Its alright. Not a lot of things here, but this is the closest GS from my house so I guess no choice but to come here to see what sup once in a while. The atmosphere though, its depressing FYI.... No hard feelings.

I like Gamestop for their offer to buy used video games. I take my old games into the store and I can get either cash back or store credit. You get more for your moneys worth when you choose store credit. Otherwise the total amount decreases quite a bit of you want cash back.

The girl at the counter was helpful. Super nice and she knew her stuff. Thumbs up!

Its small but the employees are honest and super helpful and their selection isnt bad. If they dont have what you need they have no issue finding a location that does or ordering it in for you.

Dude who was either a manager orNike with shaved head and man bun on top was very rude, short and rather finishing the job with us pawned us off to someone named Niko, didnt even look up the game we asked if they had used then had multiple copies of a game on the shelf that we were told from another GS we came from and didnt have, the first guy was rude to the person working with them. If I could give 0 then I would.

Always a great shopping experience at this store and the employee are so helpful 5*. Hopefully the corporate guys take note. They are switching up to displaying the new and used prices on new boxes instead of only having the in stock pre owned titles on the shelf. So the issue is you spend 30-45 min picking your b2g1 games only to discover at checkout that 2 are unavailable and you are out of luck and leave empty handed. People are more likley to make a purchase if they can get what they have selected. If this is how they want it they need to allow orders on pre owned games to be part of b2g1 deals. Cost them $75 on black friday.

Initially had an issue with a pre order and a negative experience. After talking with the Store Manager and the Market manager the issue was resolved and both listened to my concerns and frustrations. Everyone at the store is also super nice and professional.

Damien was a great help and so polite to this 60 + year old lady, shopping for grandkids. He helped me a lot, took the time to learn who and what ages I was buying for. The other young man at the register area was equally as nice.

This gamestop has the best employees. I have been solely shopping at this location since I moved here 3 years ago. The customer service is amazing and I get treated like family. They hold things for me as they know Ill show up to pick them up and also are very friendly. This is my favorite store to shop in, period. Always leaving with a smile.

Preordered a pokemon steelbook and poster and only got the dual pack, no poster, no steelbook. Yall only get as many posters/steelbooks as you do preorders, so thats pretty frustrating.

Great place in general. Employees will usually find what you are looking for if you dont know. Just dont sell games or consoles here because they will give you way less than what you paid for.

My husband always stops here when we visit the mall. Games are overpriced compared to what they buy them back for, I dont see gamestop staying in business for 5 or more years.

I was hanging out with a friend and he went into GameStop to trade in a game towards another game. He had called in advance, had the game put on hold and said he was going to trade in a game towards. When he gets to the register the guy at the front said he couldnt trade the game in because everyone over 18 had to have an I.D. with them. It wasnt my game, I wasnt trading it in and I wasnt making the purchase but because they saw me talking to my friend they refused his trade in. They even told him he couldnt come back later without me that I would need to come back with him with my I.D. I left my wallet home because I had no intention of buying anything. So we would have to drive all the way home and drive back. I have been to many GameStops and I worked for one. The person trading in has to provide I.D. not everyone they came in with. Its not like the game was still in the plastic or that he was looking for cash. He literally was trading it in to buy another game. We called other GameStops in the area and surrounding cities and no one has heard of this policy. We ended up going to another GameStop and completing the transaction without any issues.

Went there up get upgrades for my 360 hard drive and met the coolest funniest dorky- est ( in a cool way ) people ever.

No problems with the staff. Its the pro membership, its impossible to redeem things online.......complete waste of time and money. Dont pay extra for it.

I went in to get a mew event serial code when the event started but they didnt have any so i went a week later to try to get one then they tell that they are out. i dont have time to track down every gamestop and i cant drive either so i was taking the bus. i was very upset because i really wanted to get the mew. it is supposed to be available from the 1st the 24th and half the time they dont have it.

Great recovery Paul! The Gamestop on 164th sent me to this location inside Everett Mall for an XBOX 360 power cable. When I arrive, Paul assists. He explains that there are several skus and that they did not pull the right one. He also noted that if they would have called ahead then it may have saved me a trip. Paul called another location, had the staff go and pull the item to ensure it would be there and then I was off to my 3rd stop. Paul really took care of me and appreciate his genuine and knowledgeable customer service.

Horrible. The employees are ridiculous. They lie about products they can and cant sell. And they are very rude. Go a mile up the road and have a much more pleasant experience

Came to exchange my Xbox One console in for a brand new One X, upon removing my original console out of the bag the store manager David said the console was defective. I asked why, his answer was dust. My console is defective because of dust? I was playing Red Dead Redemption 2 moments before bringing it in.

Thieves tried to sell my stolen iPhone to the Everett Mall GameStop; the manager contacted me and advised me to call the police as well, while he attempted to get personal information from the thieves. They got cold feet and ran away, leaving my phone behind, which I just picked up! Thank you, Thank you!
