I really enjoy going to this BR location based on its proximity to my apartment as it’s an easy walk to and from. The only drawbacks are (i) Ice Cream Cake options as once I ordered the Mini Cupcake Cake but can no longer order that at this location and (ii) that I cannot get cake icing as an ice cream topping. I LOVE BR’s cake icing and wish I can get it added to my ice cream. Other than that I am satisfied.

Its was ok nothing special. I order a layered reces peanut butter cup Sundae (7.19) the women who made my Sundae never layered the peanut butter cup chunks never added in the middle and very little added to the top. I should have said something but I didnt my fault. As always never looked like the picture. The store also had a bad oder.

Impressed they can get so much ice cream on a sugar cone! Great job! Also impressed they have so many options to fit various dietary restrictions. Even really good vegan options (cookie dough!). Good value and selection.

I ordered an ice cream cake from this location. The cake was delicious and looked like the picture. However, we also got a cone of ice cream while we were there and the cone tasted gross. It had picked up the backed up bathroom smell that permeates this place. Also, when we were ordering the cake, they didnt have the cake toppers organized. So they had to search all over to see if they even had the toy for the top of the cake. Also, the people working at the shop werent very friendly. While the cake was good, I will not be back to this location.

Our first visit here. In town visiting relatives. The crew working the counter was courteous & friendly. The place got very busy right after we received our orders, but the crew took care of everyone handily all the while smiling & being courteous. The place was very neat & clean & almost shown even though its not a new place! Of course the ice cream & frozen yogurt were delicious! When were back in the area well come here again.

I eat much too much ice cream and this is where I go for most of it. Delicious!

Bought 3 waffle cones. Unfortunately, the waffle part was stale. The lady behind the counter told me “you shouldn’t have bought it if you think they are stale” well, there is know way of knowing if they are fresh before you buy them. I did ask if they were fresh and if they were daily made. I guess she lied. Called corporate and complied. The owner emailed me 3 weeks later offering me a “free cone” I said I bought 3 and tried to explain the concept of what replacing vs free is. He didn’t get it and refused to reimburse me for the stale cones

I bought an ice cream cake for my sons birthday. I ordered a half-sheet cake which is supposed to be 12x16 in size according to B&Rs website. When I got the cake, it is measured at 6x8 instead. When asked, they confirmed that it was a half-sheet cake, but refused to give the dimensions of a half-sheet cake, and claimed ignorance of what had happened. We called the store, but couldnt get hold of their manager to talk about the matter and they didnt get back to as they have promised. I wont buy anything from this vendor in the future. For anyone who is buying from this shop, please be aware of their practice.

Not. 😠All the other local Baskin-Robbins give a free waffle cone with a double-scoop. THIS LOCATION CHARGES FOR IT, AND THE CONE WAS STALE. Stale. It has never happened. What a joke.They are cheap. Stale cone for a dollar extra, and their portions are less than the two BR on Columbia Pike and Potomac Yard. Looks like this owner is trying to save money. It was like a perfect scoop. Other places fill the cone. Over six dollars for that. I should have refused it.I wont go back.

My daughter wanted a brownie sunday for her birthday dessert, so I drove to our closest location on W. Broad St. to discover its permanently closed. Bummer! So I go to the next closest store which is this one.The store is a mess. I order 2 brownie sundays for my 2 kids. Mint Chip & the other Rainbow Sherbet. Guess what? They are out of both flavors!!In my 50 yrs this happened twice before and both times they were willing to use packed ice cream in the refrigerator. I doublecheck and they have both flavors (quarts) packed for sale.I ask if they can open them up and use them for my two sundays (customer service) and they say No! I have to buy the 2 pints. Its my kids birthday so I say OK. They make the 2 sundays (with MY ICE CREAM) & charge me FULL PRICE (No Discount) for 2 Sundays, even though I’m supplying the ice cream (my 2 quarts). I end up paying $26.34 for 2 Brownie Sundays for my kids birthday. To top it off, they also didnt have To Go lids.Horrible Experience!! Total Clown Show!!
