I hit a deer and in less than 2 weeks had my car back in perfect condition. The insurance company wanted to put used parts on my 2 year old car and they fought for me and got all new parts and even pointed out damage the adjuster missed. Very competitive prices and high quality work. I highly recommend this place I had never heard of them before but they will now be my go to shop!

I had a hit and run on my 2016 ford F 150 aluminum body, it was a difficult truck to work on apparently. I brought it to custome auto body, they were more than helpful knew exactly how to fix my front end right. Did it in a timely fashion, I couldnt be more happy with the work. I recommend anyone to go here the best experience Ive had with any company in a while

I was in today I came in around 12 like the guy asked me too the day before, come in I hear people in the back speaking Russian I think I wait patiently for someone to come to the desk which they never did I wait for about half hour before someone walks by and when I said excuse me I didnt even get looked at the man turned on some air machine and walked back to the car he was working on, I decided Id go Presque Isle Auto Body and Paint which they were closed today (Memorial day) sadly this one the only auto body place open today and all I wanted was an appraisal on a scraped bumper. If this is the way they run their business by ignoring people who walk in then they dont deserve any business of mine.

This is the ONLY mechanic I trust. Honest work at a fair price, every time.
