This place is very dirty I went to get just an expresso double shot of coffee and I saw 3 roaches crawling around the machine

I have been going to this store for the past 11yrs..The owner is ok... but his employees are very rude and disgusting, I saw one cashier “guy” spitting in the same sink they wash things in and I told him that’s not right, and he told me to mind my business..... they talk to costumers anyhow and also do what they want, not to please their costumers.. never going there again..

Despite the NO MASK NO ENTRY signs covering the door, theres one old dude working who always has his mask pulled under his chin, always making sure he palms your every part of the food you ordered, Always reaching for the unwrapped food you got from the hot bar. Is it possible he washes his hands after using the restroom, before getting a nice firm grip on the mouth of your coke? Its possible. Would I bet on it? No.

Terrible customer service, The store is often dirty and out of products. Do not shop here

I stopped at this 7 - 11 around 7:30 tonight and asked about the hot food chicken on a stick. He commented its orange chicken. I said how much is it. He said $4, he said if you buy 1 for $4 il give you the other free. I said ok deal. When I got home they were cold and hard like they had been sitting for hours. I will not trust anyone from this store again. I will not buy food from this store again.

My husband and I were out for a walk and I asked him to go into 7 Eleven to buy me an iced coffee. My husband wasnt sure how to use the iced coffee machine so he asked the man working there for assistance to show him how to use the machine. Amir, the worker, told my husband in a very rude voice, that if he didnt know how to use the machine, not to buy anything,. There was no one in the store except my husband there was no reason not to help and certainly no reason to be disrespectful. It is truly incomprehensible why he would treat a customer in that manner. We will certainly never shop there again.

The lady behind the counter was not wearing a mask and she was handling the food with her hands and placing the pizza slices on the table. I immediately left the store I’m never going back. They don’t give a DAMN about wearing masks.

Never had issue until today. Got charged twice I went back in to discuss why I got charged twice. Amir was the cashier that charged me twice. Got a attitude and very rude when I am just seeing where my money is going. Very rude customer service just trying to figure out why my card got charged twice. Learn some English and customer service skills if your in that position ranging people.

This morning I brought two slice of Cheese Pizza for my baby. It was uncooked. After eat it my baby had stomach ache. when I was receiving pizza by cashier I grabbed some tissue paper. It was around 10 or 12. But one bengali lady said you buying 2 slice pizza and taking all ours paper? What the hack customer service.

Worst customer service, when I mentioned the coffee didnt test fresh, the ladiea told me to complain to 7 11. The place is dirty, the sink they rinse the coffee erns in is brown and dirty.This us the nastiest 7 11 I have been to, not only unclean but I was disrespected, sneered at and told to take it up to 7 11 if I have an issue.

I have never had a worse experience at a 711. The cashiers are rude, screaming on the telephone having personal conversation - literally screaming in my ear. Never attentive to the store - dirty. Something needs to change.

This 7 eleven coffee is to old And I ask I need fresh coffee employee said No it not if customer need fresh coffee they have to make fresh coffee i don’t want go anymore!
