Came in the other day to get some glasses, and I must say it was hands down the best experience I e had while getting glasses! The gentleman who helped me was kind, competent, and an overall great worker. Not to mention the overall quality of the glasses. Very happy with my visit and will be coming here forever!

This is the place to go for glasses. I went in to look around for some to get an idea of what I wanted and no one pestered me to buy something that day. I worked with a lovely sales lady Abby who was so kind about my apprehension of spending that much on frames. She was able to tell me what size and shape would be best for my face and was very knowledgable about the whole process for someone her age!!! 10/10 recommend going there to find glasses and ask for abby if you are there!

I have purchased 5 pair of glasses at this location and have had nothing but courteous treatment from all the staff. My husband and son have both purchased glasses with no complaints. I couldn’t get in to my normal eye dr this time so decided to give them a try. I am really glad I did. I really liked how they took their time instead of rushing through. She explained some problems I am having and also suggested a plan of action for upcoming years and what to watch for. I am a very happy customer!

I have never been treated so rude by a employee ever in my life. I wouldnt spend one dime there. Dont touch anything let alone try them on. You will be judged by cover there. Vision works took my money and treated well.

The physician is very personable and performs exam quickly which is very nice. However, I placed an order for contacts which never was delivered so they had to be reordered and I had to come back. I called back several days later and there was confusion if my contacts have arrived or not. Very disorganized and took over 2 weeks to get my contacts.

Cassie and Hayley are always such a great help. Ive got my eyes glasses here many years in a row and every time its always a good experiance.

Make sure you aren’t EVEN 5 MINUTES LATE!!!Called 25 minutes BEFORE appointment and said we were going to be a few minutes late because it was whiteouts and horrible weather and told it would not be a problem.Got here 7 minutes late and were told we had to reschedule after driving 20 miles and 40 minutes! There was nobody after us, still had to reschedule so they could go home early!Not sure why they didn’t say anything when we called!!!

I went to this location to browse for frames and was greeted at the door (not ignored like at a competitors store). Everyone was friendly and helpful even though I was not purchasing anything at the time. Ive been pleased with the service and quality of glasses Ive purchased from LensCrafters in the past.

I have taken my family here to be seen at the doctors office for well over the past 10 years. The Dr. and his staff are always great and have made it easy for the younger ones. Over the years Ive highly recommended many friends and family to check them out and Ive always been thanked for making the referral.

Stopped to have one lense replaced on my NEW SUNGLASSES!! I had a small scratch on the lense. The quote was $139. Do not recommend them!!

Worst experience Ive ever had and Ive worn glasses for just about 35 yrs. I needed safety glasses for work. I was treated very rudely by an employee there. The manager knew about said employees attitude and need to be confrontational with customers but that employee was retiring in the near future so nothing would be done. They also seemed to have a problem with getting the glasses right altogether. 1st pair was broken and center of vision not right. 2nd pair they forgot to do non glare glass. 3rd pair center of vision not right and broken side shield again. 4th pair still couldnt see out of. They finally said I needed to pick a different style or go to another place. So much for an establishment that specializes in glasses and knowing what their doing.

I could not be any happier! My exhisting eye glasses frame were broken. The manager waited on me immediately helping me to find a new frame that would fit my lenses. Costing far less than I would have dreamed. With no insurance and paying cash. It was very much appreciated. I had new glasses within a few minutes.

Im more worried how 10 days of what to buy took five minutes over prescription that was good until next one loses purpose on the value statement one phonecall and prompt! Oh Well!
