Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Need to do away with the masks since they serve no purpose.

Friends said this particular office often had unresolved issues from customer service to quality of lenses being correct. However it was COVID times & I was desperate.I had a decent experience w/the exception of 1 unknown employee who was a bit snarky. My glasses were great...EXCEPTMy husband visited & it was a train wreck. 5 months after his visit he got a small bill saying he still owed. The manager, Paula, returned his call & was beyond rude. Even hanging up on him, interrupting him & wouldnt listen. WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS OFFICE!

When I scheduled the appointment I was told they would explain my benefits and copy my insurance cards at time of my appointment - they did not do either and when I questioned the office staff they said we don’t do that. When I asked why I was being charged a Comprehensive Contact fitting fee that was not covered by my insurance I received no answer as my insurance covers a regular contact fitting fee. I asked for financial assistance and was told they don’t offer that and I was the only person ever to ask about financial assistance. They stated that they only offer a payment plan for eyeglasses. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they would have to call me back with a phone number. I was told i would be called when trial contacts came in as they did not have any in stock- I have yet to hear back from anyone. Office staff very unprofessional and not knowledgeable and acted as though I was a bother when I asked questions and only wanted Payment from me which was not covered by my insurance. They should have explained everything to me as they stated they would when I scheduled the appointment via phone call. I was just a number to them - that’s all. Looking for a new place to go.

Staff was very nice. Dr. Fisher was great.Gave me a trial of contacts and helped me pick out glasses. Building is clean and updated.

My first eye exam and I was very impressed with the time and knowledge Dr Fischer gave with the tests he did. 5 Stars to the Dr and staff I encountered.

Female staff was extremely nice but the male eye doctor was a pig. Absolutely no filter and was only there because he had nothing better to do. Cant wait for this guy to retire so someone better comes along, I dread going here. Looking for a new eye doctor right away.

Great place, great employees. The Dr found out a problem I had with my eyes for a long time that other competitors have missed for 10 to 15 years. The employees helped me find glasses that best suited my style as well. Overall excellent service!

If I could give this place no stars I would. I arrived at the office 5 minutes early for my appointment. I was informed the doctor was late and he ended up showing up 30 minutes later. After getting my prescription read and fitted(which was done incorrectly) I was sent home without trial contacts because they don’t carry my brand of contacts. The doctor was extremely unprofessional and seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. While sitting and waiting for my pupils to dialate I saw the doctor throw a piece of crumpled paper into a waste basket as he yelled Lebron James. I finally got my trial pair of contacts 2 weeks later, which I’ve been using for over a month now. I called the office over 8 times and left around 4 messages without a response. When I finally got a hold of the office to order my contacts I was told that it couldn’t be possible that I ever called and that them not answering was my fault. She continued to argue with me acting like a child till I finally interrupted and kindly thanked her for her time and explained that I would be changing doctors due to their unprofessional and immature doctors and staff! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

The whole time I was there the female staff were extremely unprofessional. When I walk in they are accusing each other of smoking pot before coming into work because the office clearly smelled like weed. Another female employee comes bursting out of the room she was in with a client proclaiming quite loudly that I cannot deal with her, good luck then goes storming across the office to pout in a separate room. Although they were very nice and attentive to me personally, I absolutely cannot believe how extremely unprofessional the female staff was. I would never in my life time recommend someone bring their children there. Although the children might show the staff how one is suppose to behave in public.

I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter and I the receptionist answered the phone and when i said i needed to schedule an appointment she acted like it was a chore and asked to call me back. 3 hours later and no call back i attempted again to only be put on hold again with an attitude. Sorry if its an issue to schedule appointments. Glad i decided to go where the act like they actually care. I always used to go to Shawnee but i will never go there again!!

We go here every year as a family (myself and two sons). The boys are both hyper, but they do a good job getting them to pay attention long enough to get the prescription. Quality frames and service repair.

They made us feel as if our child was a chore, and the staff was very short and bordering the edge of rudeness! The Dr. told us our son would need glasses and that hed have to come back in a few weeks and check the prescription so look around for frames. We were escorted around the store and every time I asked how much I was met with dont worry about the price your insurance will cover most of it well that still leaves a copay... after choosing a pair that fit we sat down to crunch numbers and choose options. I was told insurance would cover all but $14.00 but she added anti glare and tint that would bring the total to more than $115.00 and when I tried to politely decline the extras for his practice glasses she began aggressively selling the extras and implied not getting them was neglecting my son! We will never go back there!! Horrible service!
