I came in to pick up a package from their Amazon locker and left with a new AAA membership and knowledge of membership benefits I’d been missing out on for YEARS! Thanks Marco and Beyshawn (sp?) for your friendly, funny and knowledgeable service. They even helped me figure out features on my iPhone I didn’t know about! Truly above and beyond customer service! You all need to teach a class! So refreshing to experience this level of knowledge, professionalism, AND interpersonal skills these days! Thank you!
AAA is known for their great services and typically people have good experiences. The front desk staff is superb typically, and will keep to their word. The technicians, on the other hand, are can be a hit or miss. I have had 2-3 visits for regular car oil changes and tire rotations where something was not done correctly, leading to another visit for re-work. On one occasion one lug nut was stripped and siezed. On another, tire replacements led to a flat tire the very next day due to a dent on the inner edge of the rim. On my last visit, the tire rotation was missed altogether and a the tire hub cap was not tightened all the way, leading to almost losing this part on the road (this was at another occasion).It is a real hit or miss with the technicians it seems like, and thus overall a worthwhile reason to avoid AAA car centers. My opinion: only go if in real emergencies, and avoid late hours for any fixes, even simple ones (closer to 5 PM).

This place is excellent both with customer service and mechanics. I come here with any issue I have. Ive come here twice, first time with a flat tire replacement and another for a used car inspection. I just left here after getting a used car inspection on a mazda and was helped by Aaron at the front desk. Super polite, thorough and helpful. The mechanic he set me up with was John. John did a great job and gave it to me straight. Located an issue with the breaks that the previous inspector missed, gave me his recommendation and made sure I understood everything that came with the car if I decided to purchase it. I recommend this triple a and will be using them for a while to come. Thank you John and Aaron
Fast and friendly but didn’t do what I asked for. Used AAA for the first time after I blew a tire. Dropped my car off to get the front passenger tire replaced after I hit a curb and needed to put spare tire on. While I was at it I also asked to get back rear passenger tire replaced because I had it plugged a few months ago. I asked specifically if it was possible to get the two new tires installed in the front and the other tires rotated to the back. I was told “sure, that’s not a problem”. I also asked to keep the plugged tire because I wanted to keep it as a spare. So far so good. They ordered the tires and told me it would be done by the next day. As promised I got a call later the next day that I could pick up my car. (After telling me other things that we’re supposedly wrong with my car, which I know for a fact was not true because I just bought the car)Went to pick up the car and asked if the new tires where put in the front. Was told there were installed in the back. Not what I specifically asked for but ok. Asked if the plugged tire was saved and front desk person went to check. After 10 minutes he came back and said they just put it in trunk. Left their property and noticed that all 4 tires had waaaay to much pressure on them. Got home and checked the mounted tires and they did not even replace the plugged tire. Instead they replaced a perfectly fine tire. Could not have had a more unprofessional experience.

This is the second time I have used the auto service here. Both times work was done professionally, on time, and at reasonable cost. The shop and waiting areas are clean and comfortable.

Buyer beware! I understand a company has to make money but not at a 300% mark up on parts. Request your part numbers, buy them yourself. Plenty of mechanics in the area to install the parts!
Blaine and the AAA were so helpful in inspecting my car and talking me through options about brake work I needed done. I had received an estimate for maintenance from a dealership that seemed very inflated and a little shady, so I decided to bring my car to AAA here and Blaine was super honest and walked through his thoughts and options. I ended up saving literally hundreds of dollars for the same service as I would have received at the dealership, and I appreciated Blaine providing me timely updates throughout the day

I had been driving by this location, almost daily. Never knew that it even existed. We recently had an issue with our alternator on our ‘13 Escape. All the lights suddenly appeared in the dash and the radio went out at the same time while driving, then the car shut down! Pretty scary! Long story short, we got towed to the Seven Corners store for repairs. The service was great. Everyone was cordial, attentive and in a weird way, almost sympathetic to our particular situation. It was refreshing to have a trustworthy facility in the area to go to for car repairs. I would definitely recommend this place!
Always pleasant and helpful, I trust them completely. Did a great job of brake maintenance at a reasonable price. As a premier AAA member I got my synthetic oil changed at half the price of anywhere else. Also love all the cool, useful things they sell at their place for the car. Lisa is an excellent counter salesperson and always helps get me whatever I need --even a free nail clipper set one day when I broke my nail there as I was completing travel plans and auto repair. Love their one stop service, their membership plans and the feeling of complete trust in their service backed up by the AAA name and long history. Highly recommend.

My car flat tire right at the stores parking lot. I walked in to ask AAA help since I am AAA member. The machanic said I need to tow the car. I told him just right at stores parking lot, I only need spare tire jack to replace spare tire. Then he leave me there and walked away. AAA only like to tow your car

Wanted to give Alika Williams, my Car Care Service Advisor at AAA Seven Corners Car Center, a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ review.Tuesday morning, I had a tire repaired across the street at Sears Automotive and was told that my passenger side tie rod was loose.I immediately called Mr. Williams and made an appointment to have his stafd do a thorough examination of the vans suspension system. Was very surprised that there is no charge to do this.He called Wednesday to let me know that there was no tie rod issue, or any other problems with the suspension system. Wow, how great is that?When picking up the van this afternoon, I was astounded when Mr. Alika told me that he called the service manager at Sears Automotive to ask why his customer was told that he had a loose tie rod.Sears reply was that our service tech conveyed that information to the wrong customer.Really do appreciate my service advisor going the extra mile to update me.I wish him and the staff at this new AAA full service location (Automotive care, travel, & insurance) much success.William Stern

I am Triple A member and I pulled into this location with a nearly flat tire. Despite being open for several more hours I was told that there was nothing they could or would do to help. I was told to call roadside assistance. When leaving the store the clerk called after me: Thank you for stopping by Triple A! So much for customer service and satisfaction.
Horrible service.. I go to get a diagnostic on my car and they tell me the complete wrong issue on my car claiming its my exhaust.. I asked the technician is he certain and he says yes.. come to find out the exhaust was not the issue at all. I spent money on a diagnostic and money to fix an exhaust that was never the problem to begin with now Im out hundreds of dollars and my car still has the same issue and is not drivable.. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
I went here on a rainy Sunday to get the international drivers permit (IDP), and the rep that worked with me, Hanna, did an amazing job! I was in and out of there so fast, and the whole process was very easy. Granted, I haven’t ever received any car care services from here, so I can’t speak on the quality of their work. All I can say is Hanna is wonderful at completing the process of getting an IDP, and she showed exemplary customer service!
New location. I’m scared to recommend as I think it’s the best deal in town. We have used twice in a month and are pleased w the service and price. Had a battery replacement and tire/inside light issue that nobody could fix (they did). We aren’t going back to our old mechanics. This is our new auto service center.

Did you know AAA does car maintenance, oil changes, tires, car repair, etc. inhouse? Neither did I! But I stopped by here for a few maps and the wonderful staff informed me about all the things I was missing out on by not using my AAA membership for car service. And it is honestly the best customer service Ive had in the DC area!***UPDATE: It got better. Took my car in for a routine oil change, and walked out of there with the most thorough check my car has ever had. Their complementary inspection is detailed and helpful, and on par with what Ive paid a mechanic to do before. The very kind car care professional sat down with me to explain, point by point, the issues (big and miniscule) they found with my car. He explained what each part is, what is wrong with it, and what it takes to fix it. Literally sat down next to me in the waiting area and did this. I have never heard of a mechanic that will do this, much less when its just part of an oil change. I brought my car in to get the two highest-priority services they recommended, and my car has not felt this smooth (and, frankly, safe) in 5 or 6 years! Give these people an award or something! ***
I badly need break job bout the guy at the counter was so mean and doesnt want to entertain question. He just want to leave the car without any assurance. He is a korean guy, maybe John Joo is his name. Not advisable to go to this place for car repair. He is a very mean person. The mznagement need to send an undercover person to investigate his behavior. This is making aaa name ugly.
Had roadside come out to test my aaa battery that’s under warranty they said it just needed recharged. Took it here and they tell me the whole battery is fried and it must be another electrical problem that they are not responsible for replacing it under warranty. How did the battery go from ok to unsalvageable in 2 miles. Got my car towed to my normal shop- turns out the parking light accidentally got turned on and it was draining my battery- my shop charged me nothing and recharge my battery. Had to pay aaa to tow it but it was worth it. Either they are incompetent or actively trying to avoid honoring their warranty - not sure which is worse.
The Service Center - Called to schedule an appointment to get my car looked at. The service person on the phone quoted me $59 to do a vehicle inspection to do diagnostic of a issue.When I showed up for the Appt, the front counter person wanted to charge me 2x the amount. Very disappointed in the disconnect. As a member I am more then happy with my roadside assistance but don’t try to side hustle me over maintenance
Walked in and out in about 20min to get my international drivers permit. Just what I wanted.
Do NOT/NOT get a safety inspection at this facility. Inspector failed the car for broken fog light housing ($500 repair), an issue that has never failed the car before in 10 years of safety inspections across Northern Virginia. Looking to pick up some extra revenue for unnecessary repairs. Have also issued a complaint to AAA.

They offered a thorough engine diagnostic and repair with impeccable customer service! They followed up on a warranty item with AAA club Carolinas.
Nice people but don’t bother getting passport photos done here. I paid for photos twice, just to have them rejected twice. They really don’t know what they’re doing...colour and size were wrong, taken by two different people. Frustrating.And please stop pushing your credit card on us.Come here for an oil change only.
I had roadside service on my car and the AAA tech said that I needed a new battery because my current battery wasn’t holding a charge very well. I made an appointment to get my battery replaced, 4 days in advance. I made the appointment online and was supposed to get an email confirmation. I didn’t, so I called the next day to confirm. When I went to get my new battery, AAA didn’t have it in stock and suggested I could get roadside assistance. I mentioned that I didn’t want another annual roadside service because 2 free services are allowed each year. They then sent me 10 miles to another service center to get the battery. This time, I don’t have an appointment and a long wait time ahead. Don’t bother with this location.
BEWARE !!! Worst experience, beware the techs are not trained on newer or foreign cars. Went for simple oil change and they messed it up. There was oil leak every where in my garage and there was no oil at all in my Car. Had to take it back to a dealership to fix the problem. BEWARE !!!!

Great experience!! Didn’t know there was a car care center. By chance, the Lexus dealership was not the nicest when I called and the aaa Representative states they can fix it. I was nervous but I said to myself, “let’s try it.” It was an amazing customer service, true recommendations and my car runs great. I will be using them again. During a cold spell, the AAA truck gave me a jump, and the driver told me to go to this AAA to get the battery charged. It was going to be a 3 hour wait. The service guy confided that we could just drive home and that would be enough to charge the battery, so that’s what we did. Adventures ensued and our lives were changed forever...All because I transposed a digit in the map app and drove around in circlles for a while. Now it’s part of my novel in progress!
They tried to tell me I needed a lot of work done in order to juice up the bill. I then went to another mechanic who said there was nothing wrong.
