This store is clueless and unprofessional. Not willing to put in any effort to help the customer rather telling them to call support. I have been working though online support for account set up related and resetting my PIN. This needs to be done in the store with my device. Went in to the store and was told it absolutely couldnt be done and I needed to call. Back to the online call, still need to go the store. What BS! Avoid!

I just recently updated to an iPhone 12. I had two interactions, one when I decided to update and 2 when I received my iPhone I went back to get my data transferred. Both male that helped me were very helpful and everything went without a glitch. It took about 30 to 40 minutes for my phone to transfer all the data because I had so much stuff on it! Appreciate Ivan and the other Male that helped me- wasn’t able to get his name- To me the experience was easy and I was treated with care, patience and professionalism. They knew what they were doing. Thank you

Dont use this tmobile. The store manager Brooklyn had no issue committing fraud on my account. Brooklyn added a 15$ month digits line to my account without even offering it to me just added hoping that I wouldnt notice until my next bill I guess. She made sure not to give me any paperwork that had the new digits number on it. If this has happened to you please dial 611 and report this as fraud. Stop taking advantage of customers to hit your sales goals. I will be returning my purchase as I refuse to support dishonest stores.

Usually decent service, nice associates. But how does a store that deals with electronics not have an in-store inventory on a computer or tablet? The back room or safe had a time delay lock so after waiting to be helped I waited longer only to be told Whoops, I guess we dont have any more Galaxy S10s in the store. Sorry.

I went in today to get my T-Mobile Tuesday Thanking which were winter gloves. I was about the 4th person standing in the store. The two sales members were helping others. No one was complaining or saying they weren’t wanting to wait. Not even 5min after I walked in, the demeanor employee, sighed, rolled her eyes, scowled, grabbed a handful of gloves and threw them on the counter. When we asked the size, she showed more signs of irritation and said they’re all small/med. I took a pair. Looked at some headphones but decided not to buy anything because we were treated so disrespectfully.I can get if someone is having a bad day but this woman was way beyond rude.I have been with T-Mobile for 13yrs, have a large account and feel I should be treated better. I rarely go to get any of the Thanking items.I won’t go back to this location.

Service was bad and slow. It took about 3 hours to get our phones set up correctly. We even had to come back to fix the phone issues. On top of that, Ivan the guy whos doing it had written the review using my phone and name, so I had to edit it.

The guy Edgar here signed my wifes name on a new lease agreement. lied stole her paid off iphone said he was only charging her $9 we will be calling the police and making a report. make sure you check your bills. You can tell the writing isnt my WIFES AT ALL THIS ISNT GOING TO BE GOOD FOR T-MOBILE.

I went into the store opened an account and canceled it the same day because the coverage area wasn’t enough for what I needed. They later charged me $520 and then they charged another $400 on top of it and the manager has been contacted a total of 11 times about it and I even duck taped a note to the door to call me and she still refused to Address the issue. She said she didn’t want to hear about it. I would rather use a carrier pigeon didn’t ever go through these people again. I had an account for three hours and now on my credit report it shows a collection agency wants $907 plus a fee and I am currently fighting that in a civil court case. Five times I showed up in person and my wife showed up two times in person. We emailed her three times and corporate headquarters for T-Mobile emailed her twice. I have copies of all of them and she denies ever hearing about this. If anyone from T Mobile corporate office Is reading this I’m talking about the manager in the store that is the cause of this problem. My attorney says that this happens quite a bit with this particular store. Beware of this issue. Go to a different store do not deal with this manager

5 stars isnt enough. I went into this location with my mom earlier today, for her to trade in/upgrade her old phone, switch me from my old carrier to T-Mobile, and get me set up with a new iPhone. We worked with Shayla, but 3 other employees (Chucc and 2 others of whom I didnt catch their names) were more than happy to chime in and offer advice or give helpful tips along the way. Shayla went absolutely above and beyond to spend the time making sure that everything from the screen protectors, to scouring every setting and downloading every update to make sure our phones worked properly and were up to par for each of our custom needs, to even getting me coffee were taken care of. She went out of her way to get to know us personally and figure out what each of us were going to be mostly utilizing our phones for (especially me because Ive never even USED an iPhone before) and really helping to tailor fit our phones and she, again, went above and beyond to make sure we left that store with everything we needed. The entire staff at this location were an absolute joy to work with and the chemistry between everyone there made me feel like I was hanging out with friends, not standing around in a cell phone store. I spent the majority of my time there laughing and smiling and a left with an awesome new phone to boot! Me and my mom are VERY happy with our experience today! Thank you so much for your warmth, patience and incredible customer service. I live pretty far from this location, but if I ever need any assistance with my new phone/service, I would be MORE than happy to go out of my way to come back to this location! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

I came in to add 1 line to a plan. The sales guys added several free promotions that I said that I did not want and did not ask for. I was told that I could have them removed by calling customer service. These free additions tacked nearly $100 to my bill. I was given the run around by both the staff of the store and the phone support and at this point havent completely removed all of them.On top of this several of the prices i was given were wrong. And the one discounts i was supposed to get was not added and after more time with customer service only received half of it.I have been told that getting anything fixed is a favor because they have a contract. The employees of this store are either responsible for not understanding for the services they sell or how they are priced, or they are willing to completely lie to thier customers to maximize thier sales.Either way dont go here unless you want an overpriced case or charger. Just dont let them touch you plan.

To start off, this review is 100% about this location and not at all about T-Mobile as a company or service.I was recently in this T-Mobile store and have a massive problem with what they have done to my account, and the lies they told me while I was in the store.I simply went in to purchase 3 of the international visitor sim cards for some family members that are visiting me. The representative I was working with wouldnt even look for them and insisted that they didnt exist any more. She mentioned that I should instead just change my plan to the T-Mobile One Essentials which will only remove my Netflix, and will save me $30 on my bill. Along with mentioning that she will simply just set up 3 additional lines for me that I can cancel next month at no cost.She had no promotional material to show me about the new plan and instead just explained that its the same as my current plan just without Netflix, international calls would cost more and my wireless hotspot will be limited to 6GB vs my previous 10GB(I dont think I had hotspot before anyway?). She did not mention that I would no longer have in-flight texting or that my traffic would be lower priority when in congested areas!So I agreed to the plan change and the 3 sim cards as it seemed to be my only option. While the representative was attempting to make the change 2 other customers arrived and she asked them kindly to wait while she finished up my account in about 5 minutes. She then tried and failed to make the change to my account, and instead just gave me the 3 sim cards for the phones, and said she will leave the account open and make the changes after she finishes up with the other customers. She informs me I can leave so I do.That interaction was about 2 hours ago, and I just checked my account and I now have 10 lines instead of the projected 8 lines. Along with my plan not being changed.I once I got back to a computer to review the changes that T-Mobile One Essentials will make to my account I felt lied too!!! I was going to reach back out to the store, but while I was waiting I heard the lady who was helping me tell someone on the phone that the manager isnt in today, and that she will not give out any contact info about the manager.I instead contacted T-mobile support and they were able to resolve all of the issues that the store rep causes, and clean up the lines on my account that I didnt need. Along with informing me that International Visitor Sim cards still exist!

I just purchased a brand new S9. When I was setting it up I put the sim card in wrong and got it stuck but was gentle enough that a small set of tweasers could pull it out. I went into this Claremont Village store for help - they (the only two employees that appeared to be there, a male and female) poked and prodded at it for 15 minutes and handed my phone back to me completely damaged and said there was nothing they could do. The sim card was jammed almost an inch further, the paint scratched and interior of the phone likely damaged by the employees actions. I am out a phone after spending over $900 yesterday. They offered nothing and did not care they had just manhandled and broke my brand new phone. Thanks guys Merry Christmas to you too...

Signing up with TMobile has been a nightmare. I was mislead into thinking that I could switch to TMobile and bring a leased phone with me, and TMobile would reimburse the remaining amount I owed for the phone through their Switch 2 TMobile program. This is not the case and now I have a phone that isnt working. These sales reps will say anything to get you to sign up with them. Now I have to figure out how to cancel everything and get my old provider back without it costing me money.
