They were extremely fast. That was one of my fastest oil changes ever. The price was reasonable for a conventional oil change. While $47 is a little higher than Id like to pay, its the going rate these days. Also, they had a coupon on their website which was easily used. It was the fourth place I had been to that morning and there was no wait. All of the other businesses said they were too busy and their prices were comparable. One was even more expensive, but still too busy. The guys were friendly and not pushy. I often find these types of franchise shops often try to push a bunch of services on you, but that was not the case here. I think I have found my new go to oil change location.

Effective communication and service!It was my fist visit there. I don’t have background on car so I questioned back on some stuffs and staffs were helpful, kind, and professional.I had rear differential fluid, oil change, brake inspection, tire rotation, and filter change. Altogether took little over 2 hours and prices are reasonable and generous.All staffs I talk with, they were very kind and professional.

Service here was excellent. Everyone was professional and quick. Waiting room was comfortable and clean.

The staff was friendly and professional, however, I was on somewhat of a tight schedule and I was told 35-40 minutes tops. That ended up being over an hour. Had I known that, it wouldnt have been an issue. I would have just come back the next day. Also, while I appreciate the complimentary window cleaning, it literally looked like they used one of the oily rags on my windshield and rear window. It was almost comical, actually. I wasnt even mad, I just thought what the. . . .?. Overall, friendly service but, for the price, I dont know that I would go again. Might have just been an off day, but first impressions and all.

I was happy overall, but a little confused about my check engine light. Gal at desk said I could come back and have one of two scans, one that’s free and gives a general idea what’s wrong, and the other scan for $110 where it is required to drop off the car for a day. Wouldn’t it make sense to start with the quick scan before making arrangements to drop off my car for a day? Why didn’t they do the quick scan during that visit? I came in for a smog check, it took 45 minutes, no appointment. I do all my oil changes there and never had a bad experience. Great business!

Do not use this facility $500 for a simple engine tune-up. I received a reply from speedy and they claim this is the fair market value. The mechanic also put a another car on the rack and looked at it while the clock is running on my vehicle at a labor rate of $110 an hour. Kind of a shady operation. The mechanic Work on another car when my car was at a high idle on the computer and was analyzing the engine. I think the word is called double dipping.

Low tire pressure. Spee Dee checked all tires at no charge. 5 minutes tops! Love these guys!

I was recommended Speedy by my father after my garage dropped the ball so badly that I’m looking elsewhere. I was greeted by a tech in under 30 seconds. We went through why I was there and what would happen. From there I waited just inside the lobby by the open door. I listened to the counter person. I don’t know if she understands how good she is but was very personable and complimentary with just about every customer including the people on the phone. You don’t see that much anymore.Speedy had all 3 bay doors open and each bay was 3 cars lined up. Speedy thankfully had more than enough staff and a system in place to get its customers through quite quickly. AKA SpeedyAs with most oil change shops Speedy brings your air filters out and present it to you like an abused child. “Have you seen this??Now here’s the thing I know how to change my filters. Christ I know how to change my oil I’m just to fat to fit under my car and I’m to old to go on a diet.Both filters were dirty. That’s kind of it’s job. But I was so impressed with the entire outfit I literally told the guy “yeah I’ll put some extra money in your pockets”I figure I’ll kick in a few dollars to cover all the labor cost going on this afternoon.Anyway I’m in with these guys. I’m going to bring my daughter in on this business as well. And that’s my biggest compliment. It took over two hours because they ended up sending the wrong oil filter from their parts department. Employees in the establishment or clean and they worked well my only problem was if I needed to take care of a customer I would go to the nearest auto parts store pickup and oil filter and get them out of there quickly as possible so I dont have to deal with a bad review. They did discount the oil change which made everything so much better my wife wasnt feeling well so dealing with that made it hard for me but all in all I will definitely go back there and have them work on my car again thank you SpeeDee.

I live probably 20 minutes away yet I always still go here every time the past 2 years after I stopped going to my official Ford dealerships shop for maintenance. Seriously, never a single negative visit here. As soon as they pull your car in the shop out of view they begin pampering your car by cleaning it down a bit on the outside and of course the fabled interior vacuum cleaning which I still just cant get over, lol. Every person here is always just so pleasing, professional and never push anything unnecessary on you. Just go here. You wont regret it.P.S. Also helps that its one of the only maintenance shops that isnt in a sketchy/crazy busy intersection or area. If that matters to you well, theres that.

I’ve been going to this location for years. First time I’ve paid this much for an oil change and air filters, and I had a coupon! Service writer actually asked me if I wanted high usage service and I have only driven 4000 miles in the last year.I had just cleaned my interior windows and now they are smeared and streaked from their “cleaning”. I asked for them to make sure they checked my tires, and was told “that’s part of the service”. I checked my pressures as I was leaving, and no two were the same level.Businesses need to learn to take care of repeat customers.

Went to get oil changed on my daughters car, last min.no appt. Check engine light was on & car had been stalling. I explained what was going on & they actually listened without trying to sell me on major repairs. The filter the last place used was wrong for the car. Took my car in for an oil change. Two days later noticed a huge oil leak under my car, my landlord sent me a treat to clean up the oil an to move my car off the property until the leak is fixed. Not thinking it might have been from the oil change I figured SpeeDee knew what they were doing I took my car to my auto shop across the street from my house. I was told the Oil Change place forgot to put the plug back in properly and all the oil I just had put in was now in my parking spot. SpeeDee refused to redo the oil change or refund me and refused to pay for the clean up. I was told by Corperate I would get a phone call. over 6 months later. STILL NOTHING. I think most of these 4 star ratings are bogus. Do NOT GO HERE.

They were absolutely horrible I paid 80 something dollars and they scratched my front side panel and scoffed my bumper the didnt vacume at all and the windows were cleaned horribly and the dirty water was dripping all down my car I will never go there again!!!

Had oil leak gasket behind oil filter first estimate 130.00 second over 400.00. Needed new gasket behind filter needed it done right away. They said they would have to order the part so to avoid the wait went n got it from Oriely speedy cost 10.00 orielly 4 n some change. Called said they wouldnt use my 4 dollar part when asked why it leads to a paper trail. Lost my buisness. Had it done up the street same day as needed. Wasnt worried about cost of the part difference just needed it done.

I brought my 2002 Chevy Impala to them because I was having a lot of problems with it. I asked them to run a diagnostic check to let me know what is going on with the car so I can decide whether to fix it or not. The diagnostic check was supposed to be $110. They ended up calling me later that day stating the car pulled up more than 8 to 10 error messages so they stopped the diagnostic check. They told me I could come pick up the car and they wouldnt charge me for it. I was sad to hear the news about my car but very impressed with the service I received. Definitely would recommend!!!
