I brought my car in the morning, given the head mechanic Ali 24 hour notice, and about 24 hours later the work I wanted done was completed with meticulous detail. I cant stress enough how much they care about your cars problem, or what your vision is in terms of paint or aftermarket enhancement. In June my daughter bought a Tiguan. Because they apparently dont know how to use a calculator or computer, there was a $1000 error in the bill of sale. Instead of contacting her to ask for the money or to split the difference, they simply said they were not going to remit the tax they collected and she would have to settle up with DMV directly.

DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealer. The salesman Edward Salmon lied about some of the features when his numbers did not align with my banks numbers of worth for my vehicle. The General Manager Zach is very disrespectful when speaking with him and aggressive in his tone. He continued to speak to me (a woman) like I was a child. Buyers beware of this team. My husband called two days back to back with an issue and got the run around. Edward will send several texts and emails. They are NOT professional at all.

Buying the car 2 years ago was the good part. Everything after has been a terrible experience. They sell high-end cars and a warranty that the finance guy said covers all electronics. Within a few months of buying the car, it would not start. Had it towed to AP Fairfax, then they had it towed to Audi. 1 year and 2 months later, same problem. This time AP said they can fix it. had the car for almost 3 months. With Covid 19 happening, we were no rush, but dang 3 months. Was told the part they ordered arrived 2 months ago, bit they could not find it. We needed the car now because we were moving out of state for work opportunity. Part now came in, and was fixed within 48 hours. **So many red flags**, but we needed it to be shipped out. Guess what? Yup! Car does not start. I called AP Fairfax and its out of their hands. Makes you think they wired it to work short term, but never fixed the problem. Robbery of hard working families.

Super nice staff and reasonable body shop prices but the GTI they sold me is a lemon. Their sales department got me good. But i cannot overlook their excellent mechanic staff, every repair has been timely and affordable.

The fact that I could not take the car to my own mechanic of choice, to ensure the car was roadworthy, as s 2nd option, soured a sure deal on the 2014 BMW 535. Consider changing your policy. I went on to purchase a 2016 BMW 535 from a BMW dealer. To be fair I was offered the opportunity to bring a mechanic in to use their mechanic shop, but that option was not acceptable me.Matt, the salesman was courteous and fair, while talking about price, and provided the carfax for review. He was unable to obtain an exception to policy concerning my 3rd party pre-purchase inspection request.

We got a good deal on our BMW X3 working with Fareem and Dave at AP Fairfax. Both provided useful info without too much pressure. The dealership gets mostly German luxury vehicles that were previously leased, which is perfect for those, like us, looking for cars with 3-4 years of previous use.

The day we purchased the car (1/14/2020), our intentions were made very clear. That was in January and here we are in April (4/18/20) receiving hard tags. The delay in registering the vehicle was an internal issue with your business and was not a result of anything we did. No communication from your team was received advising of any delay, nor were we advised that your team would be handling the registration and plates. A trip to the DMV at the February temporary tag expiration is how we learned that the vehicle we had already made a payment on was not registered. We have received 3 issues of temporary tags. Each one requiring us to advise you all that we were nearing expiration. We will now have to surrender our tags due to the COVID 19 DMV closures and forfeit the monies spent. We would like to know how AP Fairfax intends to compensate us for the inconvenience.Thank youShane PieperSpieper11

I had bent two of my wheels after hitting a pothole on the highway. I was referred to A+ wheel repair by my local garage, and their quote for the job was way lower than I had expected. The repair took about 2 hours, and afterwards it was so relieving to have my ride be smooth again. It really is unpleasant driving on bent wheels. Overall great impression and experience.

I purchased a clean 2011 Mercedes ML 350 at A+Motors. I found the car on the internet and drove a one way rental to Fairfax VA. My salesman was Louis and he was great to deal with. He picked me up at the mall where I had to drop off the rental and brought me to the dealership. Louis recommended a hotel right across the street that worked out perfect because it was too far to do both ways in one day. The car was as the pictures showed and my wife loves it. A+ Motors and Louis both proved to be trouble free.

Very welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I walked in it was a totally different experience than what I was used to at the big dealerships. Louis Acheampong and his team helped me get a really good deal on a BMW 335i and even stayed after hours to finish all of the necessary paperwork. A Plus also has a great inventory of used luxury cars with many models to choose from, even for people like me who are very picky. AP Fairfax was even kind enough to deliver my vehicle. I found that very helpful. Unfortunately, thats exactly where there trouble began. Before I ever got into the car, I saw that there was a chip / crack in the windshield, directly in front of the steering wheel. I contacted Josh and explained what I was looking at and sent him pictures of the damage. He responded (very apologetic) the same day saying if it doesnt pass Maryland state inspection, will address it. That was entirely acceptable. The trouble is, the vehicle did not pass the state inspection and Im stuck with an expired temporary tag and a vehicle that Im unable to tag / title.After six weeks and several correspondences, Ive learned that this is my problem. Ive been told that I purchased the vehicle with a valid Virginia state inspection. I cant disagree with that, however, Im certain that I did not purchase the vehicle the vehicle knowing that there is a two inch crack that is directly in front of the drivers seat. So whatever happened to this car within the time period (nearly a week) that had last seen the car and having it delivered, the windshield was damaged beyond repair (legally). The day I signed the paperwork, the car was mysteriously missing from the lot. It was explained that it was around back to be certain that it wasnt sold by another associate. I have myself to blame for not insisting on seeing the vehicle before signing anything and trusting that it was in the same condition as it was when I last saw it.Im now questioning the legitimacy of their inspection process. I hope you do as well. Consider that the vehicle you are interested in may have also PASSED inspection. Are you confident that your brakes, engine or transmission have been thoroughly inspected and are not going to put your safety or the safety of your family at risk. After all, the cars that they sell are used and have been either sold or traded in for a reason.I have every intention of looking into their inspection process and will be happy to post what I find.Seriously, concerning your safety, you may want to consider another dealership.

I purchased a Mercedes from this dealer. Good follow up and smooth transaction with Louis overall. The one thing I would pay more attention to is to verify all the features advertised for this car on the web compared to what actually installed. Mine had some discrepancies (rear view camera, heated seats). Few days after the purchased, I inquired about it and was told they were listed on the web as they were options but not really there...Good lessons learned.

I purchased a 2013 BMW X5 from AP Fairfax. Went to do the inspection in Maryland within 3 days of the purchase date, the car failed Maryland State inspection due to Crack in the rotor and bad windshield wipers. I contacted AP Fairfax they said, they were not responsible for the car failing MD State inspection. They said that I should split the repair cost with them or do the repair myself. After doing a legal consultation, I wanted to take them to court but I felt that it will be a wast of my time. I even have to flush the break fluid. None of those things were checked. I dont know how this car passed VA State inspection. They are only after getting customers money. This is why I stopped few of my friends from buying cars from this dealer. Buying car from this dealer was one of my greatest car buying mistakes. I wont advice anybody from MD to buy car from this dealer... I have sent a complain to the Better Business Bureau. The sale guy was ok.

My review is for A+ Detailing and Alloy Wheel Repair: I got all four wheel bent repaired, they manged to get two fixed, the other two still crap. Balance was done, and re-done, didnt help, wheels are still bent despite them saying its not. Took it to a different shop, they balanced it twice, still they told me that two wheels are still bent. At this point, Im tired of running back and forth. Total waste of my money.

Faheem was excellent. Car was in great shape. In and out with no fuss.

He was extremely helpful and not your typical pushy sales rep. After test driving a few cars I was able to choose one that suited my needs. I highly recommend taking a look at their inventory and stopping but if youre looking to purchase a quality vehicle.

These are guys crooks. Do not go here. They buy half dingled cars and fix it, try to make them look like new.
