I bought my first Honda Accord at this location and I was impressed by the customer service and the salesperson who assisted me that day. Rolando Romero is very professional, patient and thorough in answering all of my questions. Even the ones he wasnt sure about, he would make a point to get back to me and let me know. I loved the fact that he is bilingual and would feel comfortable speaking in both Spanish/English with me (spanglish) -- and he is also fluent in Portuguese!Everyone I met that day was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this location to anyone contemplating on purchasing a new vehicle or at least test driving one. Ask for Rolando! He will give you top service -- guaranteed!!!

Honda Tysons service center is much better than the Fairfax service. They do not welcome properly, very rough, do not give a proper update of the vehicle and staff are very prosaic. The coffee dispensers do not have any coffee or anything! I do not recommend this center. They also do not give any discounts rather take more money what I felt from my previous experience! I will not come here again.

Brought my car in for service today and I would say overall it was a great experience. Will was assisting me and was super helpful and professional. He updated me along the way and got me what I needed.I only took a star off because the whole process was a little longer than I was expecting. I was told about an hour, but ended up being there for about 2. Overall though, would recommend this location.

I got my first car here and they were great! Our salesman was great and communicated with us everything my family and I needed to know. The manager was also very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable with finding the car that suited me the best, especially since it was my first car. Very excellent service with ALL of the staff there and can say my experience there went above and beyond what I expected!! Super happy with absolutely everything. Definitely recommend to come here and get your Honda!

WORST experience ever! Will never go back to this location! My husband and I went to buy a car today, a guy there (he was a pretty aged man wearing a blue shirt and had glasses) walked us to see the car (he didn’t even know which car it was or where it was, my husband had to show him) and then asked us if we wanted to test drive it we said no we just want to have a look (since we already test drive it in a different et location so we just wanted to check it before purchasing it). The guy leaves to get the keys and never came back.. he left us waiting in a parking lot for 30 min.. so of course we decided to go see what is going on and guess what?! the guy is there outside chilling and chatting with his friend while we are waiting for the keys! Yes he was CHILLING, he was not helping a customer or anything! I was shocked! So we told him that we were waiting and that we are just going to leave since he didn’t bring the keys and he replies “okay”.. yes “okay” no apology, no explanation!! How is that customer service? I understand why this place was so empty, who would come there with this kind customer service!! So bad!

On 10/08/21, I took my 2015 Honda Accord to Rosenthal Fairfax due to some noise I was hearing on the drivers side what seemed to be right under the hood. The culprit, business cards sliding around. Now, Im not a professional at all when it comes to cars, but when I heard this, I had to keep from laughing. This was their expert opinion. They also did a multi point inspection and everything checked out fine. Fast forward a few weeks of continuing to hear the noise more and more frequently, I took my car to Joyce Koons Honda, Buick, GMC in manassas. The culprit...front drivers side strut assembly needed to be replaced, lol. From business cards to a strut assembly. The same suspension parts that were supposedly inspected and were good to go. Here is to hoping that one Honda dealership has gotten it right.

I had been going to this location until a year ago when I moved away. Three years ago we purchased my current vehicle there. The salesman for the purchase was good and the service technicians were always great. My current rating is based on them continuing to send offers to buy back my vehicle through the email and mail. The offers are sent in my husbands name, who passed away over 2 years ago. I have informed them multiple ways and times over the past 2 years that he passed away and I am the owner. I have also let them know that it is insulting and uncaring that they continue to address the letters and emails to him. I told them in July that if they continued that I would post to Google and Yelp regarding the uncaring nature regarding this. Since then, I have received 2 additional emails again addressed to my late husband. I would like them to learn from this situation, because there is no excuse for their insensitive behavior. If I still lived in the area, I would not take my vehicle for service there nor look to purchase my next vehicle from them.

I love my new Honda Civic and I am glad we bought it. However the experience at Rosenthal Honda was less than enjoyable. The entire process took around 8 hours. We were greeted not long after arriving and Garrett said he had exactly what we wanted, he just had to bring it over from the other lot. It took a little longer than expected but we were still happy. The car he brought over had an ant problem, all the doors were covered in ants and the backseat was covered in broken glass. We test drove that car regardless and told Garrett we would like to buy a civic... just not that one because of the items mentioned above. He told us he could bring over a different car of the same model. While waiting on the other car to arrive from the other lot we started the paperwork. We were paying for the car with cash up front, no credit application or financing needed but for some reason we still had to wait hours for the financing paperwork. We left, had lunch, came back and still had to wait hours for the one finance guy they had to call us in. In the meantime they say they have brought a new car over for us and we FINALLY finish our paperwork and our able to go home. As I am driving home some ants crawl up my arm, and after finding time to vacuum I find TONS more broken glass in the backseat and floor. They gave us the exact car we said we didnt want. I still love the new car, however I do not like feeling lied to and deceived. This and the runaround the day of left us feeling less than favorable towards Rosenthal Honda.

But fortunately a guy name Milton helped out, I think he was the manager or something. I leased my vehicle in March of 2021, the sales process went fine and my sales agent was very professional and courteous, however the finance manager was not and tried to sell me too many products that I really did not need. I ended buying the Honda Care maintenance plan which will cover scheduled Honda maintenance like oil change, tire rotation etc. 6 months later I needed A1 service and scheduled an appointment to have it done at the dealership in Tyson corner to be surprised that they did not have a recorded of my Honda Care maintenance contract, the service manager wouldnt assist to sort the issue and asked me to contact Fairfax Honda where I leased the vehicle at to get the maintenance plan loaded to the Honda maintenance database. Called Fairfax Honda and spoke to one of the financial managers who advised me that the original financial manger is no longer with the organization. The finance manger I spoke was very rude and unprofessional, was shouting on the phone and kept saying I should make this as his issue, which I did not and I was expecting him to assist at least by pointing me to correct person to help, he did not even ask for my name to lookup my record to check what was sold to me and why I had to pay for the service while I am already paid for it . I pulled the Honda Care maintenance plan and clearly indicates all the items that is covered for the period of the contract. I called Honda Care who advised me that the plan is a warranty vs maintenance and the dealership entered the wrong code in the contract and I need to go back to Fairfax Honda to sort it out. Now I have to make a trip to Fairfax Honda and wait for a finance manager who can look the sale file and who knows of they can fix the issue or not, in addition I already paid for the A1 service because I was not going to wait and take a risk of possible damage to the vehicle. I truly not sure how an experienced finance manager would make a mistake like this, I really do not need a warranty plan on a leased vehicle that will be returned back at the end of the lease term.

We are deeply dissatisfied with your service. We bought a used van from you on July 7th, 2021 and today October 12, 2021 we still dont have our tags and registration because you failed to turn in the correct forms. Now you claim that we owe you $1,541.23 but that is a complete scam. We called the Arizona MVD personally on Friday, October 8, 2021 and we were told we just have to pay $427.47. We sent in the money and correct forms directly to the Arizona MVD and they will be refunding us the money that is overpayed from that $427.47 amount since we are active duty military and are exempt from taxes. I dont know who your middle man is and where they get the quote of $1541.23 but it is completely incorrect and very sketchy. We didnt see anywhere in the contract that we signed with you when we bought the vehicle that says we will owe you more money for the tags and registration or anything about fees and such like you claimed in your email. However, we do see that the loan we signed for does include $942.90 for the title tax and $17.00 for the registration. Since you failed to provide these services in a correct and timely manner you owe us a total of $959.90.

This will be my first ever Google Review posting because my experience was so horrendous, it will forever be scarred in my mind to NEVER come here and let others know as well.I will get straight to the point, the employee here who handled my paperwork for purchasing was Mike Warzynski. I asked for parts, he didnt say anything, and walked away through a door and shut it. I didnt know what to expect. He came back out, said Here. He then threw the paperwork on the counter, pointed toward somewhere behind me and walked back through the door. I then asked the cashier who he was, and they told me his name. I wasnt able to see his name tag because he was so quick to be in and out. Regardless, once a purchase or receiving something, it is general business practice to appreciate the customer for their business or even say a simple Thank you. Neither was received. That is why I am writing my first Google Review and it should be a ZERO if possible.

I see what all the other poor reviews of this dealership are talking about. I purchased a used Honda fit from here in March. The sales process was what I expected, however, after the sale I was expecting to get permanent Maryland tags, which the dealership expressed to me would be no problem. I kept calling about my tags leaving my name and number for a month and would get no callback. Meanwhile, Ive been driving on expired VA temp tags. After calling consistently, I get a callback from the sales manager explaining to me that they were unable to get in contact with me about my tags and they have sent me a check for the what they held for the registration. He explained it to me in a such a deadpan tone that they couldnt get a hold of me (they had my contact info, it just sounds like someone got lazy with their job) and so they just gave up and let me deal with it.I really like the car, and I will probably buy another Honda when its time. But I can definitely assure the reader of this review I WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN.

Dec 19, 2020; Vehicle: Honda CR-V EX-L; Sales: Frankys**Go to the very bottom to get the bottom line up front!**---I did not browse reviews before car shopping at Rosenthal Fairfax Honda in an attempt to make a completely unbiased review. Spent about a week researching and requesting quotes from various dealerships on a Honda CR-V EX-L. Rosenthal agreed to match my lowest offer from another dealership, and because I received an additional $1000 coupon last night for any new Honda at Rosenthal Fairfax, I chose this location to visit first today.Ill start by saying they could not match AND deduct the $1000, but after speaking with the manager Franky returned with a very fair offer, after which he gave me ample time to discuss things privately while he washed the vehicle and pulled it up for us to look at. To sum things up, we negotiated a fair price together that I knew was a great deal but that was not insulting (I did not come up with a lowball number, but simply asked that they match other local dealers I had just called outside). The manager and salesman were respectful and did not push their sales tactics after clearly noticing I was not interested in them.We agreed on a price and this is where they lost 2 stars. Admittedly, it started to get busy around noon, but the finance portion of the sale was absolutely comical. The sales manager did his best to expedite the process, but lets put it this way. Arrival to dealership to agreeing on price: 2 hours. Agreeing on price to walking out the door: >4 hours. We sat at Frankys desk waiting for the financial manager, Jennifer, for about an hour, after which she came downstairs, greeted us and asked for some information. She said she would apply for Honda Approval and be back in about 20-25 min. We sat for another hour and only got things moving when I stood up and told the manager to see what was going on. We were escorted upstairs into her office about 15 minutes later by someone else. What occurred during the next 2 hours is what youd call a failed presentation at selling Honda extended warranty and overpriced car sealants, at the end of which she tried the Door-in-the-Face method I saw coming from the start. A mess of papers. Setting up and having plates installed, only to take them off again because dealer plates were needed instead (purchaser drivers license was NJ, which she should have caught before making plates). Not speaking for the rest of the finance team, but in this case there was zero respect for time, even though I made it clear I needed to leave within 2 hours upon entering her office. In summary - bottom line up front:-- Aggressive quotes, respectful sales team willing to work WITH you. Sales paperwork completed promptly and thoroughly. No surprises at the end, no hidden fees that were not clearly printed. Recommend Franky!-- Management team on point. Extremely respectful and professional. Worked a deal that benefitted us all, and even threw in a few perks at the end.-- Vehicle was washed, tires shined, full tank of gas as expected.-- Do business with Rosenthal Honda, but stand your ground with the finance team. In a mess of paperwork and no regard for your time, you will need to make sure information/numbers are correct before signing on the dotted line. Do yourself a favor and push for your valuable time by expediting this portion of what SHOULD be a painless and relatively straightforward transaction.

What a 1st class car buying experience! Unlike the Honda dealership near my house who added additional fees, there were no hidden fees at Rosenthal Honda. My salesman was at church and told me that he was on his way as soon as the service was over. Unlike the original dealership, my sales lady told me she was off and left me to deal with someone else who did not show any interest to help because he was not the primary salesman. The salesmen at Rosenthal Honda valued everyone as a valuable customer. I sat back and enjoyed the stress free environment. You can hear every salesman carrying on like a professional. My salesman explained the difference between the Touring and Sports 2.0. Can you imagine experiencing a salesman who asked her coworkers. The dealership near my house gave me a pamphlet to look at containing different extended warranties. The finance officer at Rosenthal Honda explained everything in detail, especially the extended warranty packages. He had my 100% attention although this is my 2nd Honda and I was not interested. The sales manager gave me his full attention every time I had a question. The sales manager near my house was texting on his phone when I approached his desk. He acknowledged my presence and continued texting. So I left and shared with him that I am taking my business elsewhere. Do you think I was surprised when he said so?To make a long story short, I enjoyed the professional environment at Rosenthal Honda. Edit: Now one star because they put a lien on the car we bought in full with a CASHIERS CHECK.It took 4 hours to buy a used car with a cashiers check made out to the dealership for the full amount. When we asked how long it would take during the test drive, we were told about an hour. It seemed like 4 hours was on par for everyone we saw in the dealership. We still had to get a credit check for some reason, even though we were not applying for financing. That process took at least 1.5 hrs. I dont know why it took that long, because the salesman wasnt able to explain and kept shifting how much longer it would be. He also seemed to lose our credit check forms, because we had to sign them twice...after having waited 30 minutes the first time. The salesman was really difficult to correspond with over email, phone, or text. He would never confirm that he received emails with requested documents. He also didnt know which car we had been discussing, because he walked us to a different one before taking 15 minutes to find the correct one.I give them two stars because once we actually got to the cashier, we at least received new license plates.

When I went to finalize the sale, he slid in over $3,000 of added fees now expect to pay taxes and DMV fees, but this was $3,000 of additional fees before taxes and DMV fees. Absolutely outrageous! When I voiced my concerns to the salesman Hinode, the sales manager Kursad responded by telling me the price was firm. The manager of the service department is an absolute nightmare. I’ve seen some terrible managers but he takes the cake. I believe his name is Milton Cruz (unsure because he never introduced himself to me). I’ve had my brand new car for over a year now. Shortly after I purchased my Honda HR-V, the drivers side window was dragging when rolling the window up. I took it to the dealer in FL (where I bought the car when I lived there) and they lubricated it. Th problem resolved initially but this past winter, it was dragging again and taking a few clicks to roll up fully. Along with an unusual clicking/popping/squeaking noise that NONE of my other windows make. The technician was very respectful and communicated effectively that the mechanic wouldn’t be able to look at the car until the sound of dragging noise was replicated. So, they would keep my car all day just to hope they could catch the window dragging. I asked to speak to the manager so we could get a mechanic to look at my window since it had a history (I showed them the documentation from the Honda in FL).I stepped into the office and the manager sat in his car across the table starting me down. I was expecting him to introduce himself but instead, I proceeded to explain my situation. The manager was condescending and was clearly unhappy to be working at Honda. His facial expressions and body language made it very clear, he wasn’t going to be any help. He told me the mechanic can’t look at my car if the window isn’t dragging and to come back when my window is dragging or take a video of it. I’m not sure what the issue is here. Why is it so difficult for them to take my car and take a look? I spoke to the receptionist when scheduling my appointment and she said they would take a look. I wasted my Monday morning fighting for them to look at my window. I finally gave up and left because I’m leaving back to FL in a few months anyway. I can have the HONDA in FL take a look since it’s too much of a bother for this Honda location. I honestly wasn’t sure I wanted them looking at my car at all after all this fuss. The manager requires basic training such as “good morning, my name is ____. I’m the manager, how can I help you?”.DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. If the shop is run anything like my experience with the manager, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I went to Fairfax Honda due to a group of lights being on in the dash area. The FCW System failure system was showing along with the ABS light and the work BRAKE in red and a couple of others.I dropped it off at Fairfax Honda and was offered a shuttle to work. I was directed to a blue CRV, which had parts and clothing in the back.... I sat there for 10 minutes....Come to find out - it was a customers car - and not the shuttle. (I should have taken a hint from that at the beginning)I was told that there would be a $160 charge for the diagnostics - which would be waived if I had the work done - well it was not waived. Check your bill people... They charged it anyway with some lame excuse that it was the fee to read the diagnostic - not coming from my service guy directly as he was a lunch - some other advisor called hi and relayed the info. Really - $160 to read a diagnostic code?My service advisor had called and told me there was good and bad news....He said that a brake caliper had seized in the rear - that the car was unsafe to drive and it needed to be repaired to the tune of $1200. And that if it was the FCW (Front crash warning module), it wa thousands just for the part for the 2013 Accord. And that they needed /wanted to keep it overnight to test it after the brake repair to see if the codes returned. The following day, I was called topick up my vehicle - the brake repair supposedly solved all the issues and the codes were resolved....Because I balked at the $160 still being on my bill..... I was brought to a service manager who waived the fee after some li pservice -He informed me that they saw no code about the FCW failure - evidentlyshould show if that message was coming on the dash....And that he was confident it all stemmed from the brake issue.Half mile from home - and all the lights are back on....I will not be returning to Fairfax Honda. I feel like I was misinfomed, that they attempted to over charge me the $160 and that the service advisor and manager had different takes on the unresolved issue. This does not inspire confidence.BTW - my 21 year old Dodge was serviced at a dealer in Fairfax 3 weeks ago - and I got that back washed for much less than the $1300 I paid for the Honda repair.... Really - Honda does not wash the cars they service. Get real! Lexus does, Dodge does - but not Honda - shocked. I figured Id at least have a clean exterior.Being female, we are at the mercy of Google and other means to confirm things such as high tech auto repair.....Do your self a favor and check your bill - you might just save yourself $160.

In general, it was a good experience. The car they sold me was clean and exactly as described. The sales manager, Luqman, was very helpful and Juan was helpful and quick. The only bad thing was how slow the finance department worked on purchasing a car, but in the end, they were just trying to make sure everything was good.

I would of gave 0 stars but I did not have the option! This dealership is a complete joke ! So we got there around 3:30 pm on a weekday, David our sales man was nice but very much in a rush to sell ANY car not by customer need. We fill out the application with him, I provided my drivers license (they lost and never gave back) . Our information gets “deleted by mistake” not one but three times. Fast forward 7 hours later we are still in the dealership, about to sign final papers when their finance department was too busy arguing to notice the car had a blown out tail light and the back door on passenger side did not open. Jen and Sebastian argues, yelled and slammed doors while we are still in the office . Ok we finish paperwork. We drove home two and a half hours with this Incompletely maintenance Volvo. We call back to complain of car issues and off course my license and we got the run around. They transferred me from person to person and did not care much at all. We end up making a plan with Honda to return this Volvo in where I would get my full monies back and then their car . We drive back two and a half hours and they are completely unprepared. My check isn’t printed, the paperwork wasn’t even printed. Now I’m upset, sadly this dealer is not built to handle an upset customer without hanging up the phone on them or as little as an apology. Completely unprofessional! I call back after being hung up on, an employee picks up the phone and tells me his manager, (delair) does not work there. A complete joke !!!!! Got an amazing deal at Nissan. These people need training, i would start with the “leaders”.

This Honda service department is MAGNIFICENT. The customer service is off the charts. I had an issue with a tire and therefore needed a new one. I worked with Ruben, who was kind and straightforward about the wait for the tire to be shipped. He promised to call me to check in when the tire arrived, told me he would be out when I came in (just so I would know), and even called me after my service was complete just to make sure I was satisfied. I LOVE this place. When I did get the service done, the service department at the entrance walked me to the counter, made sure I was all checked out and treated me VERY kindly. Sadly, I was taken aback as Ive grown unaccustomed to such great service. Please go here for your car needs. You will not be disappointed.

Let me begin by stating that this review is about Fairfax Honda’s customer service and business practices. Yesterday, I purchased a new vehicle from Fairfax Honda using their online purchase program. Once we put our information in, financing terms (we were paying cash) and completed the purchase, we scheduled a pick up time for the very next day. We received the email confirmation with the VIN number that the vehicle was ours and ready to pick up at the scheduled time. We were so excited to get the vehicle that we had been searching for and in such a foolproof and stress-free way, that we arrived at Fairfax Honda 2 hours before our scheduled appointment time. Upon arrival we asked a salesperson about our vehicle and he stated that there was only one that matched our description and that it was sold. The salesperson then went to notify his General Manager, Selim Eslaquit, of our online purchase from the day prior.Mr. Eslaquit told us that our vehicle was in negotiations with a man from NY. In front of us, Mr. Eslaquit then asked his salesperson if the NY buyer had spoken with any of their Finance Mangers yet, the salesperson replied, “No, they are trying to get the deposit”. We proceeded to the waiting room to let them sort this out. After about 10 minutes, the salesperson came in the waiting room to tell us that the NY buyer agreed to all of their terms and if his financing was approved, then the vehicle would be his.Needless to say, we left the dealership very unhappy. We then went online to begin the search again. We found the exact vehicle (minus the color) at another Honda dealership within 20 miles of Fairfax Honda. Due to our distrust, the General Manager was willing to give us a text confirmation of the price and that the vehicle was available. We purchased it the same day, paid with cash and even saved $700.00.Bottom line: Be very weary of Fairfax Honda and their ’Shop Simple Honda” online service.

So. We live in Chesapeake VA. We originally drove 3 hours to buy a used car from another dealership. Needles to say, that dealership is a joke and will get ots own review. Since we were in the area we did a quick online search for the same car. Found one at Fairfax Honda. Less miles different color and cleaner. We called and got Koshin on the phone. Told him our story and said we could be there in 25 mins. He promised to hold the car for us to look at. We got there and he met us in the lot. The car was exactly what we wanted. We went inside and met the sales manager Bernard. By this point we felt like we were cared about on a personal level. We worked the deal the got to the finance department. We dealt with Jenn and she was great as well. All in all it was one of our best car buying experiences. We left Fairfax Honda with 3 new friends and a new car. We will definitely reach out to them when our next car is needed. They made what we thought was a wasted trip into a great day!

Had a terrible experience purchasing a car here. If you have the chance, I recommend you go somewhere else. The problem started when our car salesman told us the particular car we wanted was in stock. Then after we agree to a car and price, the manager comes back 20 minutes later and tells us the car is actually not there, the car salesman had made a mistake. So there we go wasting our time. The manager says there is another car coming in from Canada in a few weeks, so we were thinking of waiting to get that car. We wait while he says he will look for that particular car from another dealership, and after waiting for 30 minutes with no help, I decide to go over and ask what is going on. He says they found the car (why not tell us before instead of making us wait?) We leave and tell them we will come back after getting lunch (at this point we are fed up and wanting to go elsewhere). After some discussion, we decide to come back and purchase the car because we were already basically done with the paperwork and had been there for a long time. The salesman and manager are not communicating with each other or something, because when we came back the car was not being picked up from the other dealership, and we had to come back in 4 hours (30 minute drive). Then the car salesman and the manager get into an argument, the original car salesman does not help us, and we get assigned with another car salesman (who was actually helpful). We end up purchasing the car, hoping to put as much down as possible and pay off the car as soon as we can. We explicitly asked the finance manager after how many months would we be able to pay off the car in full, and he tells us 4 months. We dont like it, but theres nothing we can do. I decide to contact the bank directly, and the rep there tells us we can pay it off at any time. So the dealership either flat out lied to us or did not know the policy. In short, avoid this dealership, there are better ones out there.

I attempted to buy a new car here, but it did not go well. After a first visit to test drive, and a second to negotiate price, etc., we reached an agreement and they (and I mean multiple They including the General Manager) confirmed and committed to the price. After keeping me there for over 2 hours, they came back and tried to go back on their word and add cost at the last minute. I ended up walking away. It was frustrating and infuriating that they did not keep their word ( And it was multiple people, to the highest levels). Unfortunately, I do not feel this dealership to be trustworthy. I went elsewhere (locally) and had a much better experience, for the same exact price that we had originally agreed upon. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, as I do not feel that they are honest.

Took my 2018 Accord in for a fuel pump module recall. I was asked how much gas I had in my tank (about 3/4 full). I was told that I had to have between a half a tank and one quarter full and that the person that scheduled my service should have told me. On the good side, between the drive to and from the service center I use about a gallon so I am a bit closer to getting the part replaced. On the down-side side, I average about 268 miles each month so I hope the defective part lasts until the end of the year.

It’s the lying for me. False advertising on their website and in person and would not honor TrueCar price. I understand sale associates want to move specific cars off the lots, but the manager lied about features on a used vehicle to push us to buy this car. He also told a fictitious story about giving more money for a trade in that was the same as our car but with more miles...so they valued the car with *more* miles?? Sir that’s a L I E lol. Honda relies on their brand which fosters an image of reliability to close their sales for them, rather than respectable service to clients. Read the room, Honda is no longer number 1.

Every time the telephone operator transferring the call to financial department and manager..nobody answering the phone and it’s always voicemail. We called and left voicemails many many times but nobody returning our calls. It’s been like this for almost 2 months until the manager sent us email asking for documents. We replied back with documents on 8/1/2020 but until now 8/27/20 we still not getting our refund. We still calling them but always voicemail! This dealership doesn’t care about customer after you bought car from them. Other dealership took only 2 weeks to get our GAP insurance refund. Not recommending this Rosenthal Fairfax Honda, it’s a worst car dealership ever!Update: Today 9/12/2020 still has no update for our gap insurance refund. ***ACTION REQUIRED FROM DEALERSHIP*** I traded in my 2010 Lexus GX460 on 1/9/21. As of 2/3, my credit union has not received the lien payoff and the MD MVA has not received the paperwork to transfer my old tags to my new Honda Odyssey. The VA Temp Tags expire on 2/8/21!! This is completely unacceptable that I have to continue to follow-up with my credit union on a daily basis to confirm if they have received funds from Fairfax Honda. The dealer has already sold my Lexus within 5 days of trade-in. So they have received funds for my new Honda from my credit union and they have received funds from the buyer of my Lexus. So currently, they are floating my money while I have to deal with the stress of making 2 car payments, loss of time to deal with this issue and loss of money as I accrue interest on my loan. I have no idea if the dealership has sent the lien payoff check and if its been mailed to the correct address, and I have no idea what is going on with the MD MVA registration. Now I have one more thing to follow-up on a daily basis to ensure the MD MVA doesnt suspend my registration/tags as I requested it be transferred to my new Honda.I expect this nonsense from a small time used car dealer, not from a big brand like Rosenthal. I have purchased/leased vehicles many times between VA/MD dealers and the post-sale administration process has always been seamless. This is the first time I have had such a BAD experience.I have contacted the dealer multiple times and have rarely been successful in reaching someone that can help. The Finance Department (Sebastian and team) never answers the phone, my salesman (Hinnode) always states the management team is in a meeting and cannot be reached whenever I call, and the General Sales Manager (Kurshad) has not followed up with me with additional information as he had promised.I need someone that can resolve my case to contact me immediately.

The service rep and the service manager brushed me off without even following honda protocol. Prior to my visit to Rosenthal Fairfax honda, Ive called my friend who works for honda in another state. He said the dealer should take pictures of the paint and submit it to honda (corporate) for remediation options if the flaking paint on the car was due to defect. Rosenthal Fairfax honda didnt even take the time to do that! They brushed me off and said they will not cover it. Once I got out of the Rosenthal service department, I called Honda (corporate) and explained my experience and situation. They agreed Rosenthal honda did not follow hondas protocol and opened a case so they can follow-up. I subsequently went to Honda of Chantilly, the service rep and service manager knew exactly how to follow protocol. They took various pictures of the flaking paint and advised me theyre going to submit the pictures for review. It ridiculous how a dealership where I purchased my car can just brush me off without batting an eye and another dealership goes out of the way to help any customer. Update - Ive reached out to the Service Team twice (at the owners request below) in the past 2 weeks and still have not received a reply back or confirmation that theyve received my message. We purchased our 2011 Honda Odyssey from Rosenthal Fairfax Honda and while they offered a decent price, they offered us a defective product. When we purchased the van, the front fender looked fantastic as we inspected it with a fine tooth comb. The day we came to pick it up, there was a giant scuff on the front fender that they claimed was already there (it wasnt). After some coaxing, they agreed to fix it. Then shortly after we took it off the lot, the paint on the front fender started peeling all over the place. We took it back and they agreed to fix some of the peeled paint but not all of it. It has since just gotten worse and worse. When you pay $27000 for a vehicle, you expect that the paint wont start peeling like this. If you purchase your vehicle from Rosenthal, make sure you have some protections in place to prevent what happened to us from happening to you.

UPDATE: It has now been almost a week since I posted my review. Thank you for letting me know youll be looking in to the issue. Unfortunately, despite my complaints, there has been no attempt at communication and I am still in the dark.*****************UPDATE: Dealership has apologized and stated they are looking into the issue. It has now been over 24 hours and I still have not received an update.*****************We recently purchase a vehicle from Fairfax Honda and the whole process has an unorganized nightmare. The test drive and negotiation were fine. The trouble started after we agreed to purchase the vehicle. We decided to purchase the vehicle on 12/30 pending our mechanics approval and were allowed to take the vehicle at that time. Our mechanic approved the vehicle on 12/31. On the same day, we went back to Fairfax Honda to complete the sales paperwork. Our salesman, Aladdin, said hell make an appointment with the finance department at 3:30 in order to complete they paperwork. This was a blatant lie. We arrived at 3:30 and were not seen by the finance department until 5:45. Upon beginning to work with finance, we found the sales price we agreed upon had not been communicated to the finance department and the paperwork was incorrect. This resulted in the finance department reaching out to sales to verify. Once verified, they needed to reprint all the paperwork. At this point, we started going though the paperwork to sign only to find my wifes name was incorrectly spelled. Again, all the paperwork needed to be reprinted. Finally, after many hours of frustration, we completed the paperwork and were ready to leave with the new vehicle. However, this is not where our journey ends.-The low tire pressure light was illuminated. I brought this to the attention of Aladdin, our salesman, he said the shop is closed for the day and we should simply visit a gas station add air to the tire.-All vehicle detail information was left stuck to the car. I had to tear everything off the windows and then remove the tape residue with a razor blade and Goo Gone.-Aladdin ended up taking the vehicle to the gas station for us to fill up the tank and put air in the tires. He left the dealership in a hurry and bottomed the car out in his hasty departure. There are still on-going/unresolved issues. Ive reached out the dealership numerous times to check the status of an over-payment refund and the status of our license plates. No one really seems to know what is going on. I end up getting transferred numerous times before I am dumped to someones voicemail. Ive left numerous messages with numerous people and no one has returned my call. At this point, I have no idea when Ill be receiving the over-payment refund or license plates. As the customer, I should not have to reach out for a status update regarding this information. The dealership should be openly communicating this with me.If you would like an easy and stress-free car buying experience, I strongly suggestions going else ware.

We decided to buy a Passport in early November and came to this dealership because they had a few specific vehicles my wife wanted. We had a fantastic salesman, Mr. Baltimore. He was very patient with us and brought a few different vehicles back for us to try from the satellite lot, a few minutes away. We got a pretty good price after all was said and done. I do not like sitting down with the finance person at dealerships in general, having to go through the discomfort of listening to service plans and such. However we did, and my wife wanted the extra coverage so we got it, and spent a few more bucks than planned. However we feel pretty good about the coverage we have now, included oil changes, etc. And the finance guy (Brian) was nice too, so cant complain. Manager very friendly also.....and the car is great. Highly recommend Mr. Baltimore, young and energetic but NOT pushy. One thing of note: they kept calling my wife a few days later to get feedback from our experience and my wife could not answer because shes a school teacher. She finally answered the phone and told them this, so whoever reads this at the dealership please keep in mind emailing is sometimes much better.

Dont believe what they tell you! They try to use free state inspection as a tool to get you to pay for repair. I waited 2 hours for the state inspection and emission test to be done. I was told my car did not pass the state inspection due to the passenger side engine mount which was cracked inside but not visible from outside. I have LED lights for rear license plate and reverse light. I was told the repairs would be 535 plus tax for engine mount and around 60 dollars plus tax for the 4 bulbs. I bought an engine mount from Amazon and it was 23.89 and I replaced myself within 25 minutes. I went to another inspection station close to my house and the inspector told me that my car should have passed the inspection since the engine mount is not the front of the rear one and it was not completely broken. He also told me there isnt specific rules in the book saying that LED bulbs are not allowed on rear license plate and for reverse light.People! Beware of this place!!!!
