My I-phone 6S screen got crushed. Their price was 1/2 that of the I-phone store and they promised it would be back on Friday since I was leaving for the weekend. They discovered at 3:00 Friday that the service center sent the repaired phone to their Renton store instead of Everett! The rep from Everett brought in help so he could leave, drive to Renton and then bring the phone to my house in Lake Stevens. Got it back at 8:30 pm. That is amazing customer service!!! Highly recommend :)

I took my dads phone in for a screen repair and one of the guys from there test the power button and home button. Everything worked on the phone only thing was a small crack on the screen. Three days later I went in to pick up the phone. And I was running late and ran out the store next day I noticed the power button didn’t work and went back in a bigger guy that was there said his tech noticed it didn’t work and said it didn’t work when his tech received the phone and his partner even said he was the one that checked me in and it work just fine when I dropped it off. The bigger guy said that there was no way and it would cost more money to fix it. He didn’t care what his partner said and wouldn’t fix it. Ever going back

Their galaxy folds are not 899 like it says they are they will charge you 1300 for the phone...I called them to ask if they had any for 899 and they said they do...when I said that I bought one from them three days ago they put me on hold and said that there promotion for 899 was only for one day because of a holiday...there was no holiday on that day and there still saying they have them for 899 dont bother with these rip offs
