Got my oil changed here for the first time, impressive!Super friendly, timely and half the cost of where I had been going. Oh and all my caps under the hood were securely closed, couldn’t get that professional courtesy from my previous oil place. I will be back:)

Blessed to have such amazing people here, truly helpful and courteous to their customers. I waited 5 hrs at Kendall of Chevrolet for an oil change and a peak at my leaking dexcool…I had an 8:30 am appointment and they NEVER touched my car as I sat waiting. Frustrated with their poor service I called almost in tears to Chevrolet of Everett and the woman who answered quickly fit me in. The staff members who helped me there were so friendly and inviting. I will definitely be coming back for more work on my car here. 10/10 they got my car in and out in a timely manner. Thank you!

My first visit here and Jen made it an amazing experience. I recently moved to the area and previously had my car majorly serviced at another Chevy service center (timing chain repair) and they told me I had a transfer case leak (transmission). Im glad I declined that work previously, because when I took my car to Jen to do that work, an oil change, and replace a fog light bulb, she had them test for leaks and didnt find a transfer case leak, but in fact my oil pan was leaking. My $1800+ repair was greatly reduced because they took the time to investigate!I will continue to bring my Equinox here for service because it was one of the best interaction and service Ive ever had.

This is my go to place for anything Chevrolet. I made the mistake of trying others once. And right back to where I started. No lies, sales pitches, just good honest work. I trust no one else with my truck.

Repair was done in a timely manner. They also did a vehicle inspection that found repairs that needed immediate attention.

Everyone says theyre friendly, guess what, they are! Went for my second oil change and they said give us an hour. I was back on the road in 30 minutes! I know thats not always the case, but definitely shows you the team works as fast as they can. Thanks!

I like taking my truck to Everett Chevrolet for service because they use OEM parts and they know GM products. The service is competitive and no compromise on quality. They have very professional customer service that go out of their way to make for a pleasant transaction.

I take our personal and work vehicles to them and they do a great job. Jen is my service advisor and she has been very helpful and easy to work with.

We were having weird issues with our 2020 Blazer where the steering wheel would lock up while driving down the interstate. Not a great feeling... turns out it just needed a software update. Imagine that.Those in power have control over just about everything in this physical world but they wont be able to stop whats coming.The 3 creations will be taken off the DEA list soon & we can finally move forward to the next phase of peace & security.I highly recommend Chevy of Everett! I went to the service department to have some warranty stuff done on my new Truck. I was given a rental car for the day and when I picked up my Truck it was detailed with all the new stuff the put on it. My Sales guy Kane Southey took care of my truck until I arrived. A great guy !!

Everytime Ive taken my car in for service, Ive been treated with respect, and was taken care of with fair prices, repairs done right and the people treat you like family from the service rep Dan to the shuttle driver! I have a couple more things to do with my car and Ill be getting them done at Everett Chevrolet!

Top line: Always have had a good experience and will use them again.I brought in my 2018 Volt for an issue where it was not recognizing that it was being put into park. This is (apparently) a well known issue and the repair was covered under my Voltec extended warranty. I mention this because they knew about the issue and quickly confirmed the issue.The repair took an extra day because the replacement part was not in stock, but they kept me updated and gave me the option of getting it back or just waiting. I waited as I could wait an extra day.The next day, my car was ready and back to working properly.Staff in dealership (advisors): Helpful, efficient, and friendly.Shuttle service: I live in Everett and they dropped my off and picked me up (door to door). Super helpful and friendly driver, very thoughtful.

I had a fuel pump fail creating a dangerous fuel leak. I called the service center and they facilitated getting the vehicle towed to their shop. Had to weight for parts, but was kept well informed. Excellent follow up.

Dustin is great. The actual work is sub par. Ive had my car in twice to fix the sunroof and it is still broken. They left grease all over the upholstery and getting a loaner car is a horrible experience.

These guys do a good job, 4 stars because both times I set an appointment for drop off & still had to wait. Id really like to see them do better w/ this or eliminate the set time option & just make it 1st come 1st serve.

Called the service center to determine spec oil pressure at different RPMs, they were able to answer my questions and put my mind at ease.

I had an exterior door handle put on my 99 k1500 here there tech mangled the interior door panel because he didnt know how to get it off. They ordered a used panel from a scrap yard in Texas and I waited 2 months and its still not 100 percent what it was before. I bought my 2017 chevy cruze at this dealer and would not recommend buying or servicing your vehicle here. There have been other mistakes made in the past that I dont have the space to explain.

Always the best service. Ive just recently purchased a Chevy, whiching from a Toyota. Chevrolet of Everett has been. Refreshing experience.
