This dealership is fair and the sales representative Chris was very helpful. I did not feel pressure to buy the car. Sales rep answered all my questions and most importantly delivered what was requested at a fair price. Finance manager Anton was great and also delivered what was promised. I felt that this is how a real dealership should treat clients and that is why I decided to buy a second car from them that same day. Great job and experience! Dont waste your time going to other place!

We purchased our first Subaru in late 2020. Farrish has performed 2 oil change maintenance services on our Outback. Great customer service and communication. Easy, friendly check-in and comfortable waiting room. The service techs do a nice job, and are respectful in keeping the interior clean with seat covers. Complimentary car wash is also included.
I am not sure why my text did not show up in this review. I will try again.I brought my new 2019 Outback in to Farrish Subaru with several problems, most of which ended up being my own fault. They did a full inspection, fixed the issues that I had caused and then presented me with a bill for $0. They easily could have charged me for the hours they spent on my car, but did not. I can’t recall any other dealership doing this.
You all were amazing, I am definitely coming back. Thank you for fixing my car! I took it to 3 different mechanics and none could figure it out! Car is now as good as new! The excellent Service was provided by Jonathan Portillo as well as all the team members that were present.

Somebody give that man a raise, this is why people still come to dealerships. Every now and then you get a really great salesman who makes the process way more enjoyable than buying from one of those direct websites like Carvana.

Great customer service! Very courteous Service staff. The waiting room was well equipped with coffee, tea and snacks. I was there for 3hrs of service and was very comfortable the entire time. They have complimentary wifi so bring your own iPad and you can choose what to watch.

We had a great experience trading in our old car for a new Subaru Forester. We worked with Chris, who was helpful and attentive every step of the way. When the wait to meet with the finance office began to become a bit excessive due to another customer’s error on their paperwork, the sales manager proactively offered us an upgrade on our purchase to make up for it. We would definitely come back again, and recommend working with sales associate Chris if given the chance.
I took my 2015 Subaru Outback in for service at Farrish. It required a good deal of complex service repairs given its mileage, and from start to finish, Tasha made the whole experience a truly memorable one. She greeted me warmly, explained the work that was required, the cost, and the length of time it would take. She even arranged a loaner car for me and kept me updated throughout the day, finding all the discounts she could. We had a wonderful buying and trade in experience at Farrish Subaru thanks to Chris and Sam. They were easy to work with because they were honest, straightforward, kind and helpful. We visited or spoke by phone with three other local Subaru dealers and none treated my wife (who did most of the searching and negotiating) as well. Also they responded back very quickly and directly to our specific questions and provided info on availability, pricing and even gave us a trade in value for our old car over text (we sent them video and photos of the car). Heather was very helpful, got me finished up in about 2 hours (I arrived without an appointment on a Saturday morning).
I recently took my vehicle in for a couple recalls. The process was smooth starting from making an appointment from the website. Reminders were sent to my phone every so often so that was helpful given how busy I am. When I got there, I just had to sign a few forms and everything was taken care of. They gave me a loaner and called me about 3 hours later saying they completed my service. I was given the flexibility to pick it up the next day. When I went to get my car they had kindly given it a good wash. It was covered in pollen when I took it there. I handed the loaner keys back and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Later I got a text from Heather telling me I had left my keys in the loaner. I was able to get it before they closed. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and everyone seemed very nice in the service department. I will repeat for sure.
Great service, comfortable waiting area, service rep was efficient, pleasant and communicateda number of times while I waited. The only thing I thought was sloppy was vacuuming the car. Even though it was an inexpensive initial service, they said they would wash the car. Usually that includes vacuuming. If they did, it was minimal. Lots of dog hair left on the back seat floor. Everything else was perfect.
My appointment was easy to make. I was in and out with all the work done in a little over than an hour. The waiting room was clean. Great customer service.

Mag the sales person was low pressure and Anton the business manager was excellent.One small bone to pick was the new car get ready department. They were very slow to get the car ready and did not seem to care that we had to wait for an hour. Mag did his best including going there himself to move them along.

Farrish used to be “our place”. They we on it. I felt great about recommending them to friends. Thanks seemed to have changed.Yesterday, it took me approx 2 hr to get my car inspected and have an emission test... I was expected at 8:15 and was there on time. Like I had an appointment. I understand things happen. However when you just sit and wait and no one checks in with you - it’s frustrating:(We have a choice about where we get our service and it’s time to evaluate our options.
Sales staff was helpful but sales manager was unbelievably rude and literally ran us out of the door. When we couldn’t come to agreement on the final price, the manager literally yelled at us and told us he didn’t have to sell to us. The sales agent apologized for the manager’s behavior. We went the same day to Sheehy and the difference was night and day. Sheehy staff were professional, offered a better price, and made the whole experience enjoyable.

I was very satisfied with my experience with Farrish Subaru. I brought my car in for a recall and replacement of a broken sun visor. I had come in a couple of weeks ago to discuss making an appointment to have both the recall and the visor done at the same time. Jonathan was very helpful and I was able to order the new visor and make the service appointment. My appointment was at 10am, which was a very busy time but Latasha was handling everything efficiently. She was very patient and helpful when I had many questions!! The wait in your busy, clean, waiting area for an Enterprise loaner car was short and the work was done by 2pm. The arrangement with Enterprise was seamless and efficient. My car was returned clean and with the recall completed and the new visor in place. Everyone I dealt with in the service and parts department was friendly, helpful and professional. I had delayed having the recall service done because of COVID-19 and now am reassured that my car was in good hands thanks to Farrish.

Since I purchased my Outback in 2014, Ive always had it serviced at Farrish. Im happy with the service. Yesterday I had 2 filters changed and a state inspection. I was there less than an hour.
I initially contacted them through the online portal after previously testing the desired vehicle at another dealer but in a different color. I found one online meeting my requirements (same vehicle but the color I wanted), and Wolf Asser contacted me and I discussed my needs. Within an hour, Wolf contacted me with the lease details, which resulted in a lease quite a bit less than at the dealer I had previously visited. I said yes and he arranged to have the car prepared for me when I came in later that Sunday. Indeed it was ready and prepped even though I came earlier than planned, all the steps were completed efficiently, and I was in and out with my new Outback within 2 hours. Excellent job.

There were 2 problems:First, the invoice was incorrect and the difference needed to be credited back to my accountSecond, I arrived about 20 minutes after the call that service was completed. They could not find my car. Eventually, Latasha went upstairs and found it in the service area. They needed to then bring it down and wash it. I recently dropped our 2014 Subaru Forester off to have the air conditioning checked. This was based on the recommendation of my neighborhood service station. The response could easily have been that I needed a new compressor; however, the technician cleaned the points on the temperature control and indicated that he thought that solved the problem, which it has. He did point out a front ball joint problem that I knew about but had not addressed. In addition, the rear wheel bearings needed to be replaced, which explained the road noise that I had noticed. The vehicle now runs so smooth and quietly and I am so appreciate the services provided by Heather, Service Advisor and the Technician. This was my first visit to this service department since purchasing the vehicle from another local dealer and I will definitely return.

William Baez was our salesman. He seemed knowledgeable about Subarus and was pleasant to deal with. The sales manager was a bit gruff and annoying. He did not want to explain just “ I am giving you a great deal” responses. All in all not a horrible experience.The cigarette butts you have to walk through to enter the business were gross!
Really bad customer service. If you’re paying $400+, the agent shouldn’t be annoyed to explain the itemized charges. Latasha had a really bad attitude. If the dealership car wash is broken, and you don’t live in the area, what’s the point of getting a voucher for only the dealership car wash?
It took longer than expected to change the tire, but I was kept posted as to when it was expected to be completed. Service was courteous and waiting area was comfortable.
