The friendly straight forward service is unbeatable in this area. Live almost 2 hours away and Id drive twice that for the quality of service. Simple charger port had 3 some repair shops waiting a week and he had me charged that evening. Slight issue with a loose microphone wire and no cost to me hat that fixed while I waited. Only complaint was he fixed it to quick I barely had time to cool off from the heat.

The customer service was the best I’ve experienced! Ali was super nice and understanding. I went in and had him fix the front and back screen of my iPhone XS Max and he did an amazing job with an extremely low price. Previously I had broken my phone and taken it to their competitor Stop-N-Go and Stop-N-Go gave me back a phone with sharp edges. When Phone Doc gave me back my phone it looks like it’s new! I have absolutely no complaints! If I ever break my phone again, I will definitely return here and I suggest if you need your phone fixed you go here too! The service given to me by the guy working their was fantastic. Literally took less than 24 hours from when I dropped off my phone to when I picked it up. The only reason it wasnt done the same day was because he had to get my screen delivered. My phone screen was shattered and it looks like I just took it out of the box now! Would definitely recommend anyone to go here!

My experience was great ! i came in with an iphone 11 and it had a broken screen, and they were able to repair it in under 20 minutes. I previously had to get my iphone repaired and went to a different location and the guy here was extremely friendly and showed me how the old phone screen was a knock off, and how there phone screens they had were premium and actually made for iphones !! I definitely recommend going here to get any device repaired!!

Went to see what was wrong with my phone after it not charging at all,the man running the store told me he would fix my home button and see if my battery needed replaced which in the end it did. He changed my battery and fixed my button in no time at all and explained everything he was doing. He even gave me and my mom bottles of water while we were waiting and seemed like a genuine nice guy! Servicewas amazing and I will recommend him to friends!

This is the 2nd time Ive stopped by Doc Ali s. The first time it was to fix my iPhone screen and just recently my MacBook Pro 💻 for a battery replacement. My phone screen was completely cracked and black and wouldnt come on. Called this place and the guy there said u can bring it right now and 45 mins later and only 120 bucks my phone was back on working and like new again. He was a life saver since I had everything on this phone I couldnt get back if I had to buy a new one. He is awesome and got my phone fixed in no time. He also, threw in a screen protector just to be nice. U dont find many caring nice people like this much more these days, so Im very grateful for all his help. Went in to get my phone fixed, and after putting the new screen on it still wouldnt work. Ali gave me a great price on a new phone and a new case, and didnt charge me for the screen he had already replaced. I wont go anywhere else for anything phone related!

Took my iPhone 8 Plus with a completely shattered screen expecting a costly and long repair. 15 mins later it was 100% fixed and works perfectly. And take lessons on customer service. Ali was great. Offered drinks and made me comfortable. Wooing be foolish to look anywhere else.
