live close by, going to Mashpee is worth it. Falmouth Verizon seems so busy that the sales reps dont care.
I have been a long-standing customer of Verizon Wireless and its mostly because of Matt Getzie who is the most knowledgeable, courteous and helpful wireless associate who works at the Falmouth location. His expertise and willingness to help customers are second to none. He can answer any questions that you may have and provide you with the right product for your needs. I highly recommend seeing him!!
They WILL keep you old iphone if youre not on the ball. I find this practice too sleazy for words, and wont deal with them again. Its well worth driving to a regular Verizon store, in my opinion.
Always issues. The reps are super nice but I always have extra charges on my bill and am told I did things I wasnt allowed to do and must have misunderstood Aka they always say no problem.... but its a problem.

Always have this aire of vulture sales.Theyll sell you up and rake you over the coals with add-ons to pad their paycheck.Never have stuff in stock.Prices are higher than other REAL Verizon stores.Didnt seem to know their own product very well.Staff seems to have this glaring stare thst makes you think SHOULD WE JUST HASH THIS OUT IN THE PARKING LOT?They WILL outrightblie to you and set you up in s cintrsctvto gey the commission to their paycheck...call customer service is the go to response. What use is a physical Verizin store if they knowdick about their product and are out to screw you over?The only reason they survive is that the sign says VERIZON and people think its the real deal.I know a 70+ year old guy whos paying over $110 for 24 months on a J3 phone and a large (8gig data) plan...$1200/year!!!That should cost $50/mo (15gigs!) + the phone purchase of $99 not $200!Get educated BEFORE you shop for phones, plans and carriers.More options than just VERIZON.
Purchased a new phone and plan directly through Verizon. Good deal! Verizon told us to take to local store and get get help transferring data and other setup. Verizon said there would be no problem since we bought through them . The store did activate and transfer data; beyond that they were rude, boorish and nasty to my wife, I would never patronize, never.....

Very terrible customer service. There was one particular man that was completely lackadaisical. He is supposedly a manager and had zero sense of customer service even though he messed up the phone order, he did not even have the common courtesy to apologize. I recommend visiting the Wareham (an actual verizon store) or calling customer service even. This stores representative makes this location a complete waste of time and energy which is just too bad for verizon.

Was not a successful visit. If youre unhappy with the activation fees after being with your company for 13 years. There will be no upgraded phones for us for a while. From Verizon!!!
Some of the people that work here are rude, boring and uninformative. If you ask a question, your lucky to get a quarter of an answer. They come across like they dont wana be there and dont wana talk to you. In a business like this...you have to be a people person and provide information. The rep was quick to tell me I should buy a case when all I asked was when a new phone would be in stock. Why wud I buy a case for a phone I dont have yet. I never even said I was gona buy it. Like everyone else is saying....dont go to this Verizon.
Checked in late for a complete changeover and upgrade late in the day and the store came through with all of it. Fantastic!

I bought a charger for my phone it cost me about $40. It only lasted 2 weeks. They would not exchange it for me. I will never ever buy anything from them again. My job lot charger lasted a lot longer for a third of the cost.
