The person I am dealing with is very polite and helpful - asking me questions about my concerns and fully listening to my responses. The facility is very clean and water/coffee are available in the waiting room. I have also received very good communication on the status of my vehicle.However, the facility was a bit difficult to find on my first visit. Also on my first visit, when I drove into the garage, there were no clear markings to show where I should drive, and no employee stopped to help show me where to go. So the first five minutes in the garage I was worried that I was in the wrong place. But, after that poor greeting, I had a good experience.
I ordered a part and the order is still processing. Wrote them an email and they don’t answer. Called them and they don’t pick up the phone. Still waiting. Be careful
