I had a problem the young rep couldnt solve. There isnt any tech in these places. Just a brick and mortar place to view phones and too expensive accessories. Best Buy is a better place to get Boost products

The employees are slow and there stock is thin. They did the best they could and got us a good plan.

It took forever to switch my service to boost but so far so good. Very confusing process. No better or worse than metro pcs.
