Shawn Stanley is as good as I can imagine . He is amiable, personable as well as professional in his demeanor. My age-group is generally not tuned in to this industry and rely on competence but even more importantly on honesty.T-Mobile is lucky to have employees like Shawn.

I’ve been coming to your Falmouth Mass store since T-Mobile took over Sprint. The store staff has been unbelievable helpful as product knowledgeable! I couldn’t be more satisfied! Ask for Shawn or Matt when coming in. They are the two guys to talk to.

Cant believe how easy my experience was at the store ! Shawn helped me get my new phone, he was able to transfer everything I had on my old beat up phone onto my new phone, and made sure everything was there before I walked out. This guy was awesome, helped me and some one else out at same time and never missed a beat.

Sean and Matt are the Dream Team. I had to visit T Mobile for 2 phone upgrades in the space of 2 weeks, and I cant rave enough about the experience. They were professional, but I also appreciated their warmth, humor and good nature to make a usually tedious experience very pleasant. Good Work Guys!

Came in with a complex transaction (picking up new phone, on a new account that my husband opened the week before). Shaun was solo employee & had multiple customers. He stayed calm, was incredibly efficient. All left happy, including me. SO glad to have switched to T-Mobile!

Shawn is quite literally fantastic. His patience and ability to interact with multiple customers at the same time are unparalleled! Without a doubt one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had. I upgraded my phone, to which he gave me a rundown on my options and what would work best with what I required from a device. I went with the Samsung S21, and I am obsessed! If you are looking for a knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant associate - Shawn is your guy!

Came in because old phone wasnt working, Shawn the only guy working at the time, was dealing with 2 other customers when I came in, greeting me at the door and behind helping me at same time. Juggled 3 different people with 3 different problems all at the same time, and all of us left very happy. if you goto any T-Mobile, goto Falmouth and see Shawn !!

I lost my phone off the back of my truck but it’s insuredI came back to Falmouth Sprint where Sean and Tim originally sold me the three iPhone 11’s for myself and my daughtersYesterday Tim helped me print out and photograph the affidavit, pics of my ID and receipt, which helped me get my new phone overnighted to my house today!!!When it came it wasn’t activated so I came here again and Sean helped me set it up BUT found I had nothing in the iCloudHe was able to restore all my contacts and photos through my gmail!!!These guys are amazing and I’ll only come hereThank you guys!!!

AWFUL employees and service. I went in to add my wife to my account and right away the Indian told us he couldn’t help us today. In trying to figure out a way we could solve our issue he proceeds to swear at us and say things under his breath... needless to say I drove 40 minutes away to the next Sprint store and was happily greeted and help with no issues. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

Just drive to Mashpee or Hyannis.So much easier.Staff here is recycled Sprint sales people who dont know T-MOBILE products or services etc.The images arent even the actual store!How lazy of the employees and owner.And if youre a Sprint customer...theres a Dollar Tree across the way that sells a 6 pack of straight edged razors for $1.Youll only need one really.

The guys that are employed to supposedly be knowledgeable pertinent to information regarding products and services provided, are CLUELESS! WAITED 20 minutes for an employee to arrive late to wait another half hour on the second day(had to come back) to end up at square 1. Fools quite honestly.

Nice staff working there BUT, currently very unhappy with them. Went in to their store in late May to lease a Samsung S-9. They told me there was a special for all Sprint customers who were upgrading, two leases for the price of one. My wife was with me and I decided I may as well get two phones after all, the same price. Since then I am getting fully billed for two phones at $33 per month each. Have contacted Sprint twice about this and have gone back to the store, assured it was taken care of. Now Sprint denies that program exists. They say its only if you activate a new line. Thats not what I have been told now 3 times by the store managers.I want to get this remedied but cant go to the store constantly. Was I lied too? A con job? Im starting to think so.

Called them up to see if I can do some business with them. I was cut off in the middle of explaining my situation and was told I was going to talk to a manager. I asked “the manager“ for his name and he didn’t want to give it to me. I automatically felt like he was assuming I was trying to do something shady. I was trying to return a phone from one account so I can set up my own Account with 3 more lines. After that phone call I decided to go to Verizon where everyone was extremely helpful and I ended up getting 4 new phones. i just want to thank the manager at sprint. Although he was completely unprofessional, he at least made me realize that sprint wasn’t a good fit for me.

Very, Very disappointed with this store. I recently went into the location because my IPhone was not working. I was told that I need a new IPhone. Do to the service being absolutely terrible I decided it was time to go back to Verizon. I asked the two male workers if I moved my two phones to Verizon how much would I have to pay Sprint. They both informed me on several occasions that it would be approximately $60 I would owe to sprint if I went to Verizon and brought my phones. Later that day I did just that. I recently got my final bill from Sprint and they are now charging me $288 for the phones, which I was told it would be approximately $60. I called Sprint cooperate office and they would not help me whatsoever. They told me to call the store to see if they could help you. I then called the store and spoke to the store Manager Benda. Total waste of time... I explained to her what happened and she informed me that she cannot do anything because I am no longer a Sprint customer and that she will talk to her staff. Are you kidding me... I told her that I was going to call the Better Business Bureau and she said ok and proceeded to tell me to have a nice day.
