This location lists Photo and Passport Photos as services they offer. I called to confirm and they said I could walk in and get a photo taken. Walked in and did not see a Photo section, or any employee who could point me in the right direction (other than someone working a cash register that had a line). Walked out and went up the road to Fed Ex which does have a passport photo service, where I got exactly what I needed.

It must corporate policy to hire people with out people skills! Every single CVS I’ve been to in northern Virginia has rude employees. Especially their pharmacy staff is just short with you, condescending and not welcoming at all. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the lady who handled my Covid test was a star all by herself.

Please employ more workers. The phArmacy is so so clearly understaffed. The workers are kind and accurate but theres always an insanely large line for it. Every time there is a very long wait.

If you can bear to wait on the pharmacy line, the pharmacist is extremely rude. You probably are going to die of your ailment before you make your purchase though.

They will never give you the prescription on time at this pharmacy Atlees gonna take you 3 to 4 days to get your prescription from them good luck

We have had to give up using this pharmacy because they put far fewer pills in the prescriptions bottles than are supposed to be there (and I dont mean when they only have a limited supply on hand and tell you to come back for the rest). You have to stand there in the store and pour out the tablets and count them in front of them to show the bottle says 60 tablets and theres only 30 in the container. Not sure if this is sloppiness or drug theft, but it keeps happening.

I visited this CVS this morning at 9:45 am to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy still had not opened (although it was due to open at 9 am). There were at least 6 other customers waiting for the pharmacy to open, and as I could not wait, and I left without picking up my medication.Customers were not notified about what time the pharmacy would open. Even though this CVS is walking distance from my home, I will never use this CVS again (or any other CVS).

I love Carmen at this cvs location she is always so upbeat and friendly and always tries her best to greet and help every customer. Its hard finding great customer service so had to take the time out to leave this review

My husband and I live nearby and generally go to the pharmacy to pick up a script or buy essential items, such as shampoo or soap. When my husband was there to receive his flut shot, the minute clinic doctor had a family emergency and left. No problem we thought because we walked over to the pharmacy. The pharmacy offers flu shots as well. The pharmacy tech Bibi told my husband that it would take 10-15 minutes. The next thing we know she pulled the screen down and walked away. We waited 15-20 minutes, but she never came back.

Worst service. Went for a passport photo and they gave me a totally blurred pic. Refused to retake !!Horrible experience

I think the staff and pharmacists specifically are some of the best I have ever experienced at a pharmacy. They are thorough and nice people

The guy in front of me in line said it right: Terrible customer service.I got to CVS at around 11:00AM on a Friday morning. I stood by the prescription drop-off counter for about a minute before any employee acknowledged me in any way. I dropped off my prescription and the pharmacist asked when Id be back to pick it up. I told her Id come get it after I got my hair cut up the street, in about half an hour. 45 minutes later I come back and wait in line for the prescription pick up. When I get to the front of the line, the woman informs me that its going to be 5-10 more minutes for my prescription to be filled.Really? They have 5 pharmacists behind the counter. Whose prescriptions have they been filling in the meantime? Not mine. Its already been an hour. Whatever. Okay, thats fine. I go over to the seating area and sit on one of the chairs and put my feet up on another chair so Im more comfortable (just had a back spasm a few days ago). There are about 5-6 open chairs, with no one else in the waiting area. About 10 minutes pass, and one of the pharmacists walks past me and says People are going to sit on those chairs. You should take your feet off of them. A woman in a nearby aisle immediately locks eyes with me as if to say I cant believe this woman would dare to be so petty. I take my feet off the chairs, and go back to twiddling my thumbs for the next 5 minutes.Some time has passed, and the woman at the pick-up counter hasnt said anything to me. I get back in line. The man in front of me is reaming the pharmacist out because hes received such poor service. The other pharmacists are arguing with one another about how long their breaks should be. I get to the front of the line, and the woman asks me how she can help me. Well, its me again. Im still waiting for my prescription. I give her my DOB and last name and she says Press next and then sign on the screen. I look at the screen. It says something about a CVS holiday promotion. Hey, the screen doesnt say next anywhere on it...? She shoots me a mean-looking glare and says Well thats because I havent put your information in yet. Give me your drivers license in the rudest way possible. I hand her my drivers license, pay with my card, sign, and leave.The fact that Im writing a review about how bad an experience at a pharmacy was is pretty telling in and of itself. I wish I could say this was the first time Ive had a terrible experience at this CVS, but Id be lying. The staff is incredibly condescending, especially to younger customers who seem like they wouldnt dare to ask to speak to a manager.

This has always been my favorite CVS. They’ve always had the friendliest and most helpful staff. Been coming in for 20 years!

My concern today is complain .what happened to day can’t let it pass .i usually shop from this CVs 134 W broad st falls church virginia.i stop by today like any other day to shop and use my coupons and crt .i went to the cashier where there was a guy named SOHEL .he treated me as I’m not a customer .i try to use my coupons and crt and two of there didn’t go through so I asked what the cause .he reply by “take them or leave them” and didn’t even answer my question .so I asked him again about his rude answer “what the reason you treat me like that, I’m a customer and should answer me politely.he answered me “that I’m a long time here coming”means I shop a lot here for a long time which bothered him a lot .so I write my concern here and I’m gonna call customer service right now.cause what I see here is harassment and disrespect from a worker to costumers.anyway he doesn’t pay from his wallet to treat like that .

Best pharmacy and drug store in Falls Church area. Pharmacists know you by name. Is like old school mom and pop store even though a big chain (with all the benefits of big chain--big store with huge inventory including having your Rx in stock). Reach out to your insurance and doctor immediately to clear up any problems with a prescription. Take care of you in emergency situations.Do NOT confuse with Other CVS on W. Broad near Giant and Staples in Falls Church. That CVS is not the same in any way, shape, or form. Be sure to go to 134 location across from Clay Cafe and same block as Browns Hardware (it has parking lot at corner of Maple and Broad, aka Rt. 7).

After repeated attempts to get pharmacy employees to stop erroneous automated calls to our home phone regarding prescriptions and the failure of one of these employees to cancel a prescription (after the employee assured us that he would do so), we decided to take our prescription business elsewhere. TERRIBLE PHARMACY=WATCH OUTpicked up anti biotic liquid compound...3 days ago....am giving to my cat for his UTI and now the color of the medicine has changed.Noticed that the expiration date is 07/16 and also in very tiny print on the manufacturers bottle it says refrigerate. WHAT!This was not one of the directions on the bottle which they filled.I will return this bottle and ask them to give me another one.
