Honestly the best groups of guys Ive ever met. I was a huge pain, calling multiple times because my car needed towed in but I couldnt get ahold of a tow. Once I got it in around 4. They had it done with an hour. They replaced something I didnt even know was broken. Put air in all of my tires. And even put my car on the rack to try and find the mystery behind the awful clunking sound my car was making. Staying well past business hours. I cannot say enough great things about them!!! Thank you again guys for being fantastic to work with!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Tires for Less and its owner Norm Loesch. He opened his business back up after closing for the night so as to replace a tire for my pop-up camper and fix the spare tire that we had also. He left a bonfire with his son to save the day for a stranger from Michigan trying to get to a campsite another hour and a half away. I am eternally grateful for the kindness he showed myself and my husband that day. We didnt meet him as we were also added by our tow truck driver in the facilitation of this endeavor but we owe him a huge debt.

2nd time I have purchased tires for my Jeep there and they are helpful even faxed the BF Goodrich rebate 👍👍

As a woman, I always feel out of place going to any sort of garage. They gentlemen that work here are outstanding. Every time I call or stop in, they are all so friendly and make sure to educate me on what needs to be done and why. They dont just try to rake you over the coals to screw you out of money like a lot of places treat women. Would recommend to anyone!

I stopped here to have a leak in my tire fixed. It was fixed so no complaints about that. Today I checked air pressure in tires. When I got to tire that was repaired I had to remove hubcap to access valve. Valve cap was missing and lugs nuts rounded off. There is too much competition so I will never return again.

Highly recommended. Super helpful. I drove into Erie from Jamestown, and after stopping at a few nearby stores, i heard my left front tire start to grind when i braked. It sounded horrible as I headed back home. I pull in to this place at 4:30 on a Friday & they close at 5:30. I walked in told them my problem. A super nice guy immediately test drove it and came back and said my brakes were froze up. Needed calipers and pads. They ordered parts and had my car fixed and ready to go before 5:30. During Covid no less. All wore masks, very friendly. Great store!! Thank you again guys!!!

Had my windshield wipers repaired in February, took 3 hours, they stated that it took so long because they had to tear it apart and put it back together several times before realizing something was bent. When I got into my car I noticed 2 small cracks coming from the bottom of the windshield underneath where the inspection sticker is. When I went back in telling them of the cracks they said oh yeah when we were fixing the wipers we noticed some small cracks way underneath. (Never mentioned anything to me before working on the wipers) stated it must of spread because of being in the warm garage then going back out in the cold. I asked what they planned on doing because the cracks werent there before. They told me their boss wasnt there that day that I would have to come back the next day. But not to worry because my insurance should cover it... or it could be repaired. I took the car to safelite the next day and they stated it could not be repaired but would need replaced. My insurance deductible is $500 for a windshield. Cost of the windshield was less then $400. So I went back to tires for less to see about them paying for the damage. When I walked in the guy who spoke to me the day before gave me a smirk when I told him why I was there he stated there was nothing they were going to do about it. Needless to say I lost my temper and left, my boyfriend stayed and spoke to the boss who agreed to pay for half of it. Just completely unreal. When I took my car to another shop they said without a doubt the damage was done when they repaired my wipers transmission. 2 months later my wipers quit working..... stay away from this place! They are dishonest and have no idea what they are doing.

Excellent service. Took my car to get inspected and the rear coil spring was broke. They ordered the part and had me back less than a week later to have it fixed. Not only was it fixed in half the time quoted, but at a lower price than other places. They even called me in earlier so that I didn’t have to miss as much work. Highly recommend.

The guys at this location are stellar. We called early in the morning to ask for pricing on mounting and balancing our snow tires. We were advised by the gentleman on the phone that they were pretty booked up, but we could drop off our rubbers and rims and they would fit us in. From the moment we dropped off to the moment we picked up everyone we interacted with provided excellent service. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They helped us haul the wheels out of the car and then back in. It’s the little details, like providing tire bags, that show they care about their customers. Last but not least, their price was fair and reasonable. We will definitely return, and next time make sure we have time for them to mount them on to the Vehicle :)

They did a great job on my Jeep, and didnt try to bs me into unnecessary repairs. They offered advice about my suspension, but didnt try to pressure me into any parts. In the two hours I sat and waited for my Jeep, I observed them being very professional and respectful to everyone in there. I was presently surprised.

Upfront pricing and speedy service. Even though it is first come, first serve, I was able to get 4 new tires in about 30 minutes. This was especially great since I had my two little ones with me.

My husband and I were very impressed with this tire store. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They went out of their way to try to save us money . The end result was that they literally saved us hundreds of dollars. Dont remember the name of the main man at the counter, but he had a very professional attitude and was very polite. The fellow that helped us figure out what was wrong with our Land Rover tire (I think his name was Ryan) was a very sharp dude. and gave us excellent advice. Forget Walmart and other tire stores....this place is great!

We were broke down enroute to Vermont and these guys came to the rescue with their expertise, honesty, and willingness to help. They stayed late on a Friday to get us back on the road AND gave us a super deal on a new set of tires! I would highly recommend this tire and service center for their friendliness and integrity and feel extremely grateful for their fantastic service for us in a desperate situation- they literally saved our ski vacation. With an AWD car, we would have otherwise been held up for up to 4 days to get that exact tire ordered. While we waited, we observed their excellent customer service given to everyone who came into the shop. I would say Erie, Pa. has a real gem here.

I went to get new tires yesterday, I called to get a quote and they informed me it was a slow day and they could get me in quick. I was hesitant because I would have to bring my 2 and 3 year old children. I informed them of this and they assured me they would even turn the channels on the tv to childrens shows. When I got there they had the work order all ready and took my car back right away. They were done in 30 minutes. The waiting room was clean and accommodating, even for my children. They were super friendly and it was an amazing experience! Thank you!

I chose Tires for Less approximately one month ago for my Honda vehichle to have two front tires replaced, a state inspection, and routine oil change performed. I had chosen Tires for Less previously and was pleased with the work but was not so pleased this time.There were thick, noticeable scratch marks on my two front rims which were not there before on the two front tires I had replaced. I went back to the owner and expressed my concerns and he assured me it was my fault and “curbage” in just two short days? I expressed MAJOR concerns to him as I was moving from PA to MI in a few weeks and was going to be utilizing my vehicle for work. He again, assured me everything was ok.Fast forward a month where I am using my vehicle in MI to travel for work on highways that exceed 75 MPH and I begin noticing a severe grinding and knocking noise as I travel on the MI highways and main streets. I make an appointment as soon as I can at my local TUFFY’s vehicle service to have my car checked out and I am told:The last person who performed the inspection did NOT screw a bolt in properly, causing it to fall off, causing a portion of my brake to grind against my rim.Another $200 later, I AM VERY DISASSTISFED TIRES FOR LESS!!! YOU PUT MY LIFE AT RISK AFTER I EXPRESSED CONCERNS ABOUT YOUR POOR WORKMANSHIP!!!! FULL REFUND DEMANDED ASAP AND REPLACEMENT OF TWO FRONT RIMS!!!!!! AND I WILL NEVER SEND ANYONE TO YOUR BUSINESS AGAIN!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

I live in Toronto and was visiting my parents. Of course I got a flat, and of course I have a high end car that always requires special order tires. I was quite upset, and the gentleman who assisted me (I think his name was Mark) was so kind and helpful. He managed to get my tire in about 24 hours.

Had a tire on my trailer that fell apart. They went above and beyond to get it off and put new ones on.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. They took the time to explain what was the problem, where the problem was in my tire, options for repair and pricing for the repair, all with no pressure!!! Plus, had my issue fixed much sooner than I expected. Wonderful experience!!!!
