My sons iphone7 screen cracked, like a spider web. We searched online and this store had their prices posted on their website. We really liked that and when we arrived there was only 20 minutes left before closing, thinking we would make an appt for the next day, but the gentleman said not a problem he would fix it right then. He was able to fix it in under 40 minutes😀 We were so thankful he had the time to stay late for us. That was very very kind! Plus, he put on the new screen protector we had just bought at Target (this store sells them for less- so dont go to Target). He did a great and phone looks new again!

When I called them to make an appointment, the guy said: “We install only ORIGINAL parts”. Once I arrived to replace the screen on my IPhone X, they have installed smaller display with thicker bezels!!! And TRUE TONE didn’t work as well!!! I got my money back and wasted my time :( So be aware of cheating! Would never come back. Also they left a chip near lightning port after repair!! So sloppy and unprofessional people ( upset :(( they don’t care about you and your phone as well

I called this morning to see if they could repair my iPhone XS camera and the guy was so pleasant and so friendly. He said to come on it. So I came in shortly after I called him and he was ready to go. He fixed the camera within 15 minutes. Showed me before he screwed everything back and then put a glass protector on my screen. He was very efficient and very fair with his price. I’d never had to fix anything on any of my phones until today and I was a bit worried about doing so, but he proved me wrong! I’ll always go here in the future and will send anyone to this shop. Highly recommend.

Called Wire4Less and they provided a quote and went over and above and drove to my facility to repair my phone on-site in my office Pedro was fantastic and had my phone like brand new within 10 minutes. Got IPhone X screen replaced and Face ID wouldn’t work after. The color of the screen was also not good quality. Looked like it was a knock off iPhone. They put a diff screen on and the color was better, but still not as good as it should be for the price. Face ID still did not work. It’s only been about a week and a half and my phone fell literally 3 feet onto my linoleum floor in my kitchen and my screen went green and flashy and looked like the matrix. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!

Took my iPhone 5s into this store to have my battery switched out because mine was bad. Took the man less than 15 minutes and he did a great job, and girl at the front desk was sweet and knowledgeable and had an answer for every one of my questions. I Definitely will be back if I ever have phone issues again. Great business.

I brought in my Note 5 because it wouldnt boot. I was told by a young girl they couldnt fix it and that I should go home to download some file and install it myself. Isnt that what I came to you for? Since this didnt make much sense to me I found another repair shop. CPR Cell Phone Repair immediately diagnosed my phone as having a bad battery and was more than happy to take my money.edit: per the reply given by the owner of this company you can see the level of intellectual maturity youre dealing with when using them. when the truth hurts... yell Fake!

He didn’t charge me anything for fixing my phone because there wasn’t actually broken. He could’ve easily charged me and said he did this or that but he was honest. It took my phone to several other phone repair shops. They all either needed something they didnt have or said my phone was too complicated. One of them recommend wire4less... this guy took one look at my phone and realized the screen was fine! What was broken was a screen protector over the screen. He replaced it in seconds! 4 other placed couldnt see what was plain to him... this guy is the real thing. Take your phone here to be fixed. This guy is honest!

They were amazing! Batteries and Bulbs just down the street wanted to charge me $70 upfront to fix my backfacing camera and then have me come back once the part was in to get it fixed. I went to Wire4less and they were so sweet. It was fixed in 10 minutes flat, and it cost $40 dollars. I was so happy I went to them! They seem like really good, honest people and they were so quick and fair with their price. I highly recommend them!

First, why too many 5-star reviews tricked me? Because they get 10% off next repair. I call it modernized corruption. Long story short, he said that charging port was not working, so he’s changed it for $60 and then said battery was not working, changed it for $60. Put it together and it wasn’t working at all. Then removed his parts and gave me the phone. Took about 2 hours! Unfortunately, the phone’s parts were all left loose inside (he didn’t put most of the screws back, I could tell by shaking the phone!!!) which appeared highly nonprofessional and dishonest. Then, I took the phone to ONE HOUR DEVICE REPAIR BOTHELL and they diagnosed the phone by hooking it to a device that said charging port was ok. I wish I took it to the right place at the beginning, but it might help someone else.

CASH ONLY - should have been a red flag. Not a good place to take a galaxy edge. My phone ended up worse than it was and I was told that wad the best they could do. I also purchased a new glass screen protector, it did not work and I had to immediately take it off and throw it away. (Touch screen no longer worked) the gentleman that work here are nice...but its not worth the risk.

Brought my girlfriends BRAND NEW iPhone 8 in to get the screen fixed. Screen was fixed 95% (little bloched but was good) not even 2 days later the home button was unusable. Was told it was due to the screen being replaced incorrectly. Called and was told to bring it in because it was still under WARRANTY. Brought it in and was told they would contact me once finished. I ended up calling an hour later and they claim the phone had been done already. Came in and they said they “attempted” to change out the screen (which they clearly didn’t) and that they couldn’t fix the home button. Completely lied to me and broke my girlfriends BRAND NEW phone even more, and claimed they can’t fix it. Now the screen is even worse and the home button does not work and phone is practically unusable.. And they say it’s not on them. If you have a brain and do not want to loose out on 100$, Do not come to this place. The manager isn’t even legit and they do not care about customers, only they’re money. Go to batteries plus instead.

This place is awful! Charged me $130 to replace screen, they got the cheapest replacement screen they could find and did a horrible job, basically was a sticker slap on screen replacement. Left me worse off than before. The screen is lifting right off my phone on all edges and Pedro was so beyond rude and refused to fix it telling me to keep a case on it, its aftermarket despite the guy who did the repair originally telling me to come in and he would fix it.

We thought our phone was a lost cause. They had it fixed in 30 minutes and were super friendly. Highly recommend!!

Great experience and service, got my screen changed in less than 15 minutes so they obviously know what theyre doing. Phone had a screen completely destroyed so I couldnt even access or use it, but they changed it and it works and looks perfect again. Cost less than replacing my phone with something new (or even a new version of my phone) and it avoided the hassle doing so, plus my phone is now not even serviceable by Samsung (galaxy s4) so money well spent! Very happy!Just please note: like the signs in the store say they are a CASH ONLY business so be prepared to have a little bit of money with you to pay for your phone being fixed to avoid any hassle!

I came in with a Samsung S6 with non-working side buttons. The gentleman showed me the part and explained that it was not really worth fixing but there is an app that will help make the screen more user-friendly. He downloaded the app for me, and showed me how to use it. He was warm and friendly and very informative. This will now be the only place we take our cell phones for repair.

I went in on the weekend and needed a screen replaced on my Note 8 the glass wasnt broken it was the strain underneath just causing problems with my phone they told me I needed to replace everything the screen the glass in the frame that they could only get it as a cat told me it would be in by Wednesday or Thursday didnt hear from them I called said they had received it that it would be Friday or Saturday so I work second shift they called me right as I was going into work so I told them that I could be there tomorrow morning at 10 and the guy said okay I show up at 10 they dont show up till 10:10 and its only the girl at the counter nobody to do any of the work she says theyll be there at 11 so I come back at 11 theyre still not there said theyll be there at 11:30 come back at 11:30 nobody shows up to 11:50 then the guy tells me itll take an hour when the first guy told me it was 25 minutes Im on crutches so its hard for me to get in and out of the vehicle so I have my daughter go back and get the phone they gave her the phone they didnt put the stylus back in so we had to make another trip back there again I had an ad pop up on my phone from Samsung. Samsung would have just replaced the the screen for $175 that they were charging me $370.79 for a glass screen and frame replacement I didnt do too much checking around Ive had 3 phones fixed there before they werent quick but they did a good job I will never use these people again.
