Yummy frozen yogurt! My boys just love this place. Frozen peaches and watermelon today was fantastic!

I had the most pleasant experience here! This was actually my first time trying SweetFrog, and it was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. Everything was clean and the toppings were perfectly fresh. I believe that the owner was the one who rang me up, and he was a genuinely sweet soul ! Awesome service

The ice cream was over priced for soft serve. 18 whole American usd for two medium size cups. The fact that they don’t show a price between the sizes is criminal. Overall it did not taste bad, but for overpriced soft serve ice cream when there is literally a local creamery within a block, it is very disappointing.

Great little chain froyo spot! The pomegranate and some of the other flavors were out of service but everything else was great - really friendly service too!

Great place to cool down with various yogurt flavors along with a huge selection of toppings. Clean and well maintained. It can get a bit crowded. Prices, calculated by weight, are decent.

Its froyo! Pretty simple setup, you go in, get a cup, and get your own toppings. The place seemed clean enough, and staff were super sweet. You could definitely tell they have built good relationships with their regulars!

I’m addicted! Somebody help! I love this place! I get all the low fat yoghurt and feel a little less guilty. Great variety although vanilla and cookie and cream are my constant favourites.I fill up the wide range of toppings like an excited child. Love the concept.

Im so pleased I found this little shop! Not only was the froyo absolutely delicious (with all the best toppings available), but the man running this place is above and beyond kind and welcoming. He also keeps everything super clean and tidy - I watched him wipe everything down after we left, which makes me feel safe in going back during Covid. Ill be a regular customer over the summer!

Good stuff.Very kid-friendly, has delicious froyo. One low sugar option.Older guy at the register had the biggest smile Ive seen in a while and a Fully Rely on God (FROG) shirt. Not religious myself but someone should call the CDC; his happiness is seriously contagious.Christian rock on the radio was surprising.

Came with our 1 yr old and the sweet man working there was so friendly and kind to her and even brought out a bell to try and make her smile! The toppings were all so fresh and the froyo was delicious! And the store is in such a cute location.

Sweet Frog hit the spot after dinner and a couple of drinks nearby. The selection, for this time of the year, was very good. It was busy but there were plenty of tables to accomodate the crowd. As usual I filled that little cup up with too much of the sweet candy toppings which tipped the scale at the end - but it was well worth it. I am sure we will visit a few times this summer.

This place has the best selection of froyo toppings in Falls Church. My children prefer to come here over any other froyo place in the area, and Im happy to take them. Parking isnt ideal, as the garage isnt my favorite, but all is immediately forgotten after walking in. The owner is one of the friendliest people on the planet and his happiness is contagious. The flavors are great and there are dairy-free sorbet options. This is a perfect place to take your family for a frozen treat.

Very disappointed! Got a text from sweet frog for $4 $6 $8 unlimited fill the bowl. Said good until 11/18. Got there at 7:50 pm filled bowls and girl behind the counter said oh the computer stopped honoring at 7pm. Nothing I can do. Nothing in the text about ending at 7pm. What a rip off. In fact I think disception in advertising. I walked out.

Fantastic, clean, incredibly family friendly yogurt place. My favorite Sweet Frog location, and near the top of the list overall for yogurt. Owner is extremely nice and really enjoys serving his customers.

I love Sweet Frog. The idea of choosing a frozen yogurt and putting my own toppings on is awesome to me. Theres an endless combination of possibilities and, if you choose wisely, can even be (slightly) healthy.I like to try different locations to see if one will have a topping that I cant find at other locations. This location had some new choices (I loved the blueberry poppers that I still havent found elsewhere) but the staff was a total negative. There was a serious language barrier and when I tried to use a coupon it turned into a total nightmare.Ill keep going to Sweet Frog but Ill definitely be choosing a different location than this one.

This is one of our favorite places to go for dessert They have some of our favorite yogurt flavors (coconut, cookies and cream, cake batter, pretty much all the fruit flavors, etc) and enough toppings to fit our familys varying tastes. Whenever weve gone, the toppings have always been fresh - no mushy fruit, melted together pieces of candies, or hard mochi. This location is especially clean and well taken care of. You can tell that the owner, Byung, cares about every single detail of your experience. He makes sure the yogurt is not dripping, all the topping spoons are standing up in the same direction, that the tables are wiped down, and that the bathrooms are not gross. He is also the nicest, most friendly man weve ever met. He cares about his customers and it shows with how many repeat customers he has (us included). This place is family-friendly with high chairs, a diaper changing station in the womens bathroom, and it plays music without any profanity (FYI, its mostly Christian music). There is plenty of parking as there is a big garage with an elevator that opens up just steps from the Sweet Frog.

Owner was really wonderful. Sweet frog FroYo is pretty standard fair but the people owning / working this place really were very sweet and kind, they treated my kids like royalty. Highly recommend rewarding people like that.

Great on a nice day, inside is small so I always go outside and eat it.

Disappointed. Standing here at 12:10 on a Saturday when they’re supposed to open at noon, and they are still closed. Otherwise it would be a five star rating because I’m obsessed!

Quality frozen yogurt, quality service, and the music was on point with some Jesus loves me! The courtyard right outside makes for a wonderful place to enjoy your Froyo on those beautiful nights.

I loved it even though it was my first time.

Good frozen yogurt, but the yogurt was too pricey and they only played Christian choir music. Indeed reports that they only pay their assistant managers (one level above cashier) $9.11 an hour, which doesnt seem very Christian.

Shop is clean and cashier was extremely friendly. Great variety of yogurt and toppings.

The frozen yogurt was great. But we were asked to leave before we finished eating so the owner could close early. :-(

Service is friendly, place is clean, and most importantly the yogurt is delicious!

If I knew how to make this at home, id be 500lbs, its that good. Try it out for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

I love the concept of Sweet Frog - DIY fro-yo is kind of awesome!! They typically have around 10 flavor options and swap them out regularly enough that we find a new flavor every time we go in. And the toppings bars offers so many options from fruit to candies, to sauces and sprinkles.We discovered Sweet Frog a while back - we love it but find it expensive - about $15-18 for 2 mediums. So we downloaded the app to earn points and exchange those for BOGO coupons. However, when we came to this location, we were given a hard time about the coupon by the woman behind the counter and told we couldnt use it. We showed her that the terms clearly stated we could use it at her location and she finally let us use the coupon. She just wasnt very friendly so well go back to patronizing the location on Rte 50 in Lohmans Plaza.

The staff is very kind, and the place is always spotless. We drive past other froyo places to get to this one.

There is no denying that their frozen yogurt is good (nothing that separates them from anything else), but Ive been actively boycotting Sweet Frog because I dont feel welcome in there. My sister was denied a job there a few years ago, closer to when it opened, because during her interview, he mentioned her religion, and pointed out her star of david necklace. I just cringe reading the name Sweet Frog because of the way, in the store, they so passive aggressively force their Fully Rely On God. As an agnostic in a long line of friendly agnostics and jews, I am not used to others agendas being pushed on to me, and in this day and age, I dont appreciate a shop like this existing in my little city, as I like to think people here are open minded and inclusive. Ay, maybe Ill make my own fro yo chain, Delicious Waah. We Are All Human. Sincerely, s concerned 15 (+3/4) year old citizen.
