On Thursday 6/24/2I, I fell down in Staples Falmouth Store. My older flip flops gave out while I was putting my cart away before heading out the door. It wasnt a pretty fall but a complete loss of balance. Two employees immediately stepped up! I regret not getting their names because they need to be recognized as going above and beyond! The first is a petite grey hair lady, wears glasses, works at the registers and has the nicest smile. She seems to manage the front. The second is a young man, who is an eagle scout. They assisted me up, got me a chair and handed me a water. My flip flops were retrieved and I was asked to sit until I relaxed. Thank-you! Yes I was shaken and mortified and I have since tossed the flip flops. Many Many Thanks to these two incredibly kind souls who went beyond simply asking if I was alright. 😍❤💯

I went here to have a some maps laminated, due to the size they had to be shipped out to another store. The amount of energy that went into completing my task I cant believe how little they charged me. Great store!

My husband and I were in the Falmouth store to purchase a HP all-in-one printer we had been shown in our local store in CT. Marty in Falmouth was a great help: very patient, explained the machine to us, answered all our questions, suggested set-up optimization and helped us take advantage of a special promotion on printer, cartridge and paper, and ordered the machine for delivery to the store --plus he transported the large, heavy box of paper to our car -- all while juggling multiple other calls and employee questions. We highly recommend Marty and his crew!

Dylan Murray at the print shop is amazing so helpful. He was great to me and my fiance and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We have gone back to see him twice and e has helped out. This guy is amazing 10 stars ask for Dylan. Super quick super fast pays attention to detail. Give this guy a promotion

Trevor, in the Falmouth, MA, Staples was so helpful! I was having difficulty getting floor plans sent over and I am on a tight deadline. Trevor was polite, helpful and extremely flexible helping me and got the plans printed for me promptly. Trevor took a lot of stress out of my day. I have worked with him before and he is consistently a pleasure to work with. Thank you Trevor!!!

Ive been coming to this place for years. I have always had a wonderful experience with from the likes of Lamont Dillon and Marissa . However, the past couple of weeks Ive been trying to get a project done that most often takes a few hours . I unfortunately had to bring my work to new wave printing . If Im going to be talked down to it should at least be less expensive . Maybe Ill revisit on my next project but probably not.

The Staples in Falmouth have a wonderful staff always helpful and polite. I’m a client for over 10 years. Has always been well managed!

Just had some stuff printed by Trevor. He was probably the nicest and most helpful Cusotmer service person I’ve dealt with in my life. Definitely a good guy.

I went to Staples to buy a laptop. I looked at what they had in the store, I had to find help - no one asked if they could help me, and when someone finally made an appearance, they gave me misinformation about the products. No effort was made to acquire my business, they could care less. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.

Print staff (Marissa) did not know what she was doing or just didnt care. Went in to print a simple PDF in my email...checked print preview, showed correctly and it printed out incorrectly. She said she couldnt help by adjusting from her computer. It was the most inept experience I have ever witnessed.

Very helpful my customer service representative AT THE copy counter went above & beyond ! His SERVICES ! Thank u staples for having a young man like trevor so customer service oriented and jubilant & so willing to help his customers !

Had a bad experience in the self copy area. Do not go there and expect anything to work. Including the employee that works the counter there. Rest of the store is fine.

I went to the copy center this morning confused but with all the great help of the knowledgeable woman behind the counter it went great. Thank you again for all your help

Then I immediately look for marisa because no one else can do my job as fast and pristine as her. Im going to end with trevor because he is just a ball of light!!! Those three are the best copy center team thats been around in a while .

This store is always understaffed. If you go in to pick up office supplies, its usually fine, but if you want help in the electronics department, or the print department and package shipping in particular, its always a wait.

Had exactly what I was looking for. The employees were very attentive and was taking care of the customers.

Poor customer service. I tried to print something from a thumb drive. 2 kids behind the counter and they told me to come back later because they are busy. Came back much later, the girl told me about the machines you can use in front. I tried buy could not link the hand held to the printer. The lady on the side of me printed something on paper she didnt want. I left, came back one last time. Same results. I dont recommend this place to anybody!
