What a great experience! Everyone was help as soon as you walked in the door. Gave me their expert opinion when it came to choosing my glasses. Still waiting for my glasses come in should be ready in about a week or so. I will review again.

Carla and Steph were so patient and helpful with helping me pick out glasses and explaining the benefits of different lenses. I ended up with 2 pairs of glasses and a pair of sunglasses for under what I paid for 2 pairs from Wal-Mart last year! Same day pickup was amazing as well! Highly recommend!

I went to Eyemart Express for the first time. They did an excellent job. Good selection of frames, very helpfull staff and the glasses when done were terrific. I strongly recommend them.

The doctor was very friendly, knowledgable, and patient. When I was trying to decide on which frames to pick the staff (Brandon) went above and beyond to help me find the right ones. I definitely recommend this place!!

Very happy with the service at “Eyemart Express” Erie Pa.. the optician I had was very through on the proses of picking out the right frames for me also the lenses where cut at their in-house lab took about 30minutes for the lenses to be worked on & best of all they texted me when my glasses where ready to be picked up. I would highly recommend “Eyemart Express” for ur optical needs, do yourself a favor & at least give them a try.

Stephanie went over and above as far as customer service. She was unbelievably patient with my questions and indecisiveness. The quality and price is great too. Without compromising quality, I was able to get 3 pairs (one made into sunglasses) for the same price as I would have paid at another store for 1 pair.

Glasses were ready as promised and they did a great job needed no adjustment when I got them and I also noticed another customer did not need and adjustments nice friendly workers remembered me from a year ago highly recommend them for service.

Carla, great sense of humor and so personable, helped my wife and searched in all drawers and cabinets to find what she wanted and then she also won a free pair of reading glasses. Brandon is new but a nice addition and was very helpful. All in all a great and easy experience.

I came in 15 minutes before closing and we were able to get the frames and they called my optometrist in in the morning and have my 2 pairs for $50 ready in 13 minutes!! Will Definitely be using Eyemart again!!

I had a huge scratch on my glasses and needed new ones ASAP. I’m not from around Erie so I was freaking out thinking I would have to wait to go home for new glasses. Luckily I found Eyemart! I went in and the store was super clean and the staff were so nice! I got 2 new pairs of glasses and they were both ready in 15 minutes!! I recommend this place!!

Will never purchase from this place again. My prescription was one of the 10% that could not be made in house. I’ve been waiting for weeks for my glasses. When I called the employee informed me that my glasses were in. When I went to pick them up she said they weren’t there. Unbelievable! I still don’t have my glasses. Plus, extremely overpriced.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I picked out frames before my eye exam appointment and was told they would work up a price for the glasses based on my current glasses. The eye doctor accepted my insurance, Eyemart Express did not. I did not discuss specifics with them but figured they would know what I had since they saw my glasses. They gave me the price after my exam and since it was about what I paid for my last glasses I said okay and I paid for them. Glasses were ready in the time frame I was given. I did not realize when i picked them up that they did not have the transition lenses( not a sunny day, cloudy winter season in Erie,PA) My mistake because I did not ask. I will need to go back and see what can be done about this.

My glasses, plastic frames, snapped. My eyesight is so bad...i was getting dizzy trying to walk without them. I was able to get in somewhere and get my prescription and bring it in. Within 30 min I had 2 new pairs of glasses. Eyemart Express literally saved my weekend and upcoming work week.
