Jerome, at the Erie location showed me that great customer service still exists! It may have been our first interaction when he said Ill take care of you. I didnt pay it too much attention as that phrase is thrown around a lot but rarely backed-up, at least from my experiences. He backed it up and it was a nice surprise. I also noticed that he is a good manager. I told him I wanted to show my appreciation somehow and his response was sure, you can buy the guys in the shop a gatorade, they do all the hard work, theyd like that. Thats good leadership and looking out for your employees. Kudos Jerome and thanks again!

The employees were helpful and accommodating with my request. I had a screw in the tire and asked them to remove it. They also pointed out another issue which they found. I will have to get it fixed eventually but they were not pushy about it at all, In fact they were courteous and simply advised they were there to help and offered multiple solutions for my issue. It was a pleasant experience and I’ll definitely be back to this location.

I am usually treated so well at Les Schwab so when I saw a banner stating they do oil changes I was pretty excited to give them a shot. I called and asked what the price was and was told for express service it’s $50 and for a full service it’s a $102. He was friendly and clearly explained the difference between a express service and full service. The next day I headed into the store and was told they couldn’t actually see me without an appointment, which I was not told over the phone, so I made an appointment for the next week. I returned for my appointment five days later and after an hour (for my “express” oil change) I was charged $73. Yes, the parts were only $49 but there’s also A $20 labor fee. When I called to find out the cost I expected to know the real price and not be charged nearly 50% more!A side note, usually when I go to a Les Schwab store somebody comes out in the parking lot and greets us when we pull up. At this location I was never greeted in the parking lot, even when there was a technician in the parking lot when I arrived. Even when I struggled to get my stroller through the front doors the people working there just stared and never offered to help. Those little touches usually make visiting Les Schwab such a great experience and it was definitely missed when it didn’t happen at this location.Overall everybody that I spoke to and encountered was very kind and they seemed to do a fine oil change but based on my experience over the last week I’ll probably choose other options for oil changes in the future.

A shining star can be found in the form of a great attendant named Ethan at this location. Ethan’s kind demeanor, expert knowledge, and inclination toward empowering female cargo van drivers through education made our experience one that will not soon be forgotten. Our regret is that Les Schwab seems to have policy where it’s employees cannot accept gratuity. It is our most sincere hope that Ethan will be recognized and awarded appropriately for their hard work and exemplary service.

I love this tire shop. Dealing with anything tire related is my least favorite part of owning a car. I love how helpful and kind the employees are at this store. They do a great job explaining things, are quick, and the shop is also bright and comfortable to wait in. Im glad they came to Erie!

I took my car for flat tire and pre trip inspection. They did the service for me free of charge! I left a small tip. Very organized and nice staff. Definitly will visit again for my tire purchase.

Had a slow leak in a tire on a 2019 SUV. The low pressure light came on twice a few days after adding air. Took it to Les Schwab and they found a screw and a nail in the tire, fixed it in 30 minutes and didn’t charge me a penny. I will be going here for all my future tire needs. My first experience at this Les Schwab & I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I like to be in & out without any issues or being pushed on sales of other services they provide & I was pleasantly surprised to have a hassle free experience. I was told about options they have, like siping your tires, but I decided I didn’t want that & they never questioned me or tried to push it on me, they told me the information & their recommendation but let me choose with zero issues. I originally had an appointment for 4 pm but I went ahead & called to see if I could get in earlier, they were happy to work things around to get me in earlier & get me out the door quickly as well. Every single employee was very nice & helpful, all employees were definitely following any covid guidelines set in place & the waiting area/checkout area was very clean as well. I called the day before to ask about pricing for set of tires I had found online but they gave me a couple options that would be in my price range. I ended up going with a set of tires that they only had 2 in stock but they were able to get the other 2 brought to their location & have me in the next day to have them installed. They were gentle with my car & seemed to work cautiously as to not hurt my car in any way. The price estimate I was given over the phone matched what I paid in store which was great, a lot of places seem to add on random additional charges by the time you go to checkout. If I could rate them 10 stars I would, I highly recommend giving your business to this location, they really are a great group of people & I will definitely be back in the future!

Great service! There was an issue with getting me in for service on Saturday because it was so busy so I rescheduled for this morning and they got me in and out and discounted the service because of the issue on Saturday. Jerome was very attentive and helpful as were the other gentlemen that helped out. Best thing of all was that they didnt try to sell me something I didnt want or need.Thanks guys!

Needed new tires for my daughters car. Price was good; installation was fine.Then they tried the typical structs are leaking, one CV boot is shot... scam. I told them I needed to wait. Checked it out myself later and couldnt find nothing wrong. Even had a mechanic friend look it over. Nothing needed fixing.

Took my wife’s car in to replace the brake pads and potentially the rotors as needed. I was quoted extra brake parts including calipers that are not needed and were just being replaced to replace extra parts. It’s too bad that some shops can’t just replace what needs replaced instead of selling parts that your car doesn’t need.

Be careful opening the door. The wind caught it and dang near broke my thumb. Otherwise great service 👍 its nice being so far from home and yet having a familiar place you can count on.

I ran over a wooden log on the highway while on my way to work, so I was sort of desperate to have my wheels fixed as well as two new tires. They ended up taking care of me within half an hour, and didn’t take it vantage of my desperation. Of course they suggested other repairs to be done, that’s to be expected of any auto mechanic or tire shop. But they only recommended some repairs, they didn’t take advantage of me.Mind you this is also my first time here. They treated me well

Got a flat they were a block away, repaired tire quickly and even reset my indicators for inflation. Yes not too busy and highly clean!

I don’t write reviews but folks here are awesome and customer service clearly lives on. Showed up for a repair, tech was there before I got out of my car, service was super fast. Any complaints likely just a result of having a bad day or unforeseen circumstances. I’ll go back here anytime.

Brought my tires I bought online to get installed. Cost was 40 per tire cause I did not buy the tires from les schwab. This does not include lifetime balances or rotations. Do yourself a favor and go to discount tire and doesnt matter if you buy tires from Ebay when you pay for discount tire to mount and balance its for unlimited balance and rotations for 21 dollars per tire. Discount tire also fixes flats for free even if you didnt buy your tires from them now thats great service.Nate I called the vista ridge store and was told there is only free rotations no rebalance of my tires, wth. One star until resolved

Poor service sat there for an hour and a half for a 10 o’clock appointment. Place was not busy at all and no one touch my car. No one ordered the materials needed for the service on my car. Waste of my time.
