They are so courteous and awesome job, they did good job to my car from tires to fluids, Im so great full with theirs serviceI highly recommend it!

They will not rotate and balance tires unless you bought them there. Company policy.Interesting way to sell new tires, and not sell maintenance services. Must have a loyal following!

Paul was amazing ! I was looking for summer tires for my 2021 M340i, Paul recommended Firestone’s Firehawk Indy 500’s. Let me tell you they’re definitely an amazing tire for a good price. Them MFrs GRIP. They didn’t have them in stock but Paul had them ready the next day. Took care of me and was pretty quick putting them on.

I called in for a same day appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. They didnt take my car back until 30 minutes after my appointment time. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice if they communicated the wait time to me. After asking what happened, the manager explained that someone had blocked the bays with a trailer that had a flat tire. Over all good prices compared to other places. Friendly service, free water and coffee, clean bathroom, comfortable seating area, television, good place to get an oil change. They do a safety check for $9.99, which is a great deal.

Paul hit customers service at a 10! Took care of us all the way through. We brought our friend car in because another shop said her tire was Deflating due to the value steam being bad. Turns out that wasn’t the case. It was a simple fix and save our friend some cash! Thank you ESCO Firestone for keeping it real!

I brought my car in yesterday with a nail in my tire, the guy looked at filled my air and told me to come back tomorrow so I did knowing in the back of my mind that the tire will not make it and I was correct and know I am paying for new tire instead of a patch from a nail

Paul is great but Kathleen and Ben are real pompous, pigs with attitude. Stay away if you wanted to be treated with respect.

I have been a customer of firestone for the past 15 years. I travel the country in my truck so I have a lot of experience at many different firestones. Out of the hundred or so different locations I have visited this one is definitely in the top three worst I have ever been too (#1 being Prescott Valley Arizona location) Out of the five times I have taken my and/or my girlfriends vehicle to this location for wheel alignment and rotation and balance, only one of the times I brought a vehicle here I left with everything I requested complete. Each time I go I make an appointment and I show up promptly. Each time my appointment has been for either a front-end alignment and or Rotation and balance and each time has taken 3+ hours (doesn’t matter if they are busy or not). And four out of the five times I brought a vehicle to this location I got my vehicle back from the female manager here and each time I got the exact same reply “our tire alignment guy left early today we weren’t able to get to it try bringing it back in the morning when our professional alignment guy is here”. Not only does this firestone except your appointment knowing full well they do not have the personnel to service your vehicle, but apparently this “tire store“ only has one human being that works here that can operate the alignment machine. This location is an absolute disgrace to the firestone brand.

Honestly they’re pretty dope there, always helpful, always cool & easy! 10/10 would recommend this store and have been since I first got serviced.

Took my van in this morning at 9:30am for a diagnostic for fuel and temperature gauges, oil change, and alignment. Called at 2:30pm, nothing done yet, called again at 5:45pm, oil change done, still didnt get to the alignment or diagnostic. I told them nevermind the diagnostic, just finish the alignment, 7:30 pm alignment finally finished. 10 hours for an oil change and alignment??

Very nice people however I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. Said my car was done and I mentioned I never saw the tires come off. Yep they did not rotate my tires. Disappointed. Gave me a slight discount..not a good impression on my first visit there.

Manny and Paul were great, gave some recommendations on what to do soon or next. Full synthetic oil change about half the price than dealership. Will keep going here going forward.

Had a flat early in the morning, and this place opens up earlier than other tire places. Paul got me in quickly, took care of my tire, and got me back on the road and on with my day. Very appreciative of the service and speed.

Very friendly and fast, prices are kind of high but it was quality service. I took my t&c to the dealership and asked for a thorough inspection with an oil change as was told it was in great shape. Not even 5000 miles later I get another oil change here at firestone and for a small fee they perform an inspection a find things like deteriorated control are bushing expired rear shocks and a failed brake oil copper test which if changed in time keeps the wear and tear on the abs done saving me a lot of moneyThinks firestoneWell be back

I believe it was Paul who helped me when the battery in my work truck decided it had had enough and quit on me. I was in and out before I knew it with a great battery and great service.
