Jason Cooper has consistently gone above and beyond to be helpful, insightful, and instructive toward my best experience with my vehicle. I dont tend to know much about my cars mechanics, and so knowing where to find an expert who can break things down for me has been great.

Needed new Headlights.Its quick and easy for the customer. For the nice young service man its always a tight fit. But done with a smile on his face. Thank you Rodland Toyota!

I usually go here for my oil change but I had a check engine light and I had an expensive bill to fix the sensor causing the light to be on. I hope not to have anymore issues with it. While there you can sit in the waiting area which is nice or if you are getting a major repair or diagnosis they give loaners out.

Even though they were very busy I stopped by for a free car wash which came with my purchase. The service manager took it upon himself to run my car through the car wash because they were so busy. Thanks Osmond

Amazing team!

I had an appointment for my car in the morning. Cathy helped me; she is great and very cheerful. She was able to get the paperwork done, tell me what service will be provided, and showed me where the car rental area was in less than 10 minutes. She called me during the timeframe she stated that the car would be ready. I also had no issues picking up my car. I am very happy with this location and the staff is great. Thank you for the complimentary coffee and bagel for breakfast!

The technicians are totally hot.

Terrible I went it to get my car serviced and they stole things that were in my car. Will not be going here and will be calling the police if I don’t receive a call back

Well didnt bought a car from their...they werent able to offer me the price I was looking for....so never went their...

I would not send anyone here. My cousin came here to get her car serviced and she had some items in her car that were stolen we have contacted the store manager was told they would call back but here we are hours later no call back. So unless you like people and companies who allow employees to steal stay away far way.

I have gotten excellent customer service response from the Service teams at Rodland. They have gone above and beyond to make things right when there have been small glitches in scheduling, etc.
