What an incredible experience, buying a vehicle with such ease in a comfortable environment unlike other car dealers where you feel like you’re dumped into a shark tank. Jim Paulson, the General manager at Audi Erie/Roth Cadillac was so comfortable to talk with and is extremely knowledgeable being in the car game over 30 years. It was very pleasurable and will without a doubt I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know. Also, Steve Cornell the internet sales manager was very thorough and likable. Easy to schedule an appointment and a ride is provided to the office to and from the office with early am hours so my valuable time after work and weekends doesn’t involve waiting for routine service work. They are not an honest dealer. I bought an Audi used car from them, even with open recalls! They didn’t tell me before I bought it. If you really want to buy Audi, I advise you buy it in Cleveland, at least have better customer service.

Truly professional 5 star service. Typically I am a person that looks at reviews and does not take time to review. The service I received on my Audi Q7 was great. They had the paperwork ready when I arrived. Ask again about the service to be preformed and ask if they should look at anything else. They made me feel like a truly valued customer. In addition when I picked up my vehicle again all the paperwork was ready and the service manager had a few pictures on his phone about some of the service that was performed. I was pleased the while experience.

Traveling from out of state and had a warning light come on. Audi Erie was booked solid, but when they learned of our road trip they said they would try to work me in (which they did). They diagnosed the problem and determined the car was safe to drive and could be worked on at a time/location more convenient to us. They were friendly, super helpful, and didnt even charge us! Thanks Audi Erie!
Great automobile
Took in my old 2003 Allroad with all kinds of lights on the dashboard and the engine making weird sounds. They diagnosed the problem as a broken temperature sensor and had it fixed in a couple hours at a reasonable price. Double checked with a mechanic friend and he verified that this was a legitimate problem for an older vehicle. Happy with the service!

Service Department is not per Audi standards. I found scratches on my new Audi Q5 rear bumber when I collected my vehicle after getting state inspection done. Next day, though Gary (Thanks Gary) helped to get the scratches removed by a technician but not all the scratches were cleared/removed.Will definitely not recommend, return/go to Audi Erie for any additional service/repairs.
Joyride in my car taking it up to 7k rpm right out of the lot on peach Street. Recorded by a odb II monitor. Service manager didnt care at all. If you treat your cars well stay far away from here.
What joke for service, receptionist was very nice, but mechanics are ripoffs! Told me over the phone, 50 bucks for a diagnostic scan, then after they did it charged me 108! Told me 1900, n two weeks, to fix my issues, ended up doin it myself for 300, in 2 hours! Appraisal for my car was 3000, went to two other places,n was told over 8000 by both, effing Ripoffs!
I have an Audi Q5 2017 still have factory warranty . I started to hear noises from the car so i went to Audi Erie to have them check out . They checked out and told me that no faults found and charged me the fee. Just because you guys didnt find anything at the time, it doesnt means my car is good . I was frustrated and pissed, so i called all of Audi dealerships in TX and they told me that they dont charge since I still have warranty but Erie Audi does . Do not buy your car here in Erie PA or even get your service here . Try a Different Audi Dealership .
