I had been considering getting a new phone, but was not satisfied by my online research, so I decided to stop in and see some phone options in person. Im really glad I did. Dave was top notch! He was professional, but personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted and discussed phone options. He really listened and didnt try and sell me something fancier and more expensive, like many of the past experiences Ive had with phone retailers. I ended up picking out a phone that perfectly fits my needs. He took additional time to help me get just about everything set up on the phone, such as email and apps. Then took even more time to set up further settings to my preference, which I honestly would have struggled to figure out on my own. He also taught me some helpful features and short cuts I didnt even know existed, and have made using my phone that much easier and more convenient. I highly recommend you go see Dave because youll be well taken care of!

Meaghan at the Falmouth, ME location helped my mom yesterday get a new phone. My mother is visually impaired so she needed a phone that was easy to use. Meaghan went through what she felt were the best phones for a person in my mothers situation. She spent over 2 hours with us, was extremely patient, explained everything to her, and did it all with a smile. Her customer service is exceptional!

Friendly service most of the time and they helped me transfer data to a new phone painlessly.-1🌟 due to being charged for an add-on that they told me was free with the purchase. Only discovered that they had been dishonest when I checked the invoice.

I have done business with Spencer Smith in the past and was pleased with the way he handled the purchase of my wifes flip phone earlier this year so I called him to ask how I could save on my phone bill because Spectrum was making claims of how I could save money by going with them, Spencer told me that it was true Spectrum would be cheaper but after he explained why and the benefits of staying with Verizon I am happy to be a Verizon customer, he looked into my account and made a few changes and not only did he save me some money I got the newest galaxy phone.I called Spencer because he cares about his customers during and after the sale he made follow up calls to my wife a few days after the sale and again not long ago which has never happened since we have been buying phones Verizon should be happy to have such a professional on the staff.Thanks Spencer and keep up the good work.

Chris is absolutely incredible and you should pride yourselves on having someone of his caliber on your team!! A few months ago I switched to a new iPhone. Not only was he extremely helpful and knowledgeable but he also did little things like providing me a box to mail in my old phone for the credit and explained to me how it worked. Later that night I attempted to do this return and waited for my package label to arrive so I could mail the old phone to Verizon. Long story short: something went wrong on Verizons end and it didnt go through in their system. I tried speaking to Verizon customer service and had no success. Chris, who has called multiple times to follow up and ensure everything is working right and that I am happy, listened to my frustration over the lack of response from Verizon and while he couldnt personally resolve the issue for me he gave me the right number to call, the right questions to ask and step-by-step instructions on how to get it resolved with Verizon. About 30-minutes later I was off the phone with Verizon who confirmed that the issue was EXACTLY what Chris said it likely was, got the package label and a few days after mailing it the credit appeared on the account.Chris not only went above and beyond but demonstrated the calm poise and positive attitude that made me confident the situation would get resolved with his guidance. As someone who has worked in customer service for 20-years I can tell you that to find a Chris is very rare and you should make a point to retain him, develop him and bring him through the ranks because he is exactly the type of person you want as part of the future of your business.

The best Verizon store around!!! Don’t bother calling Verizon’s 800 number. These guys are much better than any of those people. They know just about everything, very kind, never in a rush with u. Dan helped me a lot. Ben is another good one. All of them are great, just these are the 2 I have dealt with the most.

To be On Buy one get one free, Plus I was supposed to get 500 for my Samsung Galaxy s10 5g I had to give back defected phone after a year of use, This does not add up, my bill should be a lot lower, why do they have my tablet as a phone,want to speck to owner of store, to explain my situation Ive been in with the phone and his emplyees, this is not the deal i made with the tablet either in paying 70$ or 80$ A month on this,not what I singed up for, no paper work for me now prove ! But my sister was there.also one man,told me the owner dont like giving his number out, most company owners do, they want to here how people are being treated. About there campany!

However, Brenan guided us through the process with patience and a sense of humor. Then he mentioned I was eligible for a phone upgrade. In the past I resisted upgrading my phone because I found the new phones intimidating. (Yes Im old.) Brenan showed me exactly how the new features work and took the time to address my concerns. Next thing I knew, I was walking out with a brand new phone, my account issues fixed, and my first pair of Airpods! Very happy with all. Highly recommend this store.

Be aware that this location is a Verizon reseller... It is not the actual Verizon store with Verizon employees... that said I had a good experience with switching out my Verizon phone that was in disrepair. If you require an official Verizon store I would suggest the one over by the mall.The service was friendly and the parking was right at the front door.

I went to this Verizon to get a new iPhone. I left with a new iPhone and two Hums for each of our cars. I was told by the sales rep they were running a promotion, pay $1 for each hum and we would be reembuirsed the activation fee of $40 each ($80 total, this number was given to us specifically) and pay $5 a month for the plan.What i was not told:1. I would then only be credited back ONE of the $40 activation fees.2. The device is NOT $5 a month, it is $10 per line per month.3. There is a 2 YEAR CONTRACT ON EACH LINE!!!!!

I went to Verizon in falmouth, with a customer service issue moving my photos from verizon cloud to an SD card, Nate nadeau (aka lil nate) helped me for 1.5 hours trying every possible way, he was determined and at last he figured it out, its nice to know you can go to a Verizon store and get help without them cramming products down your throat, truly a great customer experience!! Reccomend him highly!!

The promotion I am owed has still not been credited to my account 5 months later. Staff are nonresponsive. Even when Verizon Wireless got involved, Cellular sales lied and said they would finally apply the credit to my account. They never have. DONT TRUST THIS PLACE: they won’t give you the promotions they promise, and Verizon Wireless won’t be able to help you.
