I write this review as someone who did not end up getting repairs done from Evergreen, however only due to the dealer requiring work to be completed there. however, i wanted to leave a review because of the efforts and lengths Evergreens staff provided despite not getting my immediate business. The staff were extremely communicative and even got several quotes from different dealerships to give me the cheapest worst case scenario pricing as possible. Theyre service and professionalism really deserves more than 5 stars, and they have a loyal customer for the future. Thank you especially to Eric and Rich who were extremely helpful.

I don’t typically go out of my way to write many reviews but after having such a good experience I can’t help but brag about this shop. It is apparent that they are truly have their customers best interest at heart. I was faced with a stressful car experience due to a seized engine. They were quick to examine everything, genuine in their help and concern. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I had the information and help needed for my success. I love taking my car here. The guy at the front desk named Ryan has been a huge help. (This is the first mechanic shop I have ever used in the state of Washington) Ryan has helped me with the warranty company getting them to pay for things. He also helped me get a loaner car while my car was being worked on. Evergreen Auto Repair I can’t recommend them enough!! Ryan was absolutely incredible he explained everything that they would have to do with my car in a way I could understand what he was saying.They have earned a lifetime customer. If I could rate 10 stars I would! Great shop! My son’s older (1994) truck had several issues that the dealer did’t want to deal with. The folk’s at Evergreen didn’t bat an eye and made the intake manifold, heater core and radiator repairs at a great value! Ryan at the service desk delivered friendly and honest communication. This is the way all shops should be. I’ll be bringing all of my families cars here and recommending them to all my friends!

I cant recommend this shop enough! I had some poor local experiences, and decided to give this shop a try due to the good reviews and a reasonable estimate for brake repairs and transmission service.Im so glad I did! They are up front and honest and all around professionals.In additional Eric went above and beyond and ordered and replaced a missing part for my Honda at no charge to me! These folks know how to run to a business and attain customer loyalty.

I HATE Mechanics. Ive had far too many experiences where they try to charge me $300 for a 25$ part. I brought in my old Dodge and was in a bind. Evergreen worked with me, charged me a MORE than fair price and kept me up to date. In a world where its rare to find a good mechanic i can not recomend them enough. Theyre legit and wont take advantage of you or mark up parts to an absurd price.

Dropped by to ask about an oil change and filter, and Ryan was very accommodating telling me to drop off my car the next day for a couple hours in the morning to take care of it. We used to go to another mechanic but decided to try Evergreen based upon the recommendation of a friend and glad we changed. Evergreen Auto is trustworthy and does quality work. They know their stuff but theyre honest about it rather than trying to take an arm and leg (Unlike certain dealerships Ive been to). I come from a background of working on cars and I am very picky about work that I have done. They impressed me and thats pretty hard to do. I want someone whos going to put the same effort and care into the work that I would, and thats what I saw. Theyre friendly, hardworking, and knowledgeable. If I cant work on my car, theyre who Im going to take it to.10/10 would have them chase the gremlins out of my car again.

Absolutely amazing. Best experience ever. We bought a truck recently and noticed an oil week a couple weeks after. We brought it in and they found some other stuff wrong with it also. But they dealt with the dealership and got everything taken care of for us. Thank you so much much all your hard work.

I brought my car in last week for a brake and tail light replacement, and oil change. They called back to diagnose other problems it had very quickly, things other mechanics have never mentioned or noticed were wrong. I definitely trusted their diagnosis, and it all made sense. Ryan gave me a break down of the prices, and there was a huge miscommunication - he said that the light and oil change were less than $100, and then the brakes were $400 for just the front, and with the backs would be about $600. Thats what I heard, but what he meant was that front brakes were $400 and rear brakes were an additional $600. So when I arrived and my bill was $1,300, I was absolutely shocked because I was expecting a few hundred dollars max. I did not have the funds to pay that much, and felt sick having such a big bill. Im not sure if other mechanics would charge that much for brakes, but if I had known it would be THAT I wouldve changed them myself. Thankfully, I emailed them and the owner Eric was also already upset about the miscommunication, and offered me a very generous reimbursement on the cost. It wasnt their fault necessarily, just confusing wording and I will certainly clarify a final price from mechanics in general from now on.Overall, they seem very reliable and trustworthy, just a mix up this time. I will likely return in the future, and will update if there are any further issues, but it seems like it may have just been a fluke. Either way, nice guys that take customer satisfaction seriously, and definitely knew what they were doing with the car.

I usually work on my own car unless it is a big job. But I recently moved into an apartment, so I dont have the space anymore. I have found the best place to get repairs done.Ryan at the front desk is one of the most professional and honest person I have ever met at a repair shop. The techs do high quality and in-depth diagnostics and get the job done right the fist time. I was blown away by all the ways they try to add value by going the extra mile. For example, Ryan battled with a parts warranty on my behalf for a long time to try to get me the best outcome. Most people would just accept the warranty was not going to be honored and leave it at that. He reached a compromise with the part manufacturer for me. Saved me HUNDREDS of dollars.My old mechanic just retired and now I have found an auto repair shop I can trust. AAA discount is nice too!

THIS PLACE IS THE LAST REMAINING HONEST CAR MECHANICI took my car in because it wasn’t starting. I had already bought a new battery, and the car still wasn’t starting. I figured it would be the alternator. Nevertheless, I took it in to Evergreen Auto and left it for the day for them to work on. They called this afternoon to tell me my car was done. They said they searched all day for the problem with my car, everything was testing positively. They said that they finally figured out that when I bought a new battery before bringing it in, I was actually sold the wrong battery by that outside company. They told me how to handle the wrong battery situation with the other company, AND THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! I told them I was totally willing to pay, since I knew they worked all day on it. But nope! No charge!! I’ve been to numerous mechanics, and ALL of them would take advantage of my lack of car knowledge, and charge me for everything. But not Evergreen. I will never take any of my cars anywhere else. They really are an amazing company with very sweet employees. Don’t go anywhere else but Evergreen Auto

I can’t help but feel like they’re just another untrustworthy mechanic. I had multiple problems getting my car’s engine replaced here that could’ve been avoided with better service. They initially installed a faulty engine, which I don’t blame them for. Obviously, they can’t control that. What irritates me is that they confidently let me walk away with a car that was clearly displaying issues related to the bad engine (e.g. the oil pressure light was on, the car made a high-pitched sound upon startup). I asked that they replace the engine with a different one, which they did. The new one works correctly, which is why I’m giving them two stars instead of one. Ryan rarely communicated with me during the whole process - I always had to call and ask for updates every few days. After the repair, I called the shop to ask if a specific part had been replaced because it wasn’t listed on the invoice. It apparently had, but both Eric and Ryan were rude and condescending about it for absolutely no reason. This shop gave me the repairs that I needed, but the whole process left a bad taste in my mouth.

I would have to say, that the customer service I received from all the staff I communicated with, before, I had my vehicle in the shop, are the BEST I have ever spoke with!!They were knowledgable, specific, courteous, pleasant, and understanding!There was no beating around the bush!Within an hour or two of opening up I had a call explaining the problem my vehicle was having. And, although I had to make a, financial decision, it was easier to decide, against fixing my vehicle, when the Magnitude of the problem was described in detail!Thanks for everything Evergreen Auto!

They were able to get me within an hour of calling and also answered my calls/emails in a very timely manner. The 2 guys at the front desk were incredibly helpful and gave me a better deal than other shops quoted me for. 4 stars because they did not figure out one of my cars issues but they still referred me to someone who specializes in water leaks. They also saved my life by informing me of my dangerously worn back breaks which they serviced. My favorite part is that they did not try to take advantage of me as a girl, which happens often at other places.

First went to dealership (rodland toyota) where I was quoted $1700 to replace a fuel pump.. car had to be towed there So they probably thought I was a sucker. Called evergreen auto where they confirmed I was being ripped off. They helped me find a cheaper towing option to get the car to them, then inspected the car and let me know I didnt need a new fuel pump. It was just a loose connection. I had them do some other work on the car and their rates were very affordable. So glad I found them. Hard to find a good mechanic you can trust. I will definitely use these guys in the future. Cant say enough good things about them.

My Dodge Nitro had been having overheating issues. Evergreen from the very first few calls were awesome. They took the time to listen to my issues with my car and seemed to really care about there customers. They let me know they definitely wanted to make sure they were fixing the correct parts to correct my problem so I wasnt throwing money to the wind. I really appreciated that because being female and not knowledgeable about cars I feel like Im in a position to get scammed. They never made me feel like that. When I brought my car in they diagnosed my car in a timely manner gave me a fair price while waving the diagnostic fee. It was a Friday and they worked hard to get it all fixed so I wouldnt be without my vehicle all weekend. They also even stayed a little late so I could make it there on time to pay them and pick up my car! Awesome guys I really appreciate their outstanding service! Definitely recommend way better than the Dodge dealership!

Evergreen Auto Repair is the best! Very friendly and honest staff. My car was really close to dying in the middle of an intersection on my way to the shop. I figured my engine was toast. Fortunately for me, the mechanics determined that my car was not firing on all cylinders, because of an oil leak that flooded my spark plugs and ignition coil. I’m very grateful that the manager Eric was able to track down the necessary parts, and have my car running better than ever the same day. I can absolutely feel the difference in the power my car now has!Before giving the okay to start the job I called a few repair shops to see what other places would charge. None of the shops I called would even match the quote I received, and none of the shops could guarantee same day service. Took my truck here twice this year for pretty big serious repairs and they did awesome and gave me a good deal that I could afford. Ryan and his techs went above and beyond what they quoted me the first time just so I didn’t have to worry about it later on. They warranty all of their work so you don’t need to worry. I won’t take my truck anywhere else only to these guys. And any of my friends or family that need auto repair I fully recommend going to them. Best auto repair shop in Snohomish county in my opinion.

They are honest mechanic in town, I swear because I went to Klein Honda FIRST and they told me all these problems but when they checked it, they assured me that it wasn’t a problem at all. This is my first experience with Evergreen Auto Repair. I have always gone to the dealership for maintenance, but I had a not-so-great recent experience and was hoping to get my car back as quickly as possible. I read a lot of positive reviews and decided to give it a try. My check engine light came on yesterday. I dropped my car off this morning, went to work, and had it back by the end of the day. Turned out to be a minor fix (an oversight during a recent oil change.) They did not charge me, even though they spent the time diagnosing the issue, doing a courtesy inspection, and running a test drive. The shop appeared clean and functioning efficiently, and everyone was very friendly. Geez guys, you have to be careful setting the bar so high.... Great job!

This could have been a 5-star service. My car was in for a clutch replacement. It was my first time here. I’m desperately looking for a decent mechanic. Service management was great, work quality was on par but cleanliness was horrible. I got my car back with significant grease stains on the floor mat, interior door and handle, and the stick shift boot loose and in mounted. I hate to see it when you drop less than $1500. No excuses—they can do better.

I was having issues with my car dropping into neutral while driving, so I took my car to Evergreen Auto Repair. After tearing apart the transmission, and finding a couple issues, they determined a new transmission was the way to go, which was great, due to me having major mechanical coverage. Despite having a few issues with the transmission, the warranty company wanted to repair one issue and have them rebuild the transmission. Knowing that this was not the correct action and that the car would be coming back to them in the near future, the crew at Evergreen Auto went ahead and replaced the transmission, at no additional costs to me, knowing that it was the right thing to do. If you want Honesty, Reliability, Professionalism, Quality Work in a Timely Manner at a Good Value, Evergreen Auto Repair is the place for you. They’ve earned my business. I’m a customer for life. I became a customer of this auto repair shop in the early part of this year. I have to say Im very pleased with their service. During the pandemic my car has been in and out of the shop for different issues. The staff was professional and willing to work with me as far as costs. I recently had my Mazda worked on at Evergreen auto repair and after going there once, I have decided that it’s the only place I’d trust to fix my vehicles right. The waiting area was super comfortable and Ryan was able to fit me in the schedule right after I got off of work, the job went pretty quick and when I got another light on my car a week later, he ordered the part and I was able to come in right away because of his vast knowledge and experience. I took my 2007 Camry into Rodland Toyota for an oil change and they recommended I get my oil pan replaced because the threads for the plug were not good. They quoted me $900 out the door, for an oil pan replacement. I thought it was high. I was recommended by my buddy Rai to checkout Evergreen Auto Repair, he said they did a great job on his Acura MDX and were good/honest. I decided to call them on a Monday morning and Ryan said they had the part in stock...and he quoted me like $650 out the door. I was impressed with the price and the ability to finish that day, so I scheduled an appointment immediately. So, I took my car in that Monday morning and it was finished in a few hours and it actually came in under the appraisal at $560...wow! On top of that they give a 2 year warranty on repairs, which is better than the dealership. Thank you Ryan! I’m bringing my car and my family’s cars in to Evergreen Auto Repairs from now on...for oil changes, upgrades, modifications and more. Thank you for your legendary service, I appreciate it. The starter went out in my van and when the usual place I take it too never returned my call, I found Evergreen Auto. And because of how great their service was, we will bring our cars back to them for any future repairs. Professional, fair pricing, and great with communication.

Evergreen Auto Repair is my go-to shop. Capable, competent, qualified techs, and friendly front desk. I dont take my Honda CR-V anywhere else, whether its for a simple oil change or 50K service check. Highly recommended.

Evergreen checked out a car I hoped to purchase. They were thorough with their inspection, and found several problems with the car, and gave good advice. They gave me a thumbs up on the purchase, and I felt confident knowing about the items I would need to take care of right away on the car, and which could possibly wait. They were able to fit me in right away, and completed my inspection in about an hour. I would use them again.

Today I was in dire need of a replacement headlight bulb for my Hyundai Accent and I was able to be seen within ten minutes and was helped right away. The workers there are very nice and I was able to get my car serviced for a awesome price. Definitely coming back!

After shutting down the family shop in 2016 I had to find a mechanic for the first time, it wasnt easy but I am very happy with Evergreen! They charged a fair price and did excellent work. My daughter got her first car for Christmas and has Evergreen in her phone as her mechanic. She recently learned a very important lesson about having one shop take care of all your repair work, including oil changes and will be having them do everything on her car.

Weve been going to Evergreen for about 13 years now. They are fantastic. The shop is spotless, and they treat you with respect. They dont suggest meaningless repairs or services or talk down to you but explain the work thoroughly. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing! I would give it 6 stars if I could. Got in an accident when I was traveling so I needed the repair done fast so I could go back home. I first went to Lees Auto off Aurora but they refused to quote me anything less than 5 business days (dont go there, they suck). Evergreen was the complete opposite! Ping was so amazing. He explained to me exactly what they would need to do, told me it will take Max 3 days and he delivered on time! He even emailed me the repair progress! This was way above my expectations. They did a great job and I would definitely go back. Also, their prices were very reasonable!

My key was stuck in my ignition this morning so I took it down the road from my work to Evergreen Auto Repair. They were able to get the key out and did a courtesy check on my vehicle to make sure its safe to drive. During the courtesy check, they found that my rear brakes were leaking brake fluid and it could be dangerous if the fluid level got low enough. They fixed it for me the same day and even were able to negotiate the price with me (as this was not a planned maintenance ). 10/10 recommend going here for any repairs you may need. I know its my new shop for sure!
