I wish I would have read the reviews first, my mother in law warned me also, after a terrible experience. Being the only Kia dealership around I went in to purchase a new carnival, only to be insulted with a trade of value of $4000, KBB lowest trade in was $6300, that must be their number, as a review two days ago stated they offered them the same amount. Other dealerships are much more competitive, and professional, we will never return again and will be driving an extra 45 minutes just to purchase!

Where do I begin… I purchased my car from Kia last year (7.28.2020). The day after I bought it (07.29.2020), lights came on when I started it up and I had to take it back to the dealership. Because it was under the 60 day dealership warranty, the spark plugs and coil packs needed replaced by Kia.I picked up my vehicle 3 days later and the ceiling started leaking after it rained. (8.3.2020), I had to take the car back to Kia, who had it for 4 days and never found the source of the problem. On 8.19.2020 the vehicle went back to Kia because the Check engine light, lightening bolt light and low tire pressure light came on; sent Don a text with photo and called and left Brent a message. Did not get a return call. He stated he will also contact Brent.The water pump, thermostat and were placed and plugged tire had to be replaced.08.27.2020 took the car back to Kia. Check engine light came on and immediately brought back to dealershipOn 08.29.2020 Cole called and stated the vehicle needs a new head gasket. He stated the same code was showing as the first time I dropped off the vehicle but never addresses. He stated he spoke with Brent and Brent spoke with the GM and the cost is covered by Kia. He stated the car will be ready by Wed.09.02.2020, Cole called stating the vehicle has been fixed (head gasket) and they want to keep it for a few days and put miles in the car to make sure no other lights come on or issues arise.I met with Brent Young to discuss my concerns about the vehicle and it’s ongoing issues and his response was “I can give you a trade in but it’s going to hurt your pocketbook.” You’ve got to be kidding me!I purchased the vehicle July 28, 2020 and by Sept. 9th of 2020, I only had the car in my possession for 35 days. All other days the car was at Kia.My father and I were extremely disappointed as Mr Young did not take this issue seriously. This car is a lemon! I was told by Mr. Young that ALL used and new vehicles are given a 5 point inspection upon arrival. He would not disclose what those inspections include. Mr. Young also stated that due to the pandemic, they’ve had to mark up the price on their vehicles in order to make a profit so I should take that into consideration.I took it to my mechanic and come to find out, the spare tire is held up by a rope and the vacuum for the gas tank is hanging on by zip ties not including all parts except for the engine has been replaced prior to my purchase.To this day, I am still having issues with this vehicle. The roof leaks when it rains and lights flicker off and on all the time. Kia was neglectful and did not do a proper inspection on this vehicle before placing it on the lot.Kia sold me an unreliable vehicle and refused to take the vehicle back after meeting with Mr. Young.I will never suggest Evansville Kia to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

Today we visited Evansville Kia intending to purchase the New KIA K5 GT Line AWD at a fair price. We asked our sales person, Kameron Quates for the best deal he can give us. I dont like the back and fourth, I want straight up. We were told the sticker is the best we can do. I sold KIAs a few years back, so I know for a fact deals can be negotiated. This dealership automatically adds a protective coating to the outside and inside of vehicle called Xzilon, which I would not have asked for, but they automatically charge $1300 on top of the vehicle purchase. We told our sales person what we would pay for the car. Kameron then said, Ill get the sales manager, but I already know how this is gonna go. The sales manager came and I told him what we are willing to pay for the car (we asked for less than the $1300 EXTRA charge) to be removed. He said he has no wiggle room and would not negotiate the price at all. As I said, I sold KIAs and I know the dealer can budge, but not this dealership. I felt like he was being dishonest and we were not gonna get a fair deal, so we left. Wemay have been in the office for a total of 15-20min. In my opinion, if you are looking for honesty and a FAIR deal, do not go to Evansville KIA.

Worsts place ever to get your car worked on I’ve had to bring my Kia Soul back a handful up times an still isn’t fixed right they replaced the pcm in it and forgot to program it for the transmission now my car is shifting really hard but they are telling me they didn’t do any type of transmission work on so I’ll have to pay $230 just for them to put fresh fluid in it to see what’s going on this place is a joke they can’t fix anything the correct way the first time an the manger got an attitude with me an told me to pay for the repairs if not to bring back the rental an get my car out of their shop!!!!!
