They finished the work two days ahead of schedule and my car looks brand new. Literally the best body shop in the area. Got into a minor fender bender and found these guys. There was a wait list to get it in but its definitely worth the wait. I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else. Just picked up my truck today after having hail damage fixed and the black plastic fender guards painted to match the body. It looks amazing! They did a great job matching the white diamond tricoat. This is the 2nd repair theyve done for me and have also done 2 on my wifes vehicle. I was very pleased, and highly recommend them. The work was done in a quality manner and on time. Matt did a great job of pointing out the damage that needed repaired, explaining the repair/insurance process, and offering options when available. They seem pretty busy -- it took a couple of weeks to get an appointment for an estimate, and then another couple of weeks to get a time slot for the work, so make sure and ask about timing up front if you are rushed.

County Line Auto Body came highly recommended! I was not disappointed! They did beyond an excellent job. The area was repaired without a sign that it had ever been damaged. As good as new.Not only did they repair the damage caused by the truck that had hit me, they also washed, vacuumed and cleaned my vehicle. The work was completed in time promised. The service was great and the people were super nice. The car was fixed perfectly and they kept in constant communication with me when plans changed. My car was even cleaned on inside and outside. Only 1 issue which was the long wait to get in but it was worth it.

About $10k worth of extensive work was completed at this shop. I found them through State Farm because it was the quickest shop I could have body work completed at. Matt took great care of the repairs and agreed to fix everything I found at pick-up and even in the days after as I settled back into the car - which is all I could ask for with the damages as extensive as the car sustained. The paint is beautiful and I can say they went above and beyond to take care of me during repairs. Im really thankful for something very kind that the owner did to make the process easier for me.

I took my car here to get some body work done after an accident. It was super fast, really easy and their work was amazing. The damage from our accident was completely gone and the car looked amazing. On top of that, they cleaned out the car and it was all washed up and looking like new. Then, upon getting it home, we had an issue with the car and the owner was willing to fix it and then reimbursed some of our money for our troubles. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area. Thank you! They fix it and if anything goes wrong, they make it right.

My daughter backed into a truck across the street and damaged the tail light and unfortunately the tail gate, we sent Matt Chavez at County Line Auto Body a video clip and he was able to give us an idea on the costs to repair and a time frame within the next week to fix; they of course had to look at the damaged truck before they could confirm the costs, but it was an accurate quote and County Line Auto Body got the truck in and out within one day; in fact, earlier than expected. Further, the Office is clean, the staff are kind, courteous and professional; and the Management is very knowledgeable...and...not to mention the great auto body guys whom fixed the damaged truck. We were very pleased with the service and highly recommend this Auto Body Shop; they also work with Insurance Companies for Collision Accidents, although we paid out-of-pocket. I am just absolutely amazed at how kind, organized, and detailed this place was! I took my car in to have the bumper fixed, someone had hit me while I was parked. There were a few other scratches, not on the bumper that was being fixed, that they took the time to cover with paint so they wouldn’t rust. It made me tear up. How kind of them. I will absolutely always go back here no matter what. I love this place.

Brought my vehicle and State Farm prepared estimate to them to schedule repairs. This is a State Farm Select Service location. Technician was concerned State Farm had not authorized enough time to complete the repairs. I told him he just had to get a supplement by talking to State Farm. He just seemed lazy and/or uninterested. I brought my vehicle to another body shop, they said they could take care of everything no problem. They got the supplement approved by SF in hours. I would never go back to a place that lazy and uninterested in working. What quality of work do you think youd get from this establishment? I dont plan on ever finding out.

Wanted a paint job on my 78 chev pickup,they wont do it.. because its to old...guess my moneys not good!!!

Not only did they fix the damage they went above and beyond and stripped off all the cheap paint the previous shop used on the door. They wanted to make sure their new work would not be compromised. Lesson learned, dont let car salesmen fix scratches and dings as part of the deal. Great people, excellent work and very honest.

This place is a joke. I have no idea how well they do body work, but as in customer service, availability and prices, they stink! I have lived in Erie since 2007 and on 3 occasions through the years I have been disappointed with this companies outcome. They either cant resolve your situation in a timely manner, or their prices are sky high. I have now learned my lesson, 3 strikes your OUT County Line! These guys are not neighbor friendly or sympathetic to your problems.Want an awesome customer experience at some of the best prices?
