We went for simple oil change in a advertised Express service where they refuse to make appointments and it took them 3hrs to do this, and excuse given was that too many people have dropped the car off. We had to wait in there very uncomfortable waiting room which is located in the lobby. TV channels could not be changed . Had to watch channel 4 only. I had purchased a pkg of oil change which included car wash and was told by Paul our service manager that it was broken,so could not be done, when walking around o saw other cars were hand washed in same dealership. Very disappointed with the service and the wait.
This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman was professional and personable with great disposition and demeanor. Easy, simple and quick negotiation on price and the Finance manager was thorough and super easy to work with. I got everything I asked for and all the terms and conditions I wanted for a fair price. No hard sell. Just good people. I would definitely do business there again. Omar the salesman and Jesse the Finance Manager were just super. Just an overall unexpected great experience. Saad Ismail was outstanding on the sales floor. Ensured the car I wanted from the online listing was right there when I arrived. His knowledge of the vehicle was great, showed the features with out the normal car sales fluff! He walked me through each part of the process to ensure I was comfortable. We couldnt have had a better experience buying a car then what we did with this dealership. Mark Jones was our salesman and he was AWESOME!!! He went above and beyond taking extra pictures and giving us all the information that he possibly could before we made the almost 3 hour drive to see the vehicle. If youre thinking of going there to buy definitely dont think twice. If you can get with Mark youre gonna get great service!!! For a dealer service visit, this was a really pleasant surprise and experience.My historical interaction with dealer service departments is that they tend to be overpriced and looking for any opportunity to gouge an unwary customer. We live approximately 200 miles away from the dealership and I called by phone and Omar helped us. The dealership had exactly what I was looking for on the lot. Omar stepped us through their process and he was extremely patient. We locked in the deal over the phone. My wife and myself made the 3 hour trip there and they were waiting for us to arrive to take delivery. My appointment was for 9am. There were 3 items needed for my Magnum. I waited in the new (to me) customer lounge which is VERY nice (including free coffee and snacks). By 11:30 the car was ready including a nice wash. Couldnt ask for better service.

If you want to work with a dealership that doesnt honor their word on a price, this is the dealership for you. I accompanied my friend to Farrish with the goal of buying a 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe and trading in his Yukon Denali. We ended up working with Franklin, and negotiated on a price for hours. We wanted to pay 43,000 with the trade in and Franklin wanted 44,000 with the trade in. We told Franklin we would hand him a check for 43,000 and he turned it down so we walked. We waited for about a hour and called Franklin back and said we would go to 43,500 which he said he would have to discuss with his boss and call us back. He called us back and said they couldnt do 43,500, but would still do 44,000 with the trade in. We ultimately agreed to 44,000 and told Franklin on the phone that we were going to pay 43,000 with a check and pay the other 1,000 with a card. Franklin verbally agreed over the phone to the price and how we were going to pay. He asked how long it would take us to get back to the dealership, and we told him we would be there in 10 minutes. Once we arrived back to the dealership they changed their tune and said they would only honor the 44,000 price if my friend financed the Jeep with the dealership. They then said that if my friend didnt finance with the dealership, the price would be 46,000. Since they wouldnt honor the price we agreed to on the phone, my friend asked me what we should do so I advised him to walk because of their lack of honor and integrity. We ultimately walked because of their refusal to honor the agreed price. Where Im from, if you agree to a deal whether in person or over the phone, you honor that deal. I recommend to visit a different dealership if you are looking to buy a vehicle, otherwise Farrish will waste your time just like they did ours.

The best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle! I got a callback within minutes of submitting an inquiry on a Jeep. Did not purchase that vehicle, but another one on their lot. After weeks of looking at other Jeep dealers and Ford dealers in VA, MD, and WV, this location was the only one not selling above MSRP and was actually under. The Mark Jones, salesperson, was amazing. The finance team was great and easy to work with. We received good and honest information and Mark was very personable. Other dealerships we went to the sales people did not care at all and would not answer any questions. It was a very frustrating experience looking for a new car until we came here.

My service advisor was very nice.However I was promised a loaner/rental car the day before for this warranty service and did not receive one.Also, I was promised they would have a shuttle service that turned out not to be available.My appointment was at 8:30 but work wasn’t started until 10:30.I was finally able to leave around 1pm after the problem was diagnosed and now have to wait for parts to be ordered and installed.On the way home I noticed an interior panel was not replace correctly.I’m not impressed by the lack of professionalism.

We chose Farrish many years ago, based on a recommendation of an acquaintance and our own subsequent research into their vehicle maintenance reputation, which we found to be strong. In the ensuing years we have not been disappointed.Thats because they hire capable service managers, like Joey Ettner, who handled our most recent Jeep service. Joey kept on top of the situation the whole way, including coordinating with the extended warranty folks to pay for new parts and service, covered by the warranty.The thing I like about the service managers there is they dont attempt to upsell you on work that doesnt really need to be done. They tell you the straight scoop.

I had to get my vehicle serviced because of a recall. And to be completely honest, I chose this location because of a friend (Alexandria was not the friendliest to me in the past). I’ve been to this dealership for service several times before and they are always very helpful and efficient. I recently went there for service again on my 2016 Chrysler. I ended up having a casual conversation with the salesman (Frank) and fell in love with the 2021 Jeep 4xe. I had zero anticipation to purchase a new vehicle at this time, but the finance team worked out a deal that was too good to pass on. Well We’ve had our dodge Durango all of 1 day when the transmission started to slip and had to take it in, and the people in the auto parts were amazing, but our salesman Matt was the complete opposite! The most rude person to talk to after the sale, he said you are stick with the vehicle once you drive it off the lot and there’s nothing I can help you with it’s after hours for me. There is nothing to worry about ma’am you purchased the extended warranty for a reason, just bring it by! What a slap in the face when you purchase a vehicle for $56,000 and there’s no cool off period. Got to hand it to the service people, they did make my husband a little more convertible with there choice of words.

Great experience working with Matt in sales and Laura in finance on Monday (Labor Day). I reached out early Monday about looking at a Ram, Matt responded via email very quickly and we set an appointment that morning. I came on site, was test driving within 5 minutes, and was out the door with my new truck in 3 hours total. That has to be the quickest and most painless process for a vehicle purchase Ive ever had.
I’m fairly new the the Fairfax (NOVA) area so I had my personal apprehensions about taking my vehicle to a dealership to be repaired. But a recall was issued so I had to comply. So nevertheless I wen to Farrish Jeep Dodge in Fairfax for service of the recall and other preventative maintenance on my Jeep. My service writer Jeffrey Washington was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable which put me at ease. After the maintenance was complete and i picked up my vehicle I was overall pleased with the treatment received by all staff members involved with this transaction. Thank you all and I look forward to my next inaction. Just not too soon from now.
Farrish team is efficient and courteous. Best dealership experience that I can remember. They go to bat for you in finance (didnt think one can expect such service at a dealership), and they look after your overall lifetime experience with your vehicle, not just the best price. Impeccable experience! It was easy to schedule service for a convenient time. The vehicle pickup was right on time and my vehicle was ready early. Plus, all personnel were courteous and professional. I’ll continue to service my vehicle at Farrish and they have my highest recommendation!
I would give way more than 5 stars, but unfortunately this is all I can give. Matt and the rest of the Farrish team helped me buy my DREAM car. I made an appointment with Matt to look at the car the day it arrived at the dealership. I told him what I wanted my payments to be, and he made it happen. When adding on a warranty, I told Bryan what I wanted my payments to be, and he made it happen as well. The entire team was unbelievably accommodating throughout the buying process. I traded in my current vehicle and needed a dash camera uninstalled; they did it. I wanted a keychain to be removed from my old key; they did it. I had a license plate frame on my old car; Basem put in on my new car. Everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome the entire time. I previously had not-so-great experiences with Jeep dealerships, so I was a bit skeptical of trying a new one. Farrish blows the other dealerships out of the water and I cannot recommend them enough. I will of course be returning there in the future for all of my vehicle maintenance. Thank you to the entire Farrish team for their hospitality and accommodations!!

It’s been a unique year, frustrating and challenging in many ways. All of us have battles, yet what can make a huge difference is a kind person. Service advisor Joey took the stress out of a service appointment, was completely honest, transparent, and has a wonderful sense of humor too! What a excellent employee Farrish has, and darn right I let the folks at Ram corporate know as he is a dedicated employee who is exemplary! I’ll be back for my next service, and thank Joey and the good men and women here. They’ve changed my opinion on dealerships and serving at one.

Rude customer service. Didn’t get past the front door. Asked to see the challengers because I was interested in purchasing, got told “well these are all we got” asked for more information and specs was reached with “we have no specs”. Will not be purchasing from here.
My car salesman was FeFe. He was so great to me and patient. It took me months. I mean months, maybe a year to decide on a purchase. He let me test drive diff cars and answered every question I had. I had his personal number and would text questions if I had any. He did not pressure me in any way. Everyone at Farrish was kind and the process was explained well. I appreciate the patience. I did not experience the same kindness and patience at other dealerships. Thank you.
