Ruined my car. Brand new car I just got of the lot and the brushes scratched all my paint and when I called to tell them the lady I spoke to on the phone said she would t even bother talking to the owner because hell just give me the run around. The employee I spoke to on the phone said that he even owns the auto body shop directly next door but still refuses to fix anything that he damages. If you value your car, dont take it there!!!!!!!

Scammers and crooks, ripped me off. didnt do work they said they did.over charged. stay far away, you wont walk out of here without a 1000$ bill at the minimum! they will find the most expensive thing to fix and say its broke!

Honest mechanics with experience! I took my car in for inspection and they noticed one of my rear shocks was leaking which I thought might be a problem since I noticed some moisture last time I was under the car replacing the front struts. They gave me the real values for my brake pads, and tire tread which matched my measurements exactly.After recognizing the shops integrity I decided they would be a good shop to replace my rear shocks.I do almost all of my own work on my car but needed help installing rear shocks since I dont have my garage set up yet at my new place in Erie. I am always nervous going to a mechanic due to some bad past experiences at other shops. I have had lugs stripped, overtorqued to 250lbft, wheels have fallen off and almost killed me due to other mechanics failures. Often times the chains and even dealerships employ young high school kids without ASE certification to do the mechanical work but that is NOT the case here. You will get an experienced mechanic, proper torque specs, torque sticks and torque wrenches still exist here which means so much to me. I appreciate that the garage is open and has glass windows so you can watch the work being performed. After watching the proper tools being used and the care they took my nerves were eased and I knew I was dealing with a competent mechanic. All the work was performed to spec without shortcuts. The hourly labor rates are also reasonable.

So I stopped in to ask about a problem I was having with my car. I am a mechanic and know what I am doing except that I am traveling and do not have the proper tools on me. Whoever I spoke to was rude and was very ignorant. I needed about 5 minutes of time and the amount of rudeness and inconsideration I received was appalling. I do not recommend this shop and will never return.

Ive been having my cars serviced by Premier for about 8 years now and its always been a positive experience. They never try to sell me anything that I dont need, their prices are reasonable and I plan to continue going to them even though I live further away now.
