I came to pick up my prescription, I had to wait an hour to pick my medication, I almost died with a cough attack while “they were preparing my medication,” or so I thought. Im still waiting while I am writing this review. There’s a lot of people waiting in line, not sure how long I will be waiting now. I hope they change the stuff members to the ones they were before. Well, now they are calling me, thank goodness. Okay bye everybody and I hope you guys have a better experience. :/

Went to get a COVID test on a Monday…still have not received the results. The pharmacist tried to be helpful and provided a phone number to contact, but no luck getting results. Had to go somewhere else to get another COVID test done.

Most products well organized and verity thing you can get from here, icecream, food, pizza, makup, milk, juice, kitchen stuff, almost like target except clothing .Evry month second week of Tuesday they give discount for senior. Wheelchairs exceesbl.

My daughter and I were there for our flu shots and she totally had an anxiety attack. Took about 2 hours to calm her down and the pharmacist was completely patient with her and did not rush us. I was really grateful for his and the staffs patience. If it wasn’t for her anxiety, we would have been in and out in 20 mins. 👍🏼

Customer service is bad. The guy in the photo center who checked out for me was rude. He seemed like he didnt know what he was doing...

I had a tremendous experience with an extremely accommodating and friendly pharmacy staff. I was a few minutes behind and Ms Jessica stayed behind to ensure I had what I needed. Mr Bob accompanied her and was such a gentleman. I enjoyed the brief and friendly conversation with the both of them. A store should be so lucky to have a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable pharmacist, let alone two of them. This is a rare gem in the pharmaceutical world as most of us know. I am in my mid sixty with many operations and health problems. Therefore Ive stood in many long lines while being in pain, only to get to a pharmacist to look at the prescription and say! We dont have, without looking in the computer, or try to find it at another one of their other locations.Down rite! Poor customer support, rude and I feel as though, the big boys that begins with a C and ends with S have gotten to big for their own good.Wow! Walgreens pharmacy is by far the best place to get the type of services thats been missing in this area. They seen to really value you and your business.Jessica, Jennifer and Chum are absolutely hard working and easy to communicate your needs.They go beyond the call of duty. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. Constant delays, “10 more minutes, 10 more minutes”. My god, the employees take forever and don’t know what they’re doing. I am back for the 3rd time and cannot even tell you how terrible their service is. AVOID at all costs.

Superb service from the pharmacy, couldnt be more pleased and glad to have them in the neighborhood now. They follow-up when they promise to do so, contact your doctor as necessary, quick/friendly service.Keep it up and youve got a customer for life!

The photo center is the worst! There answer is always come back tomorrow. I ordered two photo calendars in the store and they were supposed to be ready the same day. I went back 24 hours later and they still weren’t ready. They said the machine was down. I never got a call or an email. The manager ended up pushing them through and gave me 50% off. I thought I would give them another chance after that, but that was a big mistake. I ordered online this time and got an email the pictures were ready. I got to the store and only half my order was ready. The cashier told me to come back tomorrow. I said no I’ll wait since I’m here. After he hassled me about waiting, another associate came over and the problem was he never put paper in the printer. And when I finally did get my 11x14 he put it in a bag. I asked for an envelope and he said they didn’t have any...classic! He conveniently had his badge flipped over so I couldn’t see his name. Seriously, don’t go here unless you want to waste your time and get bag service. Incompetent and rude workers.

Yesterday I decided to try this pharmacy for the first time, huge mistake. Not only is everything super expensive. I was going to go home and relax while waiting for my prescription, but they told me it would only be 15-20 minutes, so I decided to wait. Then I ended up waiting over an hour while people were coming in after me and leaving before me. I felt worse than before. I would have been better off without any prescription than to go here.

This Walgreens is great. The store is well stocked, well kit, and well organized. The staff is helpful. They have Android pay so I can pay with my phone.

Its nice sometimes when you walk in the door they will say welcome to Walgreens sometimes not but the people there are really nice the only complaint I have is that myself and another Lady would come in there to get the nice spearmint leaves Candy but they stopped selling it and I would buy like 6 bags a week the other lady bought quite a few also. I dont understand why they would get rid of something that sold alot.

This Walgreens pharmacy is not your average Walgreens because the service is incredible. The pharmacists there are quick, responsive, helpful and overall professional. Excellent addition to the area and a much better choice than the CVS on the other side of the street.

Pharmacy repeatedly puts you on hold, over and over and dont ever actually pick up. If they do pick up they say please hold and right away put you on hold. Or dont even do that courtesy, heard them pick up and click me back to hold, without a word. Need to ask if they have flu shots in stock so I dont pointlessly drive there.

So far, Ive had a great experience here. The pharmacist was very informative and helpful. This is a preferred Medicare Pharmacy, so I transferred my prescriptions from Costco to Walgreens and have saved money on all. As for the photo service. For years I have belabored over how to print out these internet pictures that I see...my daughter in law told me that she used Walgreens...so I downloaded the app and WALA! I figured it out...I spend $72 the first round on pictures and they were ready the next day for me to pick up! I think that is great service.The store is very clean and well organized. Ive always had good service. They have a drive up pharmacy window which I have yet to use, but will.I would highly recommend this location and Walgreens to all Medicare recipients and those that need photos!

I went in there for a quick purchase and wanted to ask about their passport photo options but good grief, stay the hell away from Grishma. She has the attitude of someone that shat in her food or something. I conducted my purchase and thanked her, and was about to inquire till she glared at me with a get the fk out of my face attitude. Facility is clean, and spacious but avoid this lady if you can.
