Great experience overall. Deanna is a wonderful in sales and goes above and beyond to help, I highly recommend her. My only complaint is my vehicle didnt have a physical owners manual with it and this was slightly upsetting. I requested one after I purchased the vehicle, but was only given a website to order one on my own. The dealership said that too much was in the trade of my old vehicle to provide a physical manual? I understand that digital copies are available, but their are certain situations and scenarios where a compact physical manual is needed. I just purchased a vehicle from them, they could have provided this or found the means necessary to purchase one for me. If you purchase a used vehicle from them, just make sure an owners manual is included or one can be provided. Unless something changes 3/5 for now.

I was extremely pleased with D-Patrick Nissan. I was looking for a scarce vehicle ( 2021 orange Rogue platinum AWD) and there were none available in my location. I contacted several Nissan dealers within driving distance who had this vehicle. Most of them were going to add additional charges of anywhere from $1000 to $5000 to the internet price. D-Patrick was not like that. They charged exactly what they said they would with no hidden charges. Gus Reyes was my salesman and was very pleasant to deal with. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I decided to purchase the vehicle. I ordered some accessories through the dealership to have ordered and installed on the vehicle before they delivered it to me. They did not charge any installation for this (like all the other dealerships I talked to were going to do). Gus arranged to have the vehicle transported to me. When I signed the paperwork, the sales manager told me about warranties etc. but was not pushy. I was very pleased with this dealership and would recommend them to anyone.
We had a wonderful experience purchasing my daughters 2016 used Nissan Altima but it was winter and when I mentioned the AC and said what if summer comes and the AC doesnt work properly. I was told by Branden that of course, it will work but if not just come back and we will fix it. Well, summer came and of course, no, the AC doesnt work properly. So we make an appointment to see what is wrong. When my daughter takes the car there she is told she will have to pay $100 to find out what is wrong with it, that is a lot for a college student. I told her to leave. We will not be back to service our car or purchase any others from them. That is not good customer service. I had already chosen my next vehicle from their new vehicles and would be purchasing it in the fall, not anymore.DO NOT TRUST THEM TO STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD OR THEIR PRODUCTS!
I had a 5 Star experience with my used car purchase recently at Dpat Nissan. I worked with Larry on the lot and through the sale. He was enthusiastic and went out of his way to find the car I was looking for on their lot. Larry got us with Scott who knocked it out of the park with the first deal no need to haggle to get a better deal we were thrilled out of the gate. The car was detailed and ready for pickup right on time. The finance piece of the deal usually the least part favorite part of buying a car was a pleasant surprise as Aaron was very organized and Fast! He didnt pressure us with additional addons we didnt need. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend them. Ask for Larry when you get there he will get you started out right.
Took my vehicle in to replace drive belts and picked it up with over eight thousand more damage to it. These people mess your car up intentionally and want to rip pay more. My van has no problems then I take it for maintenance only and that makes over eight grand in damages.

I am very happy with the service at D-Patrick Nissan in Evansville. However, I am very displeased with the customer service from Nissan corporation. I have had my car 4 months. Nissan connect has never worked. After several weeks of attempting to fix it, I feel the right thing for Nissan to do is replace the car. Rather than do that, I have to wait until next week to take my car in for service yet again. It doesnt seem to me that Nissan cares much for its customers.

Had oil change and tires rotated. It was finished before the time I was given. The service manager reviewed the inspection with me. I was very pleased.
I got a complimentary oil change and 40 point inspection. It was great and I got a ride to work while my car was being serviced. They found several things I need to take care of, both were reasonably priced. I was able to get those taken care of. Tires rotated was included and one had low air pressure. The next day I had to return it as the tire was low. I called, they said bring in. I was in and out with half an hour. Very pleased with my service and the time it tool.
I brought my xterra in for an oil change and tire rotation. The tech noticed an issue with my wheel that was caused by a previous tire rotation which happened to have been done at the same location. They fixed the issue free of charge and had everything done in a timely manner despite being pretty busy.
I’ve been looking for a new truck for some time now. Had to be a Chevy, on a budget and Barry was just the guy to help complete my search. He found just what I wanted, within my budget and sent me home a happy new truck owner. We were so satisfied with his hard work and dedication that my wife went in and purchased a new vehicle the next day with him. We will refer all of our friends and family to Barry and DPatrick Nissan for all their new or used vehicle purchases.

Scott Grammer and Jake Allen were excellent to deal with & were VERY accommodating. They readily offered to secure the exact car that we wanted at another dealer (located in another state) and did not charge extra to facilitate the transfer. Both gentlemen observed social distancing and even sanitized the car immediately before we drove it. Both were excellent communicators and kept us apprised during the entire process. Jake followed up with us a few days later to ensure that all of our needs were met.
We drove 2 hours to purchase at D-Patrick and are very happy with our new car. They made the process easy and enjoyable. We will be moving soon and will be 10+ hours away. Distance is the only reason we will not be doing our service there. Our salesman even made sure we knew the address, phone number, and hours of the closest Nissan dealer to our new home.

Michael Tucker was our salesperson he was very nice, answered all of our questions. They were all very quick in everything they had to do. We didnt have to spend half of the day there like we normally do when we buy a car. They even simanized it and we were on our way home in 2 and 1/2 hours

While waiting for oil change I chose to walk around and look at a new pathfinder. Not one sales person even introduced themselves or even ask if I had any questions. I had to find a salesman to see if there was any on lot. Sad customer service and workers seemed to hate their job.
I had my truck in for warranty work, the service department was AWESOME, from the phone call to schedule the appointment to the service advisor updating me on repairs to the 2 shuttle drivers to Scott Grammer coming in to help get my keys from the technicians tool box to get access to my insurance card in my truck.Heres what went wrong. I came in to pick up a loaner vehicle as they had to order parts for my truck. My interaction with the evening cashier was the worst, rudest customer service I have ever experienced and she treated me like a rented mule. I was so frustrated in the end I ended up not getting the loaner vehicle, left and arranged a ride home from the parking lot.
Barry went above and beyond to put me in the vehicle I wanted. He was determined for me to leave the lot in a new vehicle with complete satisfaction!I will definitely refer all friends and family his way!

That Friday morning my left rear tire was flat. I aired it up and went to work. When I got off work both my left rear and left front were almost flat. The rear did not register and the front had five pounds showing on the dashboard. After waiting over two hours the rear had to be replaced and they could not find what was wrong with the front. I did not know my road hazard insurance had expired from Nissan where I had bought the tires. Later I bought three new tires at Raben to match the one Nissan replaced for twenty dollars less for each tire saving me sixty dollars total. I like DPatrick Nissan service and I love my 2015 Altima but when I can save sixty dollars on a set of tires, that is what I am going to do.
I love our local Nissan dealership & their service department.I was a little put off by the battery fob recommendation, every 15,000 miles. I agreed to purchase the new batteries for $4.99, matches local retail price. I googled replacement recommendation and it was 3-5 years. It is not a major cost or time issue, but in my opinion a waste.
This is our first time getting our new Maxima serviced. We really didn’t know what to expect but we’re very pleasantly surprised with the overall experience. Jose was great! Very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

You quoted us $232. Then charged us over $1,000. Didn’t tell us before doing the work that it was going to be significantly more than you quoted us. Then, you wouldn’t let my wife drive our vehicle off the lot until she paid it which emptied our bank account, kept her there going back and forth about it when she needed to be getting to work as she is a nurse working during a pandemic. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves, and we won’t be buying another vehicle from you, because I highly doubt you have any intentions of making this right.

Beware of the service department. Had my vehicle checked out for a leak and they wanted to charge me 1500 dollars to fix it. Took it to a local shop and not only did Nissan misdiagnose the leak it was caused by the oil change they had done most recently at the dealership. Always get a second opinion.

I am very upset that I went into D-Patrick Nissan today and not one employee was wearing a mask. Last time I checked there was an order from the Evansville Mayor that stayed that everyone needs to wear a mask. This is putting everyone in danger. I will NEVER go here again. I also heard the workers talking about “slamming” their wives. The profanity was awful! This is an awful place full of gross, dirty old men. I would never recommend going here. Kenny Kent is much more professional.

I recently had an appointment here a couple of days ago for maintenance on my vehicle. I was completely satisfied with the Service Center especially with the customer service provided by Jose Rodas. Jose made my experience simple, fast, and amazing with the turn around time and the estimate given to me. I highly recommend conducting your business with Jose if you have any appointments with Service at D-Patrick Nissan.The reason why I am giving two stars to this experience is not because of the Service Center, its because of the owner/manager/supervisor who was reprimanding their sales employees behind a closer door. She was extremely loud to the point that the three other customers waiting for the vehicles to be finished by the service center began to look each other in awkward expressions acknowledging what was going on behind the close door. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion to belittle your employees especially within range of customers in the lounge. Praise your employees publicly and counsel in private.

We are currently sitting here at D-Patrick because we have a recall on our Nissan. We anticipated being able to go run some errands while they are working on a problem that isnt due to anything weve caused, but no. They offered shuttle ride, but then we are dependent upon someone else to get around. Looks like our next vehicle is VERY unlikely to be a Nissan. One unhappy customer...

Wonderful, the staff really went above and beyond to make my buying experience stress free. I had been looking for many months for the Armada. Every place I went I came away feeling uneasy and perhaps thinking maybe Nissan is not a dealership that I should use. I was very fortunate that a family member recommended D-Patrick Nissan, I was so tired of the being hassled at other places I drove over 300 miles and it was well worth it . Scotty and Rob took great care of me as well as the gentleman whom handled the finance. Everyone was so friendly and attentive I met everyone from sales, maintenance to finance, you really feel like family here.

I purchased a 2001 Toyota avalon that was supposed to be a limited edition after talking to Kenny kent Toyota the car was never sold as a limited .They refuse to correct the issue so I will never purchase from them again will also report to better business bureau.

This place is a joke!! Bought a new2020 car and the Cruise didn’t work on our first trip. Been there twice and it’s still not fixed! And they want us to pay to fix it. Never mind the bumper to bumper warranty we aid extra for! A bracket is broke that holds the sensor.....not even 5000 miles on it yet! Have to go back again. So over this place. Never buy a car there again!!

Waited for 3 hours for a basic oil change and tire rotation. Seemed short staffed even tho I had called ahead and was told there was maybe an hour wait. We have not experienced this before so we will maybe give them another chance. My husband was not happy at all.
I recently came back to purchase a cheaper used SUV and Ethan was great to work with. He really went the extra mile in spending time with us on our purchase. The sales managers were decent to work with as well. I will really miss my trade in, but it will be much easier to get in and out of the SUV we purchased. The sales process was very good. In the past I gave a poor review due to service, and since have seen the service department improving. I have an appointment this week for service again so hopefully I will keep seeing it improve and be more in line with the sales team. Thanks Ethan and Gus for your dedication to my family with all that we put you through in trying to find what we wanted.
Still needs improvement on friendliness in Service Department. Warm, glad to serve expressions and service are needed. And forgot to lay a pad down on floorboard to protect and dirty black marks on my white leather steering wheel.
Find Saturday service manager very condescending to all and me. Work is subpar for expectations. Asked for a tire check, was told just weather change. Hours later tire low again.

Things started off pretty slow - internet response and willingness to sit down and negotiate. However once discussions were elevated to the GM (Scott) level, things went in the right direction. He really listened and addressed my concerns. There was a surprise scratch (not there during test drive) and only one key (used car), but the GM (Scott) stated he would correct theses issues.Update: Scott and LeeWayne did follow up on those two items as promised.
Trey helped us when we really needed a new vehicle, he got us into a few vehicles for a test drive and helped us settle on one that fit our needs without trying to persuade us to spend more than we needed to. Was very friendly and sped us through the paperwork so we could be on our way.

I bought my vehicle from here in August 2017. I never once felt obligated to buy from them and all the associates were extremely helpful and were not pushy at all. I looked at many different dealerships in this time frame and the service at D-Patrick Nissan was amazing. The service desk staff is wonderful and they provide timely shuttle service when you are having work done on your vehicle.
Made a service appointment one day in advance. Set drop off and pick up time with service writer. Service department performed work per appointment and had vehicle ready per time commitment. First time in quite a while that Ive had a service department live up to a commitment. Will return for future service and would recommend DPatrick Nissan service department to others.

A couple of the other dealerships in town said this is the car that I have to go with that left it at that (due to my situation and budget). Also, the other dealerships would tell me my monthly payments with no details of the charges or loan. D Patrick Nissan let me test drive whatever I wanted and after I picked out the car, I was giving a detailed list of the charges, APR and trade-in.Thanks!

Was looking at a vehicle on their lot and called about availability. Without prompting the service provider informed me that the vehicle engine was not 100%, and was being sold at wholesale for that reason. I was about to drive 150 miles to test drive it and tremendously appreciate their integrity, without even being asked about any issues. Wish there was more honesty like this in the world. I did not buy the vehicle but will be checking their inventory in the future.
We bought a truck here in December. Overall, we had a great experience with finding a nice vehicle and getting in our trade. However, during the sale, I was assured I would receive my second key fob and key. When I was there, they could only locate one, but we knew a second existed because my key fob says 1 of 2. I put trust in the salesman and the manager when they told me this, but unfortunately there was no follow-through. Throughout the next few weeks, I called various salespeople and managers multiple times, and no one would help me. I left voicemails with administration and received no return calls. Apparently once you make the deal and leave the lot, you mean nothing to them.UPDATE: I sent an email to the email listed below in the response from the company and received no response there, either. After another 6 days, my salesman called me and said the keys miraculously appeared on his desk, and I received them a few days later. Im glad to have my keys, but the whole experience, the lack of communication, and the lack of even an apology were very frustrating.
We bought a new frontier last week. Our salesperson, Leewayne, was a wonderful and responsible person. He handled the transaction from the beginning to the end responsibly and professionally. We just hope that we did not trouble him so much. Thank you for everything.
Would give 4.5 Stars. Everything checked out well but I got a reminder from my car a few days later because the oil change/tire rotation had not been reset... So now I have to figure out how to reset it or call in to ask. Otherwise great.
