Not even a hello, how are you. Four people waiting over a hour plus to talk with a representative. Ten desktop spots with 3 people selling new cellular to new customers. Us of us have to sit and be disrespected an we are paying customers.... Too big of business now, so they cheat us with the games they play with our time wasted..... thanks for much needed extra drive for nothing two thumbs down 👎

I want to get a new phone but my local Verizon store But to go in the store is by appointment only.. So I end up going to this Verizon store that you dont have to have an appointment which was really nice because I wanted to buy a phone that day.Aaron.lenentine is definitely an awesome representative here. He went out of his way to make sure I left happy which I did.So all in all this is definitely, hands down the best Verizon Store to shop at!

Ive bought 2 phones here and got two separate agents. Both were extremely helpful and got my phone set up transfered over and in one case helped me mail one off.

For the last 25 years Ive owned over a 1/2 a dozen cell phones and had to deal with a lot of misinformation and bad service but when I walked in through the doors of this store that all changed people.I ended up spending $5000 on 2 new top of the line cell phones and it doesnt bother me a bit because I got great customer service and they know what theyre doing.

So I showed up with a phone with messed up screen and not a lot of money in my pocket. Aaron Looft went above and beyond. He patiently worked on getting my Google stuff set up on a new phone despite the old phone giving him a lot of hassle. He was awesome and I couldnt of asked for better customer service. I really appreciate him for helping me make sure not only that I got a new phone but also that I got my pictures and everything else from my old phone

I went in after work and picking up my daughter from daycare, ended up walking out with a brand new Note20 Ultra. The service at this location was amazing! Jenifer was the Wireless Sales Consultant who helped me out. She was very patient with me while I had my daughter. Not only that, she was really knowledgeable on everything I had brought up to her. Jenifer made sure that my phone switch was as seamless as possible. I highly recommend coming to this location for any of your needs.

Ive been in professional sales for over 25 years. I had great bosses that are highly skilled in the art of persuasion from CEOs, Sales Managers, and Marketing Managers. When I see a person who just started their career in sales and is doing everything right during the sales process while Im looking at products. Im thinking theres that one out of a hundred thats always going to be a top producer. And require little to no supervision. When arrived and park my vehicle she was already outside to greet me. Casey was awesome sincere and confident that you would expect from a Senior Sales Associate.

Lene is absolutely amazing. We met him when we came in and bought a jet pack. We were impressed of his service so we recommended our neighbor to get an iPhone from him. Both of us had Android phones but I decided to go with iPhone. Lene helped me with the new phone. I got some issues on connection. He has been very helpful helping me fix the issues. This is the ONLY Verizon store to go to! Brian has you covered and you can return if you get confused, need help, or the phone starts acting weird. Ive never had to wait hours like at other stores and being next to a flower shop is a plus for me.

This location is very nice and clean. A much larger store than it looks from the outside with a huge variety of products and accessories. I had a broken phone and was in and out in about 20 minutes with a new phone up and running. Im not a huge fan of Verizon stores and usually go the Best Buy or Car Toys but this locations employees were great!

Been in twice now since buying my new Galaxy Note 10+ just to get help and transfer my old phone to another family member and these people were absolutely wonderful! Will go back for anything without the pressure of having to buy something every time I go in. Theyre truly there for support. This is a great store, if you are using a different one in the area, switch. I have been in four times, they have been great helping me learn how to use my phone. No sales pitch, lots of laughter, really just a fun place to be, and great service. Was in and out in about 15 minutes, understanding the nuances and changing some settings.

Went in with only questions and concerns about my current plan and devices. Tobin and Jason not only adressed each one to a T, but spent time troubleshooting my device to working order, and helped me summerize future plans on upcoming devices and how to lower my bill, all while remaining completely personable. 0% pitchy on products, which I preferred. They did a stellar job, and are an amazing asset to this location. Keep on, guys.

The staff at this location were great. Both times l was helped right away. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Chaise helped me get the best price on a new device and spent a lot of time making sure I was set up and able to navigate the phone I purchased. I would definitely return with any questions and recommend this location to others.

My entire experience with Verizon to obtain my new phone was a mess. Subsequently the process to activate it was even messier because apparently Verizon wants to spend less time talking with their customers and more time redirecting them to applications and auto messaging services. The ONLY person that I dealt with within Verizon that seemed to have any idea what was going on was Aaron Loft at this location. (The new guy was learning so Im excluding him.) Honestly Verizon get your Customer Care when its NOT at a Verizon Location under control. Give Aaron a raise. Or promote him. Seriously.

Danielle McMillan provided excellent customer service as a customer service representitive. She convinced me to switch over from AT&T after nearly 20 years with them. The process was not an easy task at all, however she paid attention to the details and remained focused and persevered for nearly 3 hours to make sure all of my questions were answered and all of my connected devices were ported.I would highly recommend Danielle to anyone who is looking for a phone or needs any wireless questions answered. She is someone who will take the time and effort to meet your needs. Someone to watch out for in this business!!

Walter was amazing. We had 4 phones to changeover and he stayed over an hour after closing to get us taken care of. He got everything set up and transferred our information even though I am sure he just wanted to go home. Great service!

Aaron Looft made upgrading my iPhone a great experience from the time I parked my car to leaving with new phone. He was very knowledgeable about all products in the store and had answers to any questions I had. We came to this Verizon location to get my mom a new phone. Julian was extremely helpful in the process and answered all of our questions. He took the extra time to ensure all of my moms contacts and pictures got transferred to her new phone and even helped my mom pick out a new case, pop socket, and other useful accessories! I would like to recognize Walter at the Verizon store on Broadway in Everett for the fantastic job he did! It started when we first went in to upgrade two of our phones. This took a while to get it done right, but Walter was very patient and worked diligently to make sure that we had everything we needed when we left, and that all was in order! He even walked us out of the Verizon store And checked in afterwards to make sure that everything was working alright!When we came back another time to add some other devices, Walter was once again very helpful in getting us exactly what we needed! I was very impressed with a young man dressed neatly, with shirt and tie and looking highly professional. He displayed the best customer service and understood exactly how to translate our needs into a workable solution. From the moment you walk in, he greets you. He does not rush you and truly takes the time to understand how he can be helpful.My husband has a supervisory position with a state agency and commented on how well Walter handled a variety of situations when we had questions about several aspects of our plan, devices and other services. It is unfortunately rare to find someone that embodies many of these traits, but the Verizon store is fortunate to have Walter there. Brian Davis totally took care of us. Held the door open for us than walked us right over to his desk. He was patient while we decided what exactly we were looking for. Got 4 new phones, 1 new tablet, changed 1 phone number. Took a bit of time transferring all the data, but was working on all of them at the same time. Most importantly, he told us all charges up front, not just for in store payment but for the next few months and why it would change. Loved that, first time after changing service, the first couple of bills are always a surprise, not this time! Thanks Brian!! This is a new store and closer to home, so it will be our new go-to store.

Aaron Lene was amazing. We called in for an extra data since my husband has started working from home from the beginning of April. He recommended the jetpack and we came in and picked it up. He was very knowledgable on tech products. We were very pleased with him. Later in the week, my cellphone became black with maintenance mode on. I called Verizon and Katina answered and helped me almost 1.5 hrs on the phone. I had a protection so I could get a replacement phone. We called Lene to help out. He was willing to come in on his day off to help us out. He was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. We highly recommend him to anyone! Good job Lene!

Yesterday I stopped in to see who could help me with my cell phone because I couldnt get it to recieve calls and it wouldnt ring etc. As I drove and parked in front of the store I notice a lady was holding the door waiting for me to come in. This was a shock but Danielle McMillan greeted me and asked how she could helpLong story short Danielle checked my phone reset it back to factory setting and still didnt work. Danielle spent over 3 hours with me testing my old phone and finally setting me up with a new phone. Danielle listened to my questions and was very honest and up front through the whole ordeal. Im extremely happy with my phone and the service I received with Danielle. I have to admit she is way faster at moving around on the phone than Im otherwise I would still be there. I think its very important that when Danielle didnt know how to do something she would call someone and explain it to me she never gave up.

Transferred all the old stuff to the new phone, and even offered to help me set up blue tooth on my car. Jalen gave me outstanding service: Set up my new phone, helped me eliminate services I wasnt using and lowered my overall monthly bill!!

Danielle M. of the fairly new Everett location is just the Verizon CSR I have been looking for. She is knowledgeable in Verizon’s products and services. She was able to in our first meeting sell me on a unplanned upgrade phone which I returned to buy in our 2nd. I went with the one she recommended and I am completely satisfied with it. Most impressive is her ability to ask the right questions in order to make you feel like she genuinely cares about getting you the right plan and phone specific to you and at a great deal. She took the time to answer a lot of questions I had without appearing annoyed or that her time was being wasted. This remained constant even when I didn’t buy anything in our first interaction. She earned my repeat business when upon my suprise return to her shop she remembered me and what we had discussed in the first. I strongly recommend if you need anything from Verizon that you go to Danielle for any of your in person customer service needs. She did all of the above while upholding a professional demeanor that conveyed a perfect mix of positive attitude and knowledge driven sales focus.

Ripped me off for a BOGO deal which I never got! Bought glass screen protector and it shattered within 24 hrs mind you under warranty?!! Went back and told me nothing they could do for me.. WTH?!!! DONT USE THIS PLACE THEY ARE CROOKS!!

Aaron did a wonderful job! No one was in the store but he. I just got home and thought you might like this. I forgot my list of passwords but hed saved mine for me. He explained the Bill the apps how to use them fixed the things like Comcast credentials plus went through all apps the phone library updates camera & new privacy policy spam & Last Pass app & how to update, correct the wrong passwords it keeps plus the equipment & everything else, deleted all the things I didnt need. I had the greatest experience ever. Walter is great, he worked with me on both days I came. He help to change my plan from pre-paid. I first bought a Galaxy Tab E 8. He put a table liquid screen on the Galaxy Tab E 9.7 something another office could not do for me. They never told me about options.My next visit Walter was out standing he showed me options. I traded up my Galaxy J7 V to a Galaxy 9s. He gave me a chance to view two other phones. He gave me pros and cons between each phone. But I am a Samsung guy. He also show me options on cases.The next phone or table I get. I will see Walter again.Let me say one more thing, the team at that store are so great. The manager was outstanding. The reason why I went there was a bad experience at another store. I did not feel any pressure or feelings of what the hell am I doing here. Just felt like a part of a great team. I will be back!
