IT IS SO GREAT! I got my cpu pins bent and no big store would even be willing to repair it. However, this shop is so amazing that one staff called Robin took just 10-15 mins to fix it. My CPU came back to life and can work at its peak. He just have done the impossible and beats all the smartasses in the big shops. Less than 40 bucks worth 300 spending and a few days shipping!

Needed a battery replacement for an LG G6. They first tested the power port then ordered a battery for me with an expected date if one week. I received a phone call indicating the battery had been received the *next* day. Done.Very professional and quite polite. Highly recommended.

I have gone back and forth on wanting to write this review but i just wanted to be clear.I had broken my screen and needed to get it fixed asap. The person on the phone was nice, helpful, and very straight up about the price. I brought my phone in and it got fixed sooner than they said it would i even had a chat with the guy about video games while i tested out my phone to make sure everything worked.The one and only problem and why this isnt getting a full 5 start is when i got my device back, the very first thing I see is a crypto trading app that i dont use is open. I closed down all my apps before handing it over, and made sure that the important ones were locked with passwords but due to the fact that someone was trying to look at my crypto makes me uneasy. Im all for testing out the phone, making sure things work, but of all the apps to try and test they went for a very sensitive information one. I now have a nagging feeling that something was placed on my phone and now keeping close eye on what my phone does as well as running malware, checking for recent downloads, anything that could have been placed on my phone or even taken from my phone.They fixed the screen problem but caused a new problem in my paranoid little head.still....the screen works.

Dropped my iPhone 7 Plus today, screen cracked, what do you do? Looked up cracked iPhone repair store near Everett and after calling 4 places these guys were $50 cheaper than the other places. Owner was very helpful and had my phone repaired in no time. Nice thing is that this store is in Everett near our office, so if I have to get anymore screen replaced or need accessories I’ll be coming here . Other places use remanufactured screens( used), I got a new one here .

Very friendly. Pro at putting on aZagg liquid glass screen protector onto a very difficult curved edge phone.

I have brought in a phone that I was able to get fixed and it looked like new and it had the right seals and everything was perfect. I brought in a tablet that had gotten kitty litter in the charging port and they were able to clean it out and it works again just like new. If I were to go to anybody it would only be these guys they’re professional they don’t mess around, and the one thing I’ve learned is if it takes a different repair guy 30 minutes to fix your phone then they have missed several steps. Try these guys before you throw away your money.

Good customer service but had a screen replacement failed after 5 months which was out of warranty. They agreed to charge for the material only. Either the replacement product was cheap or defective. Had a few other things done at this place so hope those do not failed as well.

The two employees that helped me were very friendly, professional, and informed. They quoted me a very fair price (more affordable than Batteries+) and gave me the choice in this instance at least to pay ahead of time while they ordered a part or pay when I came back. I appreciate the flexibility because I could pay ahead of time and not worry about it a week later. They got my lens fixed quickly while I went to lunch and Im now back in action posting photos of my dog on Instagram. Ill go out of my way to come back here.

This guys are honest, they are super fast! you can even wait inside the store or walk around the little plaza and get lots of goodies and foods. they have changed 6 screens now and one time a screen came bad and they replaced it for free so honest people. no hassle, call around you wont find cheaper and better than them! they speak spanish and english and i strongly recomend it !

I was happy till i got all the way home to find out they didnt put my sons sims card back in after fixing the screen. We will see wgat happens today I sure hope they have it.

They are very polite and efficient. Ive used then a few times and always been impressed. I took a star off because for one repair I was told to junk the device because there were no spare parts. I searched online and found a replacement screen in about 25 minutes. Another because my last repair was supposed to take a week, which was already long enough and then after 2 weeks they called making note that the phone had been sitting for a while.

I was quoted $149 to replace Samsung A50 screen. Went to the Everett mall kiosk cell phone repair got it done for $100.

It was excellent, fast service and a total fix.

These guys are great! Having an electronics background, it was easy to see they knew their stuff. They had the opportunity to charge me for stuff, but they didnt. I highly recommend them.

Experience was great, phone repair looked really good (taken in for broken screen). Only giving 4 star because I am unsure on the longevity of the fix. If there are no issues a few months out this will be a 5 star. Happy they have a warranty for 6 months as well, did not know that when I first went in.

What an incredible repair shop. I took my Note 8 in for a new screen, cracked it somehow, and Nick said they could do the repair but had to order the screen. It was going to be pricey, but hey, I broke it and I wanted it fixed. I was expecting to get the phone back in a week or two since they had to order the screen which was fine with me as I had an older phone to use in the meantime. I got a call the NEXT day saying the phone was repaired and ready for me to pick it up. You cant tell the screen was replaced and it works like new again. Customer service was the best I have experienced anywhere and quality of repair was the same level as you would get from a manufacturer. Thanks Nick and the repair people for providing me a very professional and courteous service. If I ever need a phone repair again I will be back. CPR rocks!!!

My phone was not taking a charge and I took it to Verizon. They wanted to sell me a new phone at approx. $1,000. I simply wanted to see if it could be fixed but they were no help. I saw CPR was in the same parking lot and decided to stop in. The manager there fixed it in 5 minutes by scraping some debris out of the charging port. They didnt even charge me. I was so grateful that I offered a tip but they said it was not necessary. I really appreciate how honest and professional both the manager and the store clerk were that helped me. I plan to send referrals and return to CPR in the future. Thank you gentlemen!

I have an obscure phone and CPR managed to get parts. When there was further work needed, above the quoted price, it was handled with care and concern. Communication was timely and accurate. I always knew what was going on and what to expect. I recommend these folks, wholeheartedly.

I made an appointment with Apple to get my daughters phone screen fixed 3 days in advance; just to get all the way there, wait for 20min, then to be told they didnt have her screen size in stock therefore, they could not fix the phone today. This was a Christmas Present; with just a few days left till X-mas,I took her phone to CPR. They fixed my daughters phone screen that was totally shattered and they did a great job. They were efficient, fast, and priced lower that the Apple Bar. They took us as a walk-in and had the phone good as new within about an hour.

Exceptional job and screen looks factory new from box. The other shops I called around for wanted the phone dropped off overnight, which is not an option for me. Quick, accurate and helpful! I had to have a screen replaced on my Lumia 735. They ordered it, and contacted me when it came in. I dropped off my phone and they were done with the screen replacement in about an hour. They were very helpful and great to work with. They also have many refurbished phones at low prices, if you need one.

Cellphone was repaired before estimated time. Employee was very helpful.

My IPad works just like before. I appreciate the screen protector and did a little re-trim to keep the button from sticking. I liked the cost estimate feature on your site it was close.

Consider again if youre bringing your own phone to CPR.They may charge you labor fee with false diagnosis and fix nothing.I took my phone not turning on to CPR. After diagnosis, a guy told me there was a problem over charging port flex cable and it SHOULD work when replaced. I was glad and have him order the part and paid in full what he asked including labor. Few days later, I got a call from them saying that they replaced the part and tried everything but still not turns on and they couldnt fix my phone. So... they told me they would refund only cost of the part if I take my dead phone back, but if I give away my dead phone they would refund full cost.I would never let them fix my phone if they just wanted to TRY to fix without knowing exact problem.Technicians are not skilled enough to fix phone.They may be good at easy fix like replacing screens but not good with other problems.I never recommend CPR.

CPS is a standup shop. Mike was helpful, knowledgeable and transparent with options and expectations. Even though they werent able to extract the data from my harddrive, they didnt overcharge and provided an outside option. I cant say I received any of this service from the Geek Squad.

This place was great, the tech that helped me was very knowledgeable and honest. He fixed a charging problem with my iphone and did a battery diagnostics and didnt charge me. I will definitely be taking all my electronics here from now on.

Quick service and the right parts. Most importantly, they got it right the first time! I imagine this is a very “black and white” trade, meaning it works or it doesn’t. My phone works, and all it took was an hour out of my life. And a little money.

I visited this store about 2 weeks ago. After I purchased my new phone the sound worked great then from various headsets no sound would come out of the right side headsets. The tech was able to fix the problem in less than 2 hours. Im a satisfied customer who received good customer service and a good repair on my phone. Phone thar was repaired is a Samsung Edge 7.

Charged me $60 for a simple procedure weve done plenty of times. They ending up breaking my screen. The best offer they have is a replacement screen that they will charge me for.

After you replaced screen, my home button won’t work and Apple refuses to fix it because it was serviced at your place. What a disappointment!!!

Took my ps4 in to get fixed. After a week they came to the conclusion they couldnt fix it. Oh and they lost my 80 dollar external hardrive and did nothing about it.I dont reccomend this place.

I absolutely destroyed my iPhone 7+ screen and bend the phone itself slightly and these entleman were able to quickly, accurately, and competently replace the screen as well as unbend the phone. I would recommend this place to any and all people with technology hardware problems.

They were quick and friendly. 2 hrs and 105 dollars later, my phone was like new.

Wow - this place screws people over. I brought my iPhone in for a new battery. They quoted me $82 and a half hour to do the work. I said ok. I came back and hour later and they said the tech hasent shown up. So I came back two hours later and the phone was done. I paid, picked up the phone and the home button didn’t work. So they took the phone in the back. THREE HOURS LATER they called me and said they fixed the home button, but the screen brightness doesn’t it work and that I have to pick up my phone. I picked it up, the screen is now dim, they replaced my screen with a cheap Chinese knock off and the home button doesn’t work. They refunded my money and just kept saying sorry. I asked how they were going to make this right. He said, I can’t. I said - I’ll write my review. This place is garbage. Do not go here. I had to buy a new phone. Thanks CPR you POS.

Repaired my Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S Screen perfectly.

They wanted to charge me 150$ for iPad glass replacement. I took my business to eDeviceFix on North Broadway. They only charge me 80$ with a next day turn around!

I havent been able to keep my OnePlus 3 CP charging without jamming the USB C cable into the phone and holding it there. Its beyond warranty and if I had sent it to factory repair I would have waited at least two weeks to get it and been charged who knows what. I first went to a place in North Everett. No help there. Then tried CPR. The young man there determined it was just a buildup of dirt. He cleaned it out and it now charges fine. He didnt even charge me!

I got the battery put in the phone and it was fixed within an hour.

I was charged $85 to fix my note 5 charging port. They damaged my screen and cracked the glass back of the phone. I had signed a release before hand so they wouldnt fix it for free. They offered to fix both problems they caused for $250, the cost of the screen. They did in the end replace the glass back for free which why I gave them 2 instead of 1.

Had problems with potential water damage, but after 2 days they had it working just like its old self again!

CPR solved my phone problem with no phone down time at all.
