I never write a bad review but this was the worst purchase I made. I didnt get my full order and called customer service more than five times and the lady hung up on me and wouldnt let me finish my sentence. Very upsetting.
Picked up healthy treats for my elder uncle I was visiting. The staff were pretty helpful in suggesting the right fruit mix.
I contacted this location to see a time frame or when it will be delivered. Ive ordered from Maryland and even stores in Tennessee had great service. The lady was rude! I would never recommended this location. If you dont like your job please go elsewhere and work. I dont see how you can have an attitude from a simple question.
This store NEVER picks up the phone. A manager is never available. I tried to cancel my order 24h before it was due, as per their policy, and no one answered. I could not make the pickup time so I physically went into the store the week after Mother’s Day because no one was answering the phone. I very nicely asked to speak to a manager, knowing the employees probably could not help me. There was no manager, and an employee very obviously said “do we have a manager? Who’s the manager?” before a different employee came out to take my info so i could get a call back from said manager. I have (again, patiently, nicely) called each week to see if a manager is available to process my refund. Three weeks later and still no call. I better get my refund because a lot of people are saying they never got theirs. Do not order from here the manager very obviously does not care about customer service and is money hungry since he refuses to process refunds. I am so angry, especially since times are tough right now and every penny counts. This place is awful.
Ordered a Mother’s Day platter.. pick up time for 2 pm.. order was not even “complete” and I use that term loosely until 2:40.. arrangement is sloppy and just awful looking, looks like I let my 4 year old cut and dunk fruit is chocolate. Missing half of the order So incredibly disappointed..
I ordered a 119$ fruit arrangement from this location early in the morning. It did not arrive until 516pm. The fruits were hot and the chocolate was melting. It looked as if they made it with rotten fruit. Never again will I order from this location again. I will be asking for my money back. Unacceptable.

The arrangement we received was disgusting! As soon as you open the package it smelled rotten! The fruit was brown and had mold on it! I called and left several messages and when I get to someone they tell me I have to wait to hear from the store owner never again will I order from your company you ruined the Mother’s Day surprise especially during these times!! Order a gift for a friend on 05/03 (Sunday) paid extra for deliver, it was not delivered, could not contact the store until Monday afternoon. Tried to speak with the manager who just gave me a call back on Tuesday afternoon offering to deliver the gift that day. I didnt agree as the bday had passed, and requested a refund. Waited and didnt get the refund, so I called on 05/18 to ask about the status of the refund and was informed that the manager didnt put the request yet!!!! Stay away from this store, its a mess and very unprofessional! Im still waiting for the refund!
When youve just gotten home after a 70+ hour travel experience, with children in tow, and you are exhausted, and a loved one has this delivered to your doorstep, and even though you arent there at that moment the delivery guy knows this is special so asks the neighbor and your loved one if its ok to give to the neighbor and shes ok to receive it, and she does, and you get home and have this waiting for you... along with a box of chocolate covered fruit? Well. Its a win. Its like a little bit of love in a box. A hug in chocolate covered fruit form. Thank you Edible Arrangements, you went above and beyond to make sure we got our delivery, and it was perfect.

Ordered an arrangement from here to be sent to a school. Got a call from the store at 10am the day it was to be delivered and asked if I could be pushed to the next day because they were too busy today, was promised it would be the first delivery of the day. At noon it was still not delivered. Customer service was no help. Save your money and get something else.

Came to retrieve a birthday gift from my beloved & continuous membership ! I enjoyed finding the location because gps brings you to the opposite direction but my experience entering the location, ordering, & then promptly receiving my chocolate strawberries which were white & milk chocolate😍 i will return to this location!
I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries, nothing fancy. They told me to come back in 20 minutes to pick them up, so I did. When I got back, they said 5 more minutes, then disappeared into the back while I waited 45 minutes in a small lobby with no seating. No one ever came back, so I ended up leaving empty handed. Worst service experience Ive ever had anywhere. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.
You better of making your own fruit basket at whole foods. It will still be cheaper
Did not open at the time they said they would be open. My pickup time was at 10:30AM and they didnt open until 11 something.
Opened 40 minutes late. Order was not ready.
