I’m not one to complain and always try to make the life of an employee and business owner easy and I try to be reasonable when mistakes are made during a visit to a business but this young lady needs to be placed at the back washing dishes. This is my first and hopefully final bad review. I came in on Sunday 7-18-21 at around 5:20PM with my family of six and I wanted to make the life of this young lady easy by asking her how we should pay since it was six of us and she replied to me with a nasty attitude and acted like I did not exist in front of my family. Plus I was also treated as if I had some sort of sickness when she gave me back my debit card she practically tossed it over her COVID shield instead of handing it to me like she did to others.Sweet Frog should place someone with better costumer service up front because after spending almost 50 dollars the least this business can provide is decent costumer service. Pretty cool place to grab a frozen yogurt. Limited and fresh toppings The staff was friendly and young and on the particular day we happen to go we met this sweet frog. Daughter was very excited about that it made it worth the trip.

Very clean but the employees were less than good. The manager came out to help and literally gave me the smallest scoops of cheesecake bits. I had to tell him 3 times that I wanted more than 1 small piece. That was how small the scoops were. Then the woman at the counter gave me lids that didnt fit our cups and just shrugged when I said something. But beyond that its very clean inside. Thats all I got. Ill continue going to my regular location.

I love them even in regular circumstances, but have continued to enjoy them during the pandemic. They are very covid friendly. You approach the ice cream one group at a time, and the next in line stay behind a plexiglass barrier. They give you disposable (non latex) gloves to use the self serve handles. There is only one employee at a time and their station is also behind plexiglass. Covid measures aside, I just love their frozen yogurts. And their variety of toppings always has whatever Im craving.

Nice, patient professional clerk. There was a grumpy customer there that she handled with professionalism. Great selection of fro-yo and toppings. Clean. Social distanced.

Very wonderful experience during pandemic. They give you a cup with one pair of gloves, so you can push the handle from the yogurts machine. All the topics are behind of the glass wall. The customer dont have any contact with the topics only the employees. 2 employees always using hand sanitizer and gloves. Bravo. 👏👏👏

Just ok. EXPENSIVE! $9.69 for a small cup. Cake batter flavor is too sweet and sugary. Cold Stone Creamerys cake batter is mo betta.

Topping are fresh and pleanty of different yogurt, flavors. But check the weight and price per lb. Ive been the last 3 Sundays and have gotten less, each time.(because I always end spending $10) Still always $8 something, when I cash out. Hope you get the (older)guy and not the (older)lady. From, my experiences.

The frozen yogurt was Great and I love every topping I always come here with my friends, I never got this kind of BAD ATTITUDE I’m not a Karen but sweetie if you would be like this to any person that talk to you kindly and respectful then I don’t get why you where disrespectful and giving my friend and I an attitude counter service ain’t that hard when you have a face mask on so please still practice on it or learn from you coworkers there btw this happened at 5:33 pm, Tuesday employees name on recipt -Linda M

This is the 5th time I come to this location and it’s closed before 9. Change the schedule on google if you’re going to close sooner.

Nice ice cream flavors and toppings. The reason for the two stars is that two employees were serving huge portions of the toppings that we didn’t ask for!

It was REALLY good considering there is only 1 in Delaware and really didnt think it would be that good but frozen Yogurt it really good!

DOLE WHIP!!! Even on a crowded Sat. night, this SF was clean, the topping were well stocked and the staff was great. Yum.

Always love coming to Sweet Frog. Their frozen yogurt and toppings are delicious. This is one of the few places where they have a reward program. After 10 purchases you get a free small yogurt. (you must have a reward card that they mark every time you buy a yogurt.)

Shop experience was not bad but quality of ice cream was not praiseworthy.

I started out really obsessed with this place and I still like it, however their hours are not friendly to adults who have other things to do before 9pm and who enjoy ice cream in the winter. I truly wish they did not use high fructose corn syrup. I like their T-shirts.

We are still currently here, as we are watching the employees clean up the store, turned the open sign off when it is 10:35 p.m. and putting away all of the spoons for the toppings and everything. They completely just closed everything and its still another 30 mins to the actual closing time. Hopefully the owners read this and change their employees.

Sweet Frog is amazing, the only complaint I have would be that theres never a lot of mangos, I love mangos and it doesnt matter which Sweet Frog I go to they never have enough mangos, thats it, everything else is fantastic. Just please restock the mangos more often, thank you.

Well maintained location and the cashier was kind to offer help with toppings.i came in at almkst closing time, but still got good service. tried chocolate, mango flavors and was happy about the taste

I went in thinking to use my groupon for 50% off $20. I let my kids get pretty much what they wanted as a back to school treat, and then at the register the girl was confused about the groupon, went to get her manager and he just stood there arguing with me in broken English that they didn’t have the system to take groupon. I would NOT have even come here without that coupon and he did NOTHING but make me pay full price because I wasn’t going to disappoint my girls. Terrible customer service. He didn’t even try to rectify the situation. Will never come back here.

Its really the only froyo in our area so its our go to place. I wish the flavors changed a bit more and more often but since the kiddo like tart and mango we should be set for life.

It was super bad service. We went after 11:30 and the guy wasnt set up. We had to scream for him to come to the register. He also didnt know how to work the cash register. He said he didnt have any whipped cream.Horrible service. Never go there in my opinion.
