I have been going to Evans Tire for 27 years, ever since I got my license. They have never disappointed me with the multiple vehicles that I have put tires on and alignments through their company. Today, I brought them two tires to mount on my G37X, I was in and out in less than an hour. The guys that were working that day, including the mechanics in the bay, were all extremely friendly and I had a lot of fun talking with them. I was even given valuable information about directional and non-directional tires from the mechanic as well as the manager who shared some literature with me which increased my knowledge. I have trusted them with everything from my Honda Prelude, all the way up to my Porsche Speedster. They were the first call when I needed service, and they were the only call. Great deal on tires, and quicker than expected. All friendly and gave me helpful info about my cars maintenence needs with out extra pressure to fix it that day. Which I really appreciate because it allows me to fix what I can myself and use them for what I cant. I recommend them if you cant beat the price, and I couldnt find a better one myself, and I tried.

First time I called was a few months ago. I asked for nitrogen and they said they have it. I went over and they are out. I called for a quote a week ago. Got a quote number and called back today. Got transferred 4 times gave the quote number to two different people and got transferred again. Just never mind.

I took my car to be serviced the day prior to a long road trip only to find out I needed new tires. Called up Evans that evening. They recommended a good replacement (that had excellent reviews on Tire Rack) at a very reasonable price and I placed the order. The next morning they called and said my tires were in and ready for install. Dropped my car off and two hours later it was ready, aligned and everything. I couldnt be happier with the service I received. The tires have noticeably less road noise and a smoother ride, as the reviews stated. I am very happy with their recomedation. I will definitely be back for my free rotations and alignment checks. Thanks guys!!!

I bought 4 tires from them and keep having problem with them. First time all 4 valves needed to changes. they changes them. The second time i went to fix a flat tire. I employee told me that i have to wait 4 hours. I took my car and came back after one week (a Monday) and the same guy told me that i have to wait 3 hours. I told him, i will leave the wheel with the tire and come back later to get it. He refuse that and he said that he has no body to remove the wheel and i cannot do it my self on their lot. I went to another parking lot, and change and removed the wheel. When i come back to give him the weal he refuse again to take the wheel and fix the tire. all 4 tires still under guarantee. I will reach to his manager and complain.

I dropped off my daughter’s car to fix a tire. Got there 30 minutes before they opened and the took the car early. I really appreciated them doing this so I could get to work on time. We have had nothing but great service from Evans.

They were able to order my tires quickly and service was quick, especially towards the end of the day when I was able to bring in my truck. I was a little disappointed in them not wanting to align the truck, saying that the rack was only rated for 10k lbs, and that my truck was at that, which is its actually its gcvw when hauling, unladen its approximately 8100lbs, which I know after it got weighed when I bought it a month prior. Also, the gentleman who moved it did not seem to be used to diesels and started it before the glow plugs shut off, and pulled the electric folding mirror out after the truck was out. I’m not too upset, but would appreciate it if the employees were a little more aware of the cars they work on for a living operate.

The service was prompt and helpful. The manager gave us a good tip on the tires that actually saved us $$! Alignment and 4 tires installed within 2 hours of walking in, and we saved about $200-250 from the other competition. Warranty, rotations and free flat fixing included. I’ll be back when I need tires again.

Great economic and prompt service also the location was good for me since I was dog sitting I took the dogs a cross the street to grape street park for 40 minutes while the car was ready.Definitely better than discount!

Took my car in to get new tires on the back Bc I had a nail in one. Not only did they replace the wrong ones the front tires. When I called them they said they would just switch out the tires. Then they preceded to give me someone else’s bald tire to replace the one with a nail in it. I had to look at the one remaining tire to realize that they gave me the wrong tires!!!!!!!

Be sure not to call and speak to the tire department. Called yesterday for an inquiry and got the rudest, entitled old man. If you don’t want to do your job, quit. Repeatedly raised his voice at me, answered none of my questions and was insanely rude from the moment he picked up the phone until i hung up. Customer service REEKS.

I found Evans Tire to be good people and competitive with their prices as well as honestly giving me advice on alternative brands. I recommend them over any other tire company I know anywhere.

I was told that the wait time would be a few hours, which was not a big deal. But 4 hours had passed, at which I called the shop to ask about the status of my vehicle. I was told that my vehicle was done, but it is my understanding that the shop should have called me when my car was ready be picked up, and not the other way around. Who knows how much time would have passed before I received a status call.

Beyond easy done within two hours even with a walk in. Had a nail in my tire and this location was able to get me incredible pricing all in a hurry. Couldn’t be happier with the pricing, as well as the customer service! Highly recommend, the included free services you get are worth it alone!

I can’t tell you how much I am hundred percent satisfied customer. I had issues with one Evans tire center then went to the one in Escondido where they took the time to figure out what was going on with my issue with the tires. They went above and beyond and will go there again definitely!

I woke up this morning to a flat tire. Fortunately, Evans tires in Escondido is walking distance and was able to take care of it in record time. They also noticed I had some overdue maintenance. They were not pushy, they offered a quote and made sure safety was addressed. I truly appreciate it, by the way, I was very overdue for my alignment. It was not an up sell. Kevin and Jeff were great ! I will continue to get my maintenance and referral this location

I stopped in on Friday, they didnt have the tires I needed in stock, but they were there on Monday. Installation was okay 2 of my studs got snapped, off no fault of Evans Tire, and I had the wrong lug nuts. But other than that everything went smooth.

Third try to get tires I bought there rotated. They always had over a two hour wait and I’m not able to drop it off and have someone pick me up. So this time I waited. It wasn’t two hours but close. The reps were friendly and professional but they came up before the car was done and said there was some edge wear, no big deal, but I should have the alignment check which was supposed to be part of the original purchase at the time of sale. It was not done and he said I could pay $89 for it. Ummmm...? No. That’s a quarter of the price for the tires. I’ll just keep rotating them and if they wear out I can be sure to find one of the plethora of other shops that will do what they say. I’ll just remember to be smarter when I go to check out and pay. This was my first rotation on these tires.

I had seen Evans tire many times driving by the store as the buy two get two for free ad on the window. I had been riding on a cheap pair of Douglas tires from Walmart for 3yrs which were very cheap and unsafe tires that I got two flats in right away. I called Evan’s Tire. They got me in a brand new set of Kumho’s for a better price than their competitor down the block(Discount Tire) by $100 less for same set. Evans’ customer service was much friendlier too. I am very happy with my tires. Their is no comparison between these and the Walmart specials I had. It’s like driving a brand new car. Thanks so much Evans!

I forgot the name of the guy that helped me but he was very nice and accommodating. Helped me out since I had after market rims in my car told me where to get a wheel lock. I gave the wrong tire size but they still did my tires cuz it wasn’t the same size as my old tires. All in all great experience.

Rarely does one enjoy having to take a vehicle in for any type of service. Imagine my surprise when I took it in to Evans for 4 new tires and I was actually pleased. These guys ROCK. I had a flat that had to be taken care of right away and my brakes were DONE. The gentleman at evans notified my husbands and I that this was urgent. It was about closing time so they told us that they were not going to be able to do everything that night. After looking at my tires he saw how bad they were and agreed to have the staff stay later to install my tires. Upon removing the tires they inspected my brakes and he told us that they were very bad and needed to be taken care of and that if I wanted to do them that the crew would stay later to get them done. My husband and I really appreciated this because they did not have to stay. It was 2 hrs passed closing time. He understood that we have a family and having a safe vehicle is crucial. Definitely will continue to come here again. The gentleman’s name is Labelle S, and the crew that was there tonight. Thanks again!

At first, I was very disappointed that I didn’t get to speak directly to Evan. But, his staff quickly proved that they were knowledgeable and friendly.I never thought I would buy tires anywhere other than Discount Tire, but this is probably my 6th tire purchase at Evans and I gotta say, they rock. The buy 2 get 4 deals are killer. And the fact that they can do alignments and TPMS replacement all in one place saves a lot of back and forth. Yes, I usually end up at Evans for alignment anyway, so might as well support with the tire purchase.They’ve been great!
